The facility is being remodel and the website did not mention anything about it. I would have not booked is I knew this was going on.

Hotel was under major renovations. Nothing said at the time of booking. Room was not clean, air conditioning was coming off the wall with mold and dust all over. AC would work and then stop. I made the staff aware they did nothing. Ice makers didn't work. Staff seemed to be more involved in their TV watching to take care of the guest

The stay at this hotel was a unacceptable stay they're advertisement showed beautiful pictures upon arrival it was in disrepair it was under construction there was no breakfast the staff was not friendly they were not available calls to the reception desk upon entering no one was in attendance parking was impossible due to construction materials taking up the parking area try to get in touch with Expedia to change my stay to a nearby Comfort Inn or another hotel was not able to do so as the staff person that I finally got to talk to stated that Expedia would have to do that it was a horrible experience false advertisement and should be removed from the Expedia platform until the construction the remodeling or Construction is complete getting a partial or total refund for this day would be appropriate as the advertised amenities available such as breakfast was not available

Only stayed 1 night; although under construction, the room was very nice! And clean. Excellent furnishing, lighting and convenient electrical outlets. Left prior to breakfast; so couldn’t rate it. Very convenient to rental car return and Love Field.

Its under renovation--so rough. But the gym was good, staff helpful, and our room was clean and great. I didn't like smelling marijuana every night, and even in the elevator. Breakfast would have been better with some "whole foods"--like oatmeal, or hard boiled eggs or actual wheat bread. But the room was great.

The room was dirty and the hotel had a lot of renovations happening but the rooms were total catfished. The shower was extremely dirty and the room smelled like Indian food. The hallways smelled bad and so did the elevator which jolted every time it moved

Breakfast was good only thing they could work on is having someone to attend the buffet refilled at all times..The staff was friendly at all times..Only complaint i had was they need better irons(had to ask for 3irons until we got a decent one) still leaked water but made it work.

Our stay at the comfort inn was wonderful! We stayed for five nights and the staff was amazing the entire time. The lobby was under renovation, but that did not change the quality of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. Room service was offered every day, but we kept our do not disturb sign up. When we asked for sheets and stuff at the front desk, they were very quick to get us what we needed. Their staff really did go above and beyond. We brought trash down to throw out ourselves, but the front desk employee insisted on taking it out for us. We also utilized their gym and he came in to make sure everything was turned on and working properly since it had just opened. It is a smaller gym, but it gets what you need done! Highly recommend Comfort Inn because of the rates, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

The staff gave me a room that would not lock. When I brought it to their attention he gives me another key to another room that was LOCKED ON THE INSIDE! The room had an occupant so when I tell him that he “upgraded” me to a suite that stunk so strong of smoke. Definitely would not recommend to anyone not to mention they are renovating and the entire lobby is exposed to the wood.

First room the sheets were dirty and had hair in the bed, the bathroom smell, so the guy moved me to another room it was ok and I checked out a day early because I didn’t like that hotel and they are trying to charge my card. Never again

No i stepped in there one time and never with back. I was expecting cooked bacon sausage and eggs. Sorry. Listen the lobby is under construction. It's natural that things are going to be out of order. If i had known this i would not have booked the room there. Sorry but its true. I drove over 800 miles and was too tired find another place..

We stayed one night and it was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The construction was still going on. We checked in late and the hotel didn’t smell great, but our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked for another room but no one room was available. For the condition of the hotel I found that doubtful. Don’t think I’ll ever stay there again.

The only problem I had is when I got to the hotel and I pulled up to check in the doors the windows that everything was covered, and there was no sign on the door saying that the desk had been moved over in the corner. I went around three different times.The and three different times in your in your parking lot before I finally found somebody I could ask where the desk was. You need to put a sign on the entrance door, saying that they have moved the desk to into corner

The area was incredibly dangerous. There were people doing (and possibly selling) drugs in the parking lot. The elevator did not work. We had to wait 15 minutes when we got there for someone to show up to the front desk. The hotel smelled of weed.

Room was nice. Newly renovated. Going through renovation and was an eye sore. Windows are paper thin and my room was facing Stemmons fwy. Noise from cars, Motorcycles and trucks was so loud couldn't sleep. Then in the middle of the night someone pulled the fire alarm. Never again!

The hotel is being renovated so it is a literal construction site. Our room is right next to the highway so we can hear every passing vehicle, making it nearly impossible to sleep.

The room had just been renovated and was very big and nice….i turned up the fan to drown out the interstate noise…breakfast was great!

Had and excellent time in Dallas and the hotel was comfortable and somewhat friendly. The only problem I had is the guy at the check in said he was going to charge me a 100 if I smoked or did any damages. That through me off because no one told me this when I booked the hotel room. I got a non smoking room for a reason. I don't smoke so his gesture was a little off setting. But other than that it was a great stay.

This hotel is located in an undesirable area. The windows are paper thin so you can hear everything going on outside. We were in a renovated room so we stayed but late on the second night there was a roach on the night stand. I couldn’t fall back asleep and with two small children sleeping I didn’t want to wake them up to leave. RUN AWAY! Don’t book!

I can truthfully say this has absolutely been the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Absolute FILTH. Owners and Management KNOWINGLT rented a room out that had urine/vomit/blood stains on it. Per management, it's the guest's responsibility to remove all bedding and then inspect the mattress before they can move you. Truly baffling. I showed the front desk manager and he actually told me to give them leniency during their renovation period. This is an actual person giving what they believed was a legitimately good reason to let someone unknowingly sleep in a biohazard. DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY HERE

Hotel is older -and looks it. Pictures are artist renderings of what it’s supposed to be when renovations are complete. I went with it looking like a nice safe place to stay. I was wrong. Homeless people are camped out around the grounds and you can’t see front door because of construction supplies. I won’t stay here again.

The property is in the process of remodeling, so while the room we stayed in was clean, the elevator and floors were dirty. If we had know that the property was being remodeled, we would not have made reservations there. The breakfast was limited to cereals and other cold items. It was a very disappointing experience.

They are in renovation mode now but I will stay there again because it so easy to go where I need. The staff were so gentle and friendly. My room was totally clean and new so I loved. Even though they are in the middle of renovation there is no problem at all for me. Just book it and be happy.

The hotel has construction stuff piled up outside. It has a weird “we’re trying hard to be fancy” smell in the lobby, the elevator door opened like it is part of a creepy movie, the shower head had rusty hard water build up on it, the bathroom door just nearly misses the toilet by maybe a half inch and to top it off there were roaches crawling on the nightstand. I left immediately after that.

I booked this room because of the location, which was Great, but nowhere in my book, and did it say that the hotel was undergoing a total renovation. My first room was filthy, and the AC didn’t work. So they moved me to a second room, which was not as bad, but still not what I was expecting.

Currently in the middle of a remodel, so parts were updated and some not. Breakfast was good. Service was fine. It's nice having a firm and soft pillow to make it exactly how I like. Location was fine.

Only stay at this hotel if your options are limited. I’m so glad I only booked one night here. The room was is very poor condition- lights not working, broken fixtures, stains in mattress cover, bad paint jobs, mold is shower, pieces of the ceiling peeling, discolored dryer, and holes in the ironing board were just some of the issues I documented. I understand the hotel was under renovations but the facts they let it get this bad and wanted to keep it open is a shame on the management.

Ok I'm going to be honest, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Remodeling and project parts all over the parking lot, light bulbs were broken with exposed filament, slow draining tub with like 10 layers of caulking and mold around it. Linens were soiled, towels were gray and not on purpose, pungent odor throughout and breakfast was uneatable and gross. Pot smoking in the parking lot and men cussing women out in the parking lot in the middle of the night.

Hotel is under renovations. The lobby has a smell similar to sewage. The room they gave us had poop on the bathroom floor and one of the comforters had poop. The vent above the toilet was leaking. The plaster on the ceiling was coming down. We had the front desk person bring clean linen. We were told the hotel was full so they couldn't switch rooms. It was so late and we perpaided for the room. So no refunds. Will not stay here again.

I wouldnt allow my pets to stay an hour at this property. Looks like they are remodeling due to serious flooding and fire damage. The lobby smell was covered up by air freshener, but you can smell the mold and mildew in every room and hall ways. It would be better to close and do the work properly. The worker at the front desk said some people cam smell it and others cant. I asked if its mold why would you put people at risk.

I understand that the property is undergoing renovations and that certain services would be paused, but I was really surprised and disgusted by the state of my room. There was mold on the curtains, large stains in the carpets, bugs everywhere, lightbulbs missing from lamps, and dirt and grime on nearly every surface. I dreaded returning to the hotel every night of my trip.

The only Issue was the people staying in the next room were smoking weed that was sooo bad it never left and went into my room. It made me sooo sick. No1 said anything to them. I paid for non smoking and I got the worst kind.

I have stayed at many Comfort Inns and they are always excellent. This Comfor Inn needs to close until they are to the "level" that is expected at this hotel brand. I was afraid to eat breakfast there due to the run down condition, there was food under the chairs in my room, a happy birthday balloon floating up in my rooms high ceiling, the curry and weed smell on the 3rd floor was pretty extreme. I used a blanket to seal the door and that helped with the smell, the elevator was extremely slow and there was no certificates from the fire department that are usuallyin the elevators. That staff that i encountered was friendly but i feel like this location needs to clean up and fix up before using the Comfort Inn name.

This was horrible. Blood on the floor mold in the bathtub. Ripped drapes and that were hanging from the rod. I have pictures and I would greatly appreciate a refund or a credit please. It was unsafe. I was followed to my room -I was traveling alone and was scared

I noticed an unpleasant odor when i walked in to check-in. The carpets were disgusting. Room a/c unit didn't work properly. It was very warm in the room even turning the thermostat to 65°. The bathroom shower panels were separating from the walls. Ceiling texture was falling down. We will not be staying there again.

I did not read the reviews as this was a last minute booking due to previous accommodations ring no longer available. Hotel has severe roach problem, it was dirty, smelled upon entering the lobby which they tried to cover with a strong masking spray. Breakfast, don’t do it….items were expired and breakfast area had roaches as well.

The property needs alot of maitenance/updating on items like carpet cleaning/painting. They have great beading, comfortable but just need a little more TLC on the other items.

They informed me about a $100 security deposit after i arrived, that would've be returned for up to 7 days. I am disabled and paid extra for a handicap room. The shower chair was broken. The in room phone didn't work. Only one lamp worked. The room was disgusting, toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. I was having surgery the next day, could not take a shower in the filthy broken handicap shower. I spoke with the property ahead of time about a roll away bed for my son. They assured me they were available for $15 a night. When we arrived they said there were no roll away beds. After showing the conversation, i was allowed to get a roll away for $30. I would NEVER stay here again, don't recommend it!

Great location for family being in the hospital but the area was a little sketchy

There was visible mold on my bathroom ceiling above the shower, and when/after you showered, the mold smell was magnified. There were no drain covers for the sink or the shower -- just an ugly/dirty hole. I was in fear that something would crawl out of it (but nothing did). There were 2 lights in the bathroom, one of which was not working properly so I didn't have good light for applying makeup for the day. The fix in this case would not be to replace the lightbulb (which is why I didn't tell the front desk). With integrated LED lighting fixtures the whole fixture would have to be replaced and if they couldn't scrape/clean mold from the ceiling or put in drain covers, changing the light fixture seemed unlikely. Fortunately since it was a business trip, I didn't have to spend much time in the room. Also, the wifi worked intermittently, which made it impossible to use my laptop. I had to use my phone and phone service provider to connect to the internet.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a woman hanging out of the window or sitting on the ledge of the window to her hotel room (I thought this to be odd & horrible representation of Comfort Inn brands) a younger gentleman at the counter checked me in I advised him if the woman he stated “some people just don’t care about their lives” . As a criminal Justice professional my instincts told me to leave the hotel howeverI was traveling on business, exhausted & just needed sleep. I checked in went up to room to take luggage & do my wipe down of room for my stay of 2 nights. I over looked the hair found in the bathroom & the dirty floors I cleaned the room. I notified the front desk of my finding the handle on the shower broken (never addressed the issue), mid way through the night the toilet stopped flushing properly notified front desk (never addressed issue) then there must disgusting thing happened as I was turning the linen in the bed there is blood stained on linens that is not mine I immediately pull all the linens off the bed on the floor & lay on my own blanket. Next morning I notify front desk again of all the issues it isn’t until the afternoon that he offers to move me to another room. Long story short run run run run run away from here I asked for management never received a visit, call or anything from manager. I pray the health department shuts this place down! Horrible place

Service was good. The Indian guy behind the counter is above and beyond. Breakfast was ok. Lobby does not look like the pictures. The room smelled,A/C broken. Restroom tiles were falling off and the noise from the highway at night when trying to sleep were horrible.

Good location for my event location. New owners and it shows. Completely new staff. Rooms need remodeling and tv upgrades. According to front desk on antenna channels were available. 7 channels like the old days. Other parts of hotel had cable. Interesting.. asked to move to different room with cable but was told none had cable. Overall it served it's purpose of a room.

I did not like there were no Gideon Bibles in the rooms. other than that the stay was pleasant.It would have been more pleasant wiyh teh Bible to read.

The workout equipment does not work and is hazardous. Also the elevators do not work and when they do work they are very slow and often get stuck. I had to change rooms because the floor was caving in near the AC unit. This entire place is run down and it’s not being taken cared of, negligence and false advertisement regarding quality and amenities.

Perfectly fine for this pricing segment. Particularly liked that the fridge has a freezer compartment. Rooms facing the highway are not quiet because of noise from traffic. But then, you're also conveniently next to the highway.

Many things need to be worked on. A tile fell the bathroom wall while we were there. The conference room obviously had some water damage to the ceiling. The parking lot was small and would be tough for large vehicles or trailers to park.

First of all the rooms were dirty carpet had some stains dirty smell. Both ice machines in 2nd and 3rd floor were not working there was mold around the machines and they were extremely dirty. $2.00 for room temperature water bottle when the ice machine is out is outrageous!! Only 2 towels for a room with 2 beds is crazy as well. Wouldn’t go back here!!

When i walked in the door all i could smell was urine. Staff was nice but place needs updates real bad

the staff was so nice and helpful! the property was right off the highway so we heard traffic all night long. it also did not feel like we were in the best part of town. but the beds were clean and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

There is a lot of black mold on the ceiling in the shower. There is black mold in the grout ! Needs repaired.
