It does appear to be an older hotel and showing age. Our room was acceptable but showed a fair amount of wear (old caulking around the tub, older carpeting, etc). Would definitely suggest a facelift. However, the beds were fine, the AC unit worked perfectly, and all amenities functioned properly .

You get exactly what you pay for here. Nothing more, nothing less. The property is fine if you’re not planning on spending your time there. The rooms were a good size. We both slept great in the king bed. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Conveniently laid out. The staff were awesome!! I started calling the property when I landed so I could get the shuttle. Very accommodating. Shuttle service and driver were great! The times worked conveniently with my flight times. Front desk staff all 3 days had great customer service and they handled everything we asked for. We made some mistakes like not having our room cleaned one day and not knowing the next they didn’t anyone to do it. We still managed. Fresh towels whenever we asked. Pool was stocked with towels. They have w/d that work great, also. Shower never got really hot. Part of the stay the property was not clean. Trash and dirty towels, bandaids and snack trash littered everywhere. Those facts might be the occupants more than the staffs fault. Clean up after yourselves! And then the next day it was as clean as an old building could be. Much better. The spa jets worked great but the water was tepid at best. This property is not close to anything within walking distance.

A written warning was posted in the lobby about towing. It advised customers to not even bother the staff if your car gets towed, just contact the towing company. That’s a red flag and would make me hesitant to return.

Clean room

This hotel was not clean. The hallways smelled damp, the air conditioner in the room would not allow you to turn it down below 72, the bathtub had mildew and 5+ long hairs stuck to the walls of the shower, the elevator had trash in it, and the tile floors throughout the hotel needed mopped. The hotel was next to a very large strip club and the entrance was locked when we arrived. Not sure if that was due to the neighboring business or what. One of the pillows on the bed had a brown stain on it and the room was so humid and hot due to the air conditioning not going below 72 that it was very hard to sleep.

My only complaint is that itʻs June, very hot outside and the room was very warm. The air conditioner could not be contolled on the unit itself., and I was unable to lower thermostat on the wall unit.

Not a great overall stay. Not too welcoming, and unpleasant odor all throughout the hotel. Not a safe area either. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hotel was dirty and needed a face lift. Breakfast was okay, however, hotel is old and needs some work. Definitely not my Wyndham standard!

The pool and gym area were both pretty gross and not cared for very well. The ice machine has mold all over the outside. The beds were surprisingly comfy but that’s about the best I can say about the room. We had mold in the shower and a previous guests hair stuck all over the door and tub. The breakfast was good and that common area was very clean and upkept.

Staff was alright. Whole place smelled like cigarettes and marijuana covered up by cheap air fresheners. Not terrible but not great. Can’t complain for the price point, though. Room was clean enough.

Staff was friendly. Hallways smelled damp and stinky, but rooms were okay. Beds were comfy. Close to DAL love field airport which is a perk. Have stayed here multiple times, so obviously decent enough to return, and would return again.

When me and my children entered our room, we were greeted with a musty smell. I would later find out only one of the two air conditioning units were operational, and the bathroom stayed full of humidity for the two days. The couch had multiple large stains on it, and the material was pilling. There was a large water bulge on the ceiling in the bathroom, and mold all in the caulking of the bath tub. My son, however, still had a lovely bubble bath in the jetted tub. It was his birthday trip to Dallas. The pool area, which my children were looking forward to, left much to be desired. There wasn’t enough seating - or even a table to put belongings on. It was dimly lit, and very dirty on the walls, floor, vents etc.

Would never go back here again

The staff cleaned the room every other day and hotel is not up kept like the photos.

I didn’t end up staying at the location. The location was nasty. My room was a filithy mess I checked out within one hour of my stay and had to check in another hotel that was nearby. I complained but wasn’t able to get in money back.

Everything was great! Staff was helpful went in and made bed everyday and cleaned up trash and replaced towels. Only thing I would say was the pool and hot tub could use some updates to them.

Upon arriving it took 15 minutes for us to even be acknowledged by the front desk, we got to our room and instantly the toilet was clogged and got scolded saying we caused it, got moved to a different room and the AC didn’t work properly with an awful rattling noise. Decided to deal with it because we didn’t want to deal with front desk anymore

Offers breakfast. Couldnt sleep due to folks in room next door. Shuttle is not 24hrs . Its 6am to 10am from hotel and last one to hotel from dallas lovefield is at 10pm. However uber ride was only $10 and a 6min drive.

It did the job for an overnight before flying out early the next morning. But not the greatest. There was mold in the shower, calcium deposits on the shower head, and hair on the floor. Definitely get what you pay for. The breakfast was decent though!

Really strong cleaner smell mixed with weed. Floor in the room was both sticky and slippery at the same time. Mold on the ceiling tiles in the hallway and the door to the bathroom had rusted hinges and water damage. Did not stay for our entire reservation left early and took a loss on my payment.

The room was not very clean and had a weird smell. The couch was filthy and we could not even sit on it. We waited to check in and during that time the front desk attendant was not even at the desk. The security of not having someone at the front desk was very disturbing to me. The part of town where the hotel is located is on a busy highway and there is a strip joint next door that apparently has had many shoot outs so its not located in a safe area. I would not stay there again and in fact, felt the photos over represent what the hotel really looks like. I chose it to be close to the airport and to have airport shuttle services.

Only good part about the stay was the front desk people, they were nice, and helpful.

I tried to book a hotel with an airport shuttle from DFW. I didn't discover until after that their shuttle didn't run to DFW. Because of this I was unable to get to the hotel and they were unwilling to sign a waiver to allow Expedia to cancel the reservation. I had to book a room elsewhere and ended up paying for two rooms in the same night. I know they didn't technically have to cancel it, but it's just good customer service when they are able to.

I booked this trip for my in laws they had to suddenly leave in the middle of the night from San Antonio to Dallas. Upon arrival, they were given a hard time about check in because the reservation was under my name. Even though, I provided and paid for with my debit card. Then, there were roaches in the room. Spoke to the manager, refused to change our room.

The room had lots of damage to it. The walls were super thin. Also you could hear outside noise plain as day. The hotel smelled like cigarettes as well on the second floor. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was fine. Overall, not great.

We had to leave at 5:30am, we asked if they had a pastry or something we could take with us since we were going to miss breakfast and he said no, maybe that would be nice to add since it is an Airport Hotel.

This is my go to spot everytime I go to Dallas.

The check-in owner was unfriendly, the buttons for the elevators were broken or missing, gym is a joke with no water, was told to use the water fountain. The temperature is limited to what they want, curtains were stained and sheets were awful.

Everything was good except my room I stayed in 2:14 and that was a hot room I asked went downstairs ask from this to come up and look at the air condition and they did it stayed on for about 15 minutes and then cut back off it was like a sauna in there I sweated I have hot flashes real bad so I need it I couldn't hardly get dressed I got sick because I was so hot the breakfast I love the breakfast the staff was nice I love Dallas I just had a hot room No Air to me

Although there is a shuttle, there is no long term parking at hotel. I ended up driving to Love Field and parking at the the Parking Spot. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

Poorly cleaned and not maintained at all. Pictures for this property are several years old and this place is a dump. My room refrigerator didn't work, bathroom was dirty(mirror, tub, floors). Common areas have obvious hazards like wires hanging out of the elevator buttons, broken ice machines and parts gathered by elevators. I won't even begin to start on the area it's in. Come armed or stay away!!

I came from Boston for a competition and I was very satisfied with my stay. The rooms was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was included and the food was very good the hotel was quiet was well everyone was very respectful and the prices were reasonable.

Front desk staff was rude. There is no Park and Fly no matter what they say when you call Wyndham directly. I was told by the man working the front desk that I should have called that location directly to verify. The shower in the room was dirty and had hair all in it. There were stains on the sheets.

Came with kids and the 1st room smelt like moisture and like the room hadn’t been slept in, for a while. I wasn’t able to switch rooms until later that evening.

This was the most disgusting, unsafe, unsanitary hotel I have ever experienced. You could see handprints on the doors in the room, mold in the tub, smears all over the TV and the dressers. we left and I’m still waiting for my money back. It is next to two strip clubs and we saw Someone leaving the hotel who was probably working from the strip club. front desk management rude all they care about is the money, Did not even want to breathe in the air in the room. the smell of marijuana in the halls and elevator. JUST GROSS

Everything was great

The hotel is in a horrible part of town next to a coupe strip clubs. The shuttle from the airport was in deplorable condition and reeked of cigarettes. Check in was great and the front desk was very helpful. The whole place seemed very run down and dirty. The room itself was cleaner than the hallways. Unfortunately there was a very loud party that went until we'll after midnight with music and doors slamming. Add the highway sounds and it made for a very sleepless night. The morning shuttle to the airport was a massive improvement and we left on a good note. I would not recommend this to anyone, but especially for a couple ladies traveling alone as we were.

I've stayed there many times, the furniture is looking a bit worn, the shower could use updated shower wall and a good cleaning of the water stain / residue. But good for the price. NICE staff & breakfast !

The rooms and staff were wonderful! The only downside was really the area and people were not what we were expecting. There was a girl twerking and doing party tricks in the dirty hot-tub with a bottle of crown sitting next to it while there was children in the room. Just embarrassing and gross. The pool was really cold even though its indoor and I saw peoples hair floating on top. The breakfast was okay pretty basic cant really complain too much. 7/10

This hotel needs to be closed!!!! It is definitely falsely advertised. I was disgusted by the upkeep of my room. Mold and calcium buildup along with hair in the tubs, my sheets were not clean. There was hair in the bed along ro which i believe was a blood stain on the sheets. Oh and when i asked for new bedding, they led me to the laundry room and handed me the sheets to change on the bed myself. Someone else’s cap was on the floor which led me to believe they didn’t clean the room properly. Stains on the furniture. Stains on the couches. I was so disappointed. I had to request for a FULL refund because there was no way they were keeping my money. I believe the positive ratings and reviews on the site are falsely done by their friends and family because I met someone who stayed in the hotel, and she had the same complaints about her room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Believe me this is a REAL REVIEW.

The check-in clerk was very rude and abrupt. The lobby was dark and tape was used on the doors that entered the hotel. The bedding had hair in it and the tub and shower was filthy. Mold and scum was built up and there was a ring in the tub! The couch was dirty and torn with stuffing coming out. It seemed very seedy like it would rent rooms by the hour. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable all night. I couldn’t wait to check out the next morning. Disappointed is an understatement.

The room was mostly clean. However, some updating would help tremendously. Bed pillows were very flat. Shower was stained and there appeared to be mildew trapped under the silicone on the tub. The traffic noise from the freeway makes it almost impossible to get any type of quality sleep. The couches and ottomans were very dingy and stained and I hesitated to sit on them.

I booked a king suite with a pull out couch. There were used gloves, a pacifier, and a purse underneath. My fiancé found a note from a previous visitor that said “If you are reading this note, they have not cleaned this room after us. Crumbs were found in the sofa.” The note was dated on December 23rd. My visit was in February. I brought this up to the front desk staff. Housekeeping came to clean the room, but her face was appalled as well. She chuckled and took a photo. The next morning, my fiance was disgusted to see what he found underneath the sheets. The mattress cover was full of stains, including a large bloodstain on his side of the bed. It was very obvious. Whoever made the bed clearly didn’t care and still used it. I immediately went back downstairs to address the issue. I showed the video and he did not show any emotion. Housekeeping was sent to our room again to fix the issue. I am happy that things were cleaned up, but it only happened because it was addressed. I cannot imagine the cleanliness of the rooms. I usually do not complain. I am an easy going person, but I feel this review is very necessary.

Photos are very misleading. It’s an ok hotel, but nothing like the photos, there’s a big crack in the bottom of the pool in the shallow end. There was only one working ice machine and the breakfast was mediocre at best. Will not be staying here ever again.

Stay was fine for one night on a budget, hallways had some need of repair. Complimentary breakfast was nice and had eggs, potatoes, coffee, waffle maker, cereal, and fruit. No issues with noise or safety.

Yes I was treated kindly and the entire hotel smelled wonderful. The breakfast area was kept clean as well as the outside around the property. The only thing I didn’t like was their charge of $45 for a 1 hour later check out.

The lobby was old, dirty and had a foul smell. The room was TERRIBLE!!! Bathroom was the worse. Entire bathroom needs to be ripped out and redone. Tub had old, sloppy caulking, walls swollen, ceiling patched upon patch and lumpy. Floor had self leveling concrete as the floor. If that wasn’t enough there was only two bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth. Sofa had old stains which was old period blood stains. Crown molding was separated from ceiling and wall. Overall…the room was horrible. Guy at the desk was rude at check in and check out. The hotel was so bad that I wasn’t comfortable even having coffee or breakfast the next day. Ghetto! Just wanted to get out of there as fast and early as I could. Carpet was stained and stink (and old). Don’t stay in this hotel. I checked it for bed bugs and other things before I would even touch the bed. BTW I am a housekeeping manager so I know what I’m talking about. TERRIBLE!!! Stay away!

Had to pay 75.00 fee for incidentals, and I call repeated time for shuttle with the answer we will pick you up. Never showed to DFW, only for them to say we don’t drive that far. Won’t be booking this hotel again. Only felt with it given the snow storm on the east coast, didn’t have a choice.

Only gave one star because thats the lowest available. I bookes a whilrpool suit and the tub had jeds but the button was covered over preventing use. We asked for help and after hours, had to leave for dinner reservations so the tub never got fixed. Upon check out, the manager was less than pleasant ans offered us 30% off a future stay. Since we do not plan to ever return, i asked for a rrefund in the amount of the diffrence between regular and whirlpool suites which was declined. The room was not well kept with stains on the sofa and holes in the dining chairs as well as damage to the wall in the bathroom. Dont book here.

I went to the desk and said I was not staying and asked to cancel and the desk guy could not do anything for me. it was discusting and gross. Amenities, what amenities? I will insist on a full refund. i did not stay.

No no. There was a lot of mold in the part of this bathroom sink and stains on the countertop plus the couch and the in the seating area. This hotel I'd very high reviews and very disappointing considering we went to go check out the sauna to relax in, which was the main reason why we reserved the room. It was very cloudy and yellow so we did not enjoy the hot tub sauna area

The hotel is a little older but seems to be clean. All furniture in the room is new. The bathtub & toilet could be updated. For the price I'd say its a good buy.

We saw a bug, and I’m pretty sure the room had mold.. i saw what looked like mold on the legs of ottoman in the room. We did not try breakfast but it is provided. Other than the smell, the place was clean and I also saw them cleaning the rooms, so it seems like they are cleanly other than the smells.

The staff and room were fine. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were inedible and tasted as if they were rotten. there was very poor stocking of product. For example the only juice available was apple, the only cereal fruit loops the only fruit was apples and they were old and rotting. If you’re looking for breakfast, this hotel is one to avoid.

Staff was very cold...Like you are bothering him for checking in. He did not get up from his sit at all. Not very helpful.

Convenient and clean

First the front desk clerk gave me a room that already had a guest checked into it as i walked into the room. the guest was smoking weed and almost attacked me and my son for walking in on him smoking, then the second room they gave us was disgustingly filthy hairs in sink and tub and the AC didn't work it was midnight, and our flight left at 5am so we needed the sleep, so we overlooked it. The washer and dryer doesn't even work either this hotel needs to be managed by someone serious about running a business in hospitality

Our first night the hot water in our tub was not working. We let the front desk know immediately and was told someone would be out the next morning by 11 to fix it. We waited until after 11 to check with the front desk again, we were told that the maintenance person told them it was fixed, it was not. They finally had him come “fix” the issue. After coming back to the hotel later that evening, the hot water was still not working. They gave us the same room on a higher floor. Hot water worked, but when we pulled the pull out bed out, there were crumbs all inside the bed with no mattress cover. The main king mattress cover had a HUGE red stain on it. The pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub was barely warm the first night. The second night the hot tub wasn’t warm at all, and the pool was freezing cold again. This time some pool company was putting chemicals into the hot tub and the fumes were so strong we had to leave the pool because we were coughing and eyes were burning.

Shuttle service is for airport employees which was not stated on the phone or on Expedia. Hotel shower head was dirty. Area around the hotel was uncomfortable

The property itself wasn’t bad but the customer service was terrible. I was on the first floor and above me there was a room that sounded like they were partying and dancing. Around midnight I gave up waiting for the noise to stop and asked to move rooms. The attendant at that time was nice but wouldn’t move me rooms. Around 5am I was awoken by the loudest sounds and again ask to be moved rooms so I could get some sleep. The attendant on duty that morning was rude to me for asking to move rooms. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him and gave me the most disgusted looks for asking for help. He claimed the hotel was full so he couldn’t move me, although there were only a few cars in the lot. Then he said it was 6am and I had to check out at 11 so it really shouldn’t matter that I couldn’t sleep because I had to check out soon. I asked for a later check out and he said it cost $45 and the latest he could do was 1pm. At that point I became stubborn back with him because I was sick of the disrespectful way he was speaking to me. He said he’d let me stay until 12 without charge as if he was doing me a huge favor I should be grateful for. If you value customer service and want to be treated with basic respect then this is not the place to stay. My bathroom also smelled strongly of weed so I had to make sure the staff knew because I didn’t want to get charged. Not a big deal for me but might be for others.

Hotel lobby looked like it hasn't been well cared for. Room furnishings were worn and needed a refresh. The biggest issue was that at 2am on the first night a party began in the parking lot next door and appeared to extend into the hotel parking lot. Loud music played until about 6am. We also thought we heard gunshots. Needless to say we got no sleep that evening which prompted us to check out the next morning even though we had paid for 2 nights.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. There was a party going on at the hotel which made it hard to get any sleep. Overall would stay again.

Terrible accommodation. Shower was dirty with hair all over the wall, bed linen not clean and front desk staff was very unfriendly. I would never refer anyone to this hotel.

Some of the lights did not work in the dinette area. The bathroom was a little sketchy. The tub I wouldn’t have even dreamed of getting into. But all in all it was average.

Guy at the front desk on night shifts made my friend and I extremely uncomfortable during our stay. Tried to acquire our personal information and social media accounts, we did not share them with him. We also door dashed food to the hotel to be left at the entry downstairs but the same employee let the door dasher into the hotel which is locked after certain hours and provided them with our room number.

The room was very clean. Hotel staff was nice! Highly recommend this hotel!

Good stay for the price

Constantly having to wait for person at front desk. I booked the hotel for the hot tub and door wouldn’t open until closer to check out time so couldn’t really get to enjoy it. The ice machine only worked on first floor which is a hassle being a single mom to a young child on a road trip.

When we arrived it was late check-in around 10:00, there were cops and ambulances out front, the hotel is located directly next door to a huge strip club, where apparently the hotel offers rooms by the hour if u know what i mean. According to police someone was found deceased in one of the rooms from apparent drug overdose. If we hadn’t had a 6 a.m.flight to catch we would have went & found somewhere else to stay. Needless to say we slept on top of the bed with our clothes and shoes on. Never again!

We had a sofa sleeper in our room, but it didn’t have any sheets, blankets or pillows. My son went down to get them and the attendant said they don’t provide those. WTH?

The airport shuttle was not available forcing me to pay $35.00 to hire a LYFT. The gentleman who checked in was unorganized and abrupt. I was supposed to have a accessibility toom. I even called on Monday and confirmed. I was given a regular room.

It was a pleasant check in but a super horrible stay! So horrible we checked out at 1am! It's the weekend, the hotel is next to club XTC strip club and some men thought it was a good idea to park in the street and bbq with very loud music awaken those meaning the club disturbing the hotel gyesr. The front desk clerk took a personal phone call while checking me in, complained about me checking in at all, and did not communicate about anything. The property was dirty, the room was falling apart, and everything reeked of weed.

Made me leery upon entering.Person behind the desk couldnt take the phone away from his ear long enough to actually greet me, check me in and answer my questions. My room was filthy. The couch was filthy, had crumbs all over and a wet spot. Lucky for me the bed looked clean, i was worried. Have never been to a Wingate that was nasty like this. I didnt know the area and was exhausted or i would have complained and left.

Cleanliness: while taking a shower the morning after my stay, I noted a very rusty razor blade, hair, and dust and debris on the base of the toilet. Most everything was great but that sight really ruined it for me, especially because that morning I was heading to the hospital for my daughter's brain surgery. This daughter has dealt with suicidal ideation and sharp objects like razor blades are a temptation for her to hurt herself.

Hot breakfast no longer includes bacon/sausage and the juice machine wasn’t working. I need a good breakfast for the day and will be looking at other hotels in future.

My microwave started smoking when I turned it on. It made my room terribly cloudy and gassy with the fire alarm going off. I was on the ground floor which felt dangerous. The only good part was the shuttle to the airport. I was disappointed

Room had a bad smell and was not in very good condition. Also the hotel was in dangerous part of town. It was next to a strip club where there had been shooting recently. I left soon after checking in and went to a different hotel. I tried to get a refund for this hotel but they said they could not do that.

The check in was quick since it was prepaid. Front desk staff was super friendly. The pool is not warm although it's indoors. The jets in the king suite was weak and it takes a long time for the hot water to get hot. But a plus was the bed being super quiet. Husband and I loved that 😍

The hotel itself was great for the price, I was nervous cause it was a cheap room, but honestly decent enough for $80. The front desk staff was lovely. However, the hotel room had a very strong chemical like odor when we arrived and there were bed bugs- my husband got about 20 bites one night, we woke up about 430am and saw them. We alerted the front desk, sent and email and called customer service, we never got a response. We don't want this to happen to anyone else. Also- the hotel is adjacent to a very popular club, not only is there a long line of cars on the weekend, unsavory patrons spill over into the hotel parking lot, one person even tried to start something with our Uber driver. Do not recommend staying here.

They really need to update the photos for this place. The pool area had a rework and it looks dark and dirty now. There was mold showing in the shower edges. We found a small roach in the eggs. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. I didn’t trust the pool or hot tub water unfortunately. This place looks a lot better in the photos, but don’t fall for all of it.

We get to the room. Looks nice. Clean but im smelling an odor. The bathroom door is closed which to me was strange but i opened it and had a strong mildew, mold smell. For 2 people they had 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. So i had to go down and get extra. Through the night i started having asthma attacks so needless to say i also didn't get much rest. Will never go back or probably never use Wyndham again if this is the normal

Room had hair in bathroom and tub so it hadn’t been cleaned correctly. The tub in the shower didn’t drain and I asked them to fix but they didn’t. Water was mid calf while showering. The fitness equipment didn’t work.

The hotel seemed sketchy. Homeless people were hanging on the outside. Later I found out from 2 seperate uber drivers that hotel is used as a brothel. The strip club next door brings clients for hourly use. Walls are paper thin. People were yelling at all hours of the night.

Top floor kept making noises and stomping all through night.we told management 4 times til we just left at midnight. Management was useless during the stay.

The bedding had hair on the sheets, the dry towels had stains and the sink plumbing was backed up. This was all noted soon as I checked into the hotels. There was no engineer on duty had to wait to 10am the next morning. And the front seat attendant gave me clean fresh towels and sheets all upon my arrival. Also, there FREE breakfast is the same (scrambled boxed eggs, toast, waffles, frozen potatoes and already cooked pork bacon) Everyday. No alternatives. I really thought from the reviews on the hotel page was stay-able; boy was I wrong. I also have pictures and videos of my encounter. I will say this and leave it at that: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Stop being cheap and treat yourself!

It's quite obvious the owners are not investing in the place and are cost cutting. This hotel is a polished terd , but a terd nonetheless. Stay away and spend a few dollars more for quality even if you need to pay for an uber instead of a shuttle.

I feel the property is due for renovation and carpet replacement. Also, the older gentleman at the front desk was really rude to several customers. I did not interact with him but I watched how he treated other customers.

Called to make sure pool and hot tub were open. Manager said “yes and they’re functioning properly” when we got there he informed us that the hot tub was “just lukewarm”. The entire point of staying at this location was for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was ice cold and not usable because of that. The hot tub was pointless. It was like a bath. The breakfast was decent. Location decent. Bed was comfy but the pillows were completely flat. Not fun for two people to share three flat pillows.

A large and very loud commercial refrigeration truck was right outside our windows running all night. We couldn’t sleep. The front desk was dismissive and said they couldn’t do anything about it. It was our last of four nights and they made us move rooms instead of making the truck move to a different location. We were very disappointed in their response and treatment of us.

So checked in room it had an odor in the halls along with the room was dirty their was napkins as if someone had been there right before us eating and mind you we checked in super late we drove from Houston for the fair also the towels were dirty and the shower head had mold on it we told the front desk no one came up never stay here again

Very good hotel for the price- I wouldn’t go here for leisure but it’s a solid average price clean place to lay your head if youre in town for business- my only gripe is the breakfast for three days was exactly the same- and it was a step above continental- they do have a sign saying you have to eat the breakfast in house which wouldn’t be ideal for working people who just want breakfast to go

The property had a terrible odor, and the room was filthy. There were stains on the curtains and towels, and the carpet felt sticky. I would never stay here again. The door didn’t lock properly, and I’m glad I brought my own travel door locks because I felt unsafe. Upon arrival, we were a little concerned as the area is not great... but after walking in, the hotel smelled pleasant and the lobby was clean. Check in was easy and the staff was nice. The room was nothing special and I questioned how well the bathroom had been cleaned after the last guest (old bar of soap in shower, dirty floor, etc.). The shuttle to Love Field was nice, but it only runs at certain hours and they weren't conducive to our flights. All in all, the hotel is fine.

I liked that it had an indoor Hot tub and swimming pool. The weight room was well equipped. The furniture was ran down. Toilet sest was peeling, not enough towels. The breakfast was minimum not a lot of choices we were next to a strip club. But I was surprised of how quiet the facility was.

Johnny, at the front desk was amazing and very welcoming. We were able to take a complimentary shuttle to the airport and it was a huge time and cost saver.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night with my mom and sister, while attending a conference at the American Airlines center. The hotel was a bit outdated. The hallways smelled good. However, the garbage cans were overflowing outside at the back entrance and smelled really bad. No one bothered to empty them. There was a rug hanging on the outside rail with roaches crawling around at the back entrance also. The tub had rust around the fixtures and did not appear to be too clean. The chair in the room was very dirty. On a good note, the staff members were professional and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and the food was tasty. I did not get a chance to visit the indoor pool, hot tub, or gym, but viewed them from the hallway and dining area. The pool and hot tub seemed to be able to fit about 10 people at a time. The gym was rather small. The bed was comfy, but there was a small bug crawling on the comforter of one of the beds when we walked in. The hotel was ok for one night, but I definitely would not have stayed longer.

Parking was good and safe

The room was dirty. The air conditioner was leaking on the floor with a huge wet spot in the carpet. There was mold around the caulking in the bathroom. The commode lid was completely off and laying on the floor felt very unsafe there and was totally worried about my vehicle getting broken into. We had a room for four reserved and had two towels and four pillows.

The staff were friendly and kind. The front desk clerk gave my son a gift during check in. The room was clean and spacious. The tub needs to be resurfaced because it had a slant in it that made taking a shower unsafe. The hotel is located in a sketchy area.

The hotel was clean and staff caring and accommodating. It was close to the venue I and other guest attended. But it is nestled on a road that runs alongside the freeway, which is dark and I frequently saw a number of homeless wandering at night. Not a safe area to walk at night. I would have loved to be able to walk to a restaurant or a burger shop for something to eat after our conference. So you really need a rental car.

This was the first time we stayed in this property. I wouldn’t say this is the safest neighborhood as a prostitute walked past the driveway as we were pulling up and the hotel is located next-door to a strip club. Overall, the hotel was clean, but the couch in my room I wouldn’t sit on because it was so dirty. The pool was very clean. The shuttle only operates morning and evening from the airport and of course we arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon so the shuttle was unavailable to us. I can say for sure we will not be back.

The room was clean and the breakfast was spot on. When I first entered the building it had a kind of a funny smell, but I believe that was just some of the stuff they use to keep everything clean. The staff was professional.

Images of rooms are not how actual rooms appear once you enter. Very misleading. A lot of paper signs displayed throughout the building, kinda unprofessional and impersonal when their are workers there who can talk to the guest directly instead!

The tub had mold around its perimeter, the sofa was badly stained, and the bed coverings weee dingy. Upon checkout, the front desk person was obnoxious towards me and upset that I contacted Expedia to complain about the poor condition of the room as well as the terrible customer service. The staff was friendly when we arrived but when we got to our room. The AC was giving off a strong mildew smell. There were also no towels in the bathroom except one used one. When we called to ask if we could be brought clean ones we were told we had to come to the front desk for them. Also empty tp roll upon entry. Staff was very friendly but was not so happy after i arrived to check in, turns out my reservation was given to someone else with the same name but they failed to check the reservation number on it so i had to pay again for the stay there so i got charged a security deposit twice. The clerk did advied i would get a refund but it would take a while to process but waiting longer to get another room and not to what i reserved was annoying i was tired from the ling drive and just wanted to sleep. I wasent even compensated or got an apology for their mistake.

Our stay is usually great here (we’ve stayed several times before early morning flights) this time our room wasn’t great. Sheets appeared dirty. Coffee maker didn’t work and staff wasn’t very friendly. Probably won’t stay here again.

This motel is a dump. I actually thought it was closed or being renovated. The only good was the coffee maker.

It was just okay. We had to wait a while to get checked in because no one was at the counter. 2 other groups waiting also. Everyone was nice and apologized for the wait.

I liked the convenience it was from the airport. The room we stayed in was dirty. The toilet looked like specimen stains were in it. A previously used razor was up under the sink along with particles of debris. The window was cracked and hard to close. So I had the evening manager to assist. The food staff was using the same glove to clean with and to also work on the waffle machine. I ask her to change her gloves before she touch the waffle machine nozzle and the food items. She refused and therefore cross contamination was done. Fabuloso bothers my sinus and it was too much of it around the food items therefore the food was tasting like fabuloso products. The manager on duty was sloppy dressed and sat with his feet prompt up while checking us in. After getting a reclean in out room, items were still under the sink. The shower head is rusty and the tub can be better. The door had dirt all on both sides from finger print and things. The couch had stains and the room was dusty. They need security to keep the squatters from coming in off the street touching things without being clean. The pool area stayed dirty and also the fitness area. I have pictures to prove my point.

The room smelled terrible. The room did not have a room number sign (appeared to be missing). The sink water smelled like sewage. We ended up brushing our teeth in the bath tub. We could not get out of there soon enough, we actually left at 5:15am since we didn't sleep or enjoy our stay.

My husband and I didn’t stay. Upon entering the room we saw furniture that was old stained and not cleaned that I was afraid to sit on, the tub was old that appeared not to be cleaned or that old it gave off uncleaned vibes. No toilet paper on roll. They refused to refund me after the complaint. The desk clerk hung up on me after I found out they didn’t cancel my reservation after me giving them the rooms keys back. The few minutes I was there it was a nightmare. I’m still fighting to get my money back. A lesson learned no pictures of room don’t stay, read reviews and swipe next if this hotel comes up on your search!!!!!

Easy and quick check in. Location to Love Field was great.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Once the attendant came in, check-in went fairly fast. However, the attendant’s personal phone rang and he answered it, speaking non-English. He then put in his ear buds and carried on a conversation the rest of the time it took to check me in. I thought this was totally rude.

When first arrived the room didn't seem like it was vacuumed, the room did seem like it has had its wear and tear. But overall the stay was okay.

I wish I could provide some pictures for proof here… Where do I begin. The sheets, no joke, we’re ripped up bad. Comforter had huge holes. The bathroom towel was used. The tub was loaded with mold. The was hardly any air on in the lobby and hallways. The smell was overwhelming and the pictures on the internet looked nothing like the actual facility. Must be from when they first opened.

The pool and hot tube was disgusting, hair, old bandages were floating in pool. Hot tub had a thick dirty nasty ring around the inside of hot tub. Will not be going back.

We had a great stay

Checkin only concern. No one at front desk for 15 minutes or more because short staffed and staff was picking up other(s) from airport then couple held line up for another 15 minutes. Wish they would wait on us and another couple then get back with first couple. Just some wasted time for us and a few others.

Rooms were extremely moldy and smelly. Would not recommend.

Hotel was dirty, next to a strip club, parking lot was scary at night and parking was inconvenient. The shuttle to the airport was nice but thats about it.

room was very stuffy. half of the rooms were having issues with air conditioning. customer before me was moving rooms due to AC and the front desk had no AC. room was stuffy and humid, was better when i had the window open. (ridiculous) bed was not comfortable at all

The hotel itself wasn’t

I came here because my air bnb was disgusting. All the reviews mentioned it was clean and they were right. No frills, but very clean. My room had an older looking couch and all else was in great shape. The building is not fancy, but the gym, pool and dining area are well cared for. The staff is courteous and responsive. The breakfast is simple but good. I would definitely stay here again.
