    This property will fool you with the nice picture of the lady that they display online in their waiting area. DON’T DO IT! It’s on the level of a Motel 6, and if I would have had the time and not catching a flight within 4 hours of checking in, we would’ve went somewhere else. The front desk attendants were nice though, but the property needs work.

    We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the breakfast was excellent, and having access to a gym was a great bonus. Free parking was also very convenient. We couldn’t find any shortcomings during our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

    Chose this Hotel because of their online offering of airport parking and proximity to hotel. When we arrived, we were told they no longer offered this service. 10 pm and we were told to find another hotel. ??? I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would contact him because he had already left the premises. After 1/2 hour they told me they would honor the online offering. The explanation was that Wyndham was slow in removing said online information. Now upon our return trip, I called from the airport for the shuttle pickup and was told the vehicle was out of service and the that I had to find my own way back to the hotel. Approximately, 10 pm. I obtained an Uber car and was told to present my receipt at the front desk and they would refund. I would think the hotel (Wyndham!!!) would have the decency to RENT a vehicle for their airport traveling customers. Never using Wyndham again!

    Great location for traveling through and friendly staff. It was to easy to hear everyone. Doors slamming very hard at about 4am. A LOT of glass in the parking lot that needs cleaning up. Couch needs vacuuming… I touched it a little and sand came off in my hands!

    Spacious rooms and organized, clean breakfast spread. Unfortunately the rooms felt ‘wiped over’ and not completely clean. The pool was filthy, dirt would come up from walking in the pool and we also found ants and chicken bones in the water.

    Breakfast was good, and the breakfast area was kept very clean. Selene (sp.), who works the night shift, was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to help me when my elderly mother fell shortly after our arrival in Dallas. Selene is friendly and kind and an example of excellent customer service. Give her a raise!! I didn’t love the location right by the highway. It was convenient but noisy.

    Nice quiet place. Rate less stars because the shower had hair on multiple areas of the wall when we got there, the lamp shade was broken and fell off in the middle of the night, and the phone didnt have a cord so we couldn’t make any calls to the front desk.

    After multiple delays at the airport and through the airlines it was determined we would be overnighting in Dallas rather than flying home. Before leaving our departing City I made a reservation at this hotel Thru Your Website, Hotels dot com fortunately, paid for travelers insurance at the same time because it was so dicey at the airport in terms of when we might be leaving and we chose this hotel because it was near the airport. I Then followed up within 30 minutes to ensure that they had received a reservation and I let them know that we would probably be arriving late because departure time was in flux. By the time we arrived at the hotel, later than expected but not our fault, the hotel had given away our room! The young man who was manning the front desk indicated that his manager told him because they were overbooked to take the first people that came in and not to worry about the rest of us. Absolutely the worst customer service I hope this hotel closes and loses money due to this type of behavior. If you had a rating lower than zero I would give it because of what they did to us.

    I loved the location and how close and easy it was to get to the city from this hotel. Definitely a hotel i would book again. Room was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay and super spacious as well. Main thing was their pool. It was dirty at the time I went. There were leaves, dirt, and bugs in it. Water was freezing cold! Like freezing. The only reason I still went in was because my daughter loves the pool and she does not care but we were only there for 1 hour because I was just not comfortable with how dirty it was and, again, freezing.

    First room we were assigned had the broken lock and the toilet would not flush correctly. They had no staff to fix our issues so we were given another room. It was fine but the a/c couldn’t keep up with the humidity so it felt damp. The breakfast was poorly lacking in variety. If it were not for the friendly, delightful and accommodating staff we would have given it a lower rating.

    Desk Staff was excellent, friend had left purse in rental car, and she had to go back to the Car Rental lot to find, and staff assisted with making sure that she hadn't left it on your property before she found it. Desk Staff assisted in lyft price since your transport vehicle was not operating for Airport pickup. When we got to our room, key did not work, went back to desk for new keys, and when we got into room, the Room was not made up, bedding and towels were just laying there. We returned the Rental Car to Airport and room was ready on our return.

We also experienced very low water pressure during our stay. Most concerning, we found signs of bed bugs. When we brought these issues to staff, instead of properly addressing the situation, we were told to get cleaning supplies and clean the room ourselves, which was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness, safety, and customer service should be a basic standard. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

    I’ve stayed there before and the staff is always very helpful. It is a really clean room and you get a lot for your money. It’s very very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I said El La Quinta as well in Atlanta for the same reason.

    The heavy set man at the desk does not care about you and is rude. He sits in the back on his phone and when you are standing at the desk, he just stares at you waiting for you to speak. I had to waive him over to the desk twice. He doesn’t ask how he can help, just stares until you start talking. I was told the hot tub has been out of service for over a year and was refused compensation for it. And, the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the interstate and every noise in the hallway. It’s loud. I would never stay at this hotel again!

    The first room was dirty, the whole floor smelled like weed and piss & the AC did not work. The 2nd room on a different floor was only slightly better. It was still dirty but had AC. The people above me were running a marathon and I could hear all their footsteps. I had to complain to guest services at 2am. The front staff would not acknowledge me and Orbitz or the hotel would not issue a refund. Other reviews talk about cars being broken into and bedbugs. Stay far away. Needless to say I didn’t sleep and I needed a shower after leaving the place.

    I got in really late and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The outlets for USB charging and plain electrical outlets were all worn and I had to try four of them to find anything that worked. The shower and bathroom were clean well cared for. If you need an airport shuttle, it says they have one available, but read the fine print. You have to actually call and make arrangements when you plan your trip. If you wait until you get to the airport, there will be no answer to your request. I had to pay $22 to uber.

    The place was filthy on the outside? Trash over flowing in trash cans and trash all over the parking lot. The room bathroom the tub was dirty and carpet was filthy that we never touched the floor barefoot. We were on the second floor and the hallway had a continuous horrible smell of marijuana. No security on site and there was a vehicle broken into during the 3 day stay we were there. Would not recommend and we will never stay there again. Just drive a couple blocks and stay at the Holiday Inn Express

    Our room was great very clean, the bed was comfortable, and quiet, we only stayed one night. We booked this hotel for the ease of leaving our car there for vacation and having the shuttle to transport us to and from the airport. On the day we went to the airport the got us a uber, although on our return our flight was delayed due to bad weather so we called the hotel to inform them it would be late when we arrived and the lady on the phone said if it was after 11pm we would have to get a uber and they would refund us our money because their shuttle stopped at 11. So when we arrived at the airport it was 1115 we got a Uber to the hotel and my husband went in to talk to the receptionist about our refund the guy told him he wasn’t authorized to give us our money back and we would need to talk to someone else about that. We will not be staying at this hotel again because it would have been cheaper to park at the parking spot and we would have been guaranteed and ride back to our car without having to find one ourselves.

There was mold in the bathroom and around the electrical outlets and beds had some stains in it. The shower was clogged so was standing in water for a while.     This past weekend from Thursday- Monday me and my two friends stayed at this hotel for a girls trip and nonetheless it was a great stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the check in process all the way to the check out process. The rooms were clean and spacious. A great plus about this hotel is that it’s not too far away from the Deep Ellum area and accessing the freeway was easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

    Didn't ended up staying here after all. When we first arrived another customer warned us of parking lot brake ins. We then checked in and our room seemed great until we sat down on the couch, it was horrible, we then pulled out the sofa bed and it was literally nothing but springs. We went ahead and went to a different hotel instead.

    First room TV and refrigerator did not work. Changed rooms and AC worked kind of. Pool was dirty and full of leaves entire 4 days. key cards didn't work for entrance to pool.     My family and I had 3 room reservations for the same date, when we arrived the hotel only 1 room available. All rooms were paid in advance and money had been deducted a month earlier. We had to look in the area for 2 rooms making us as a family have to stay in 2 different hotels. When I arrived at my room there was a weird order which made us have to open the window for a couple of hours on a very windy and cold Dallas night. To make things worse the remote control did not work and I was too frustrated and tired to deal with it. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

    -The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet winding up to take off every time it went into cool mode. I did as I would at home and set it from "auto" to "on." It just whined like a lost dragon until it came on and I hadto clamp pillows around my head, which brings me to The pillows. They look all squishy and comfortable, but they're actually pretty dense. No rest. Customer service- 5 stars. Comfort - 3.5

    Not impressed but this review depends on your personal expectations. I could not reach the property before arriving although I called multiple times. The phone simply rang endlessly. Shuttle was not helpful in getting us to the airport. Was told the only shuttle runs at 12noon and 4:00pm. If your flight departs before 11:30am or after 4:30pm the hotel shuttle cannot be of help. Disappointed to say the least.

We also needed batteries for the remote & they said that person had gone home so they gave us an old remote with no battery closure to use. If had failed, we would have had to change rooms.     When he went to speak with the manager, she told him to come back the following day to sort it out. We both we back, and the manager was very put out, badically said “there is nothing I can do, either you pay or don’t” and when he was adamant about paying once we received the money, and he asked who to call once we did.     This hotel looks ok online but that is deceiving. I travel for a living and stay in hotels every week. Walking in the lobby the air was stale and humid. There was no A/C in the lobby, common areas and zero ventilation in the room hallways. The halls reaked of marijuana smoke. The elevator had used condoms and open condom wrapper on the floor. The room was stale, the couch seat was litteraly ripped open and most of the wood was beaten up in the room. Bathroom seemed ok but overall this is a nasty hotel that was full of drug attics and I assume prostitution. Is this is franchisee owned their license needs to be revoked

    I booked this hotel for my daughter, who works at nearby Love Field, during the ice storm. The staff was very accommodating to her. They facilitated an early check-in so she could get into the room before her shift started. They let her stay in the same room as we added days. My daughter commented that she enjoyed the free breakfast as well.

    The room was decent for the night. The people next to me on both sides were noisy, so I couldn’t sleep very well. The washed clothes had hair on them. It takes a minute for the shower to run hot. There are shuttle services, but they don’t use them—you’ll have to take an Uber, and they reimburse you in cash. They will order you an Uber in the morning to the airport. I honestly think he was just lazy to drive, but whatever. It wasn’t bad overall. The night service desk staff was nice. The stay wasn’t bad, and it’s worth what you paid for.

My room door key would never work even though they changed the batteries still kept having problems bathrooms tub had hair in the tub so that means they didn't clean it well one positive note was housekeeping came every single day I did like that to the point I tip the housekeeper cuz she was very kind and she seemed happy about what she was doing overall I feel the place can be updated a little bit more since the last time I was there it's a little rundown but it was fine we got through it can't say I will stay again though.

    I arrived in Dallas at 1am and had to wait 2 hours to check in because no one was at the front desk. Me along with 10 other guest waited by the lobby for someone to show up. Was terrible. I was extremely tired from a 10 hour drive. The staff was rude. They rushed me out upon checkout. Came to the door several times to ask when I was leaving. The room was dusty, not very clean.     The room was very clean. Staff friendly. Also, had to get them to fix TV and she was nice and friendly doing that. Phones were not working so had to go down to report the problem, so that was a little bit of a problem, but otherwise everything was good!!!

    We stayed there 2 nights, it was OK. The 2nd night was pretty loud. Someone above us was walking back and forth for hours. We parked under our window so we could keep an eye out on our car. An employees pickup was vandalized on the 1st night.

    The location of this property was great. We came over a holiday so I anticipate we would have had a different experience at a different time-Breakfast was very limited and not stocked with over 30 minutes left; space was not cleaned. Airport shuttle was not available despite reserving it the night prior with the excellent night attendant. The AM attendant was falling asleep behind the counter. He was able to get us a free uber but communication on the arrival and between attendants was lacking.

    I choose this hotel because it’s close to the children’s hospital and that was our trip for, to visit my niece at the hospital. Room was ok. Staff were not kind or friendly, they looked annoyed. There was a lot noise all around our room 101. Our truck was stolen on first night we stayed there and staff didn’t help on anything. We received a call from manager on our way back, they told whey will refund what we paid for our stay because they noticed our truck was stolen.

    I could talk to them via text which was super nice. I text to remind them we would be a late arrival (like 12:30am) and they had a room for us (it was not cancelled). The staff was friendly and the room was fine for one night, near the airport. A bit dated but we didn't pick it as a luxury hotel but one of convenience, to catch some rest before driving to Waco, TX.

    The Airport Shuttle was right upfront and only available at certain times. The staff was very helpful throughout my stay. the room itself was nice and tidy, although the shower was difficult to use. The only issue I had was that the lobby smelled very musty, but other than that, 10/10 stay, thanks!

    We were greeted by someone who looked like he didn’t even want to be there. The telephone in the room didn’t work at all. The microwave was missing the plate and it was burned inside and smelled. The deadbolt lock didn’t lock. The top lock was missing the other half to lock the door. The light fixture between the beds had an annoying blue light that dined in my face all night.

    Where do I start? As someone else mentioned in a review, the decorative light fixtures above the reception desk were thick with dust. This was our first impression, and it went downhill from there. The hallways had a very heavy smell of air freshener from those automatic dispensers. It was like swallowing a bottle of cheap perfume. The room was run down, with dirty curtains and shredded comforters. The mattress was actually comfortable, which made the rest bearable. The bathtub was not in good shape (the finish and fixtures were damaged). When we first got there, we tried to call down to the front desk but the phone was broken (it was a really old and dirty phone). I went down to the desk to tell them about the phone and to request a extra luggage rack. First I was told they’d tell the technician about the phone, then that they have been replacing phones. From other reviews, it seems the phone replacement has been going on a long time. Customers should at least be told the phones don’t work. It’s a basic thing to be able to call the front desk at a hotel. As for the luggage rack, I was told they were being discontinued and that some rooms have them and some don’t and they don’t know which. Huh? I’ve stayed in luxury hotels and in budget hotels, and know what to expect in each. But even for a budget hotel, this one left a lot to be desired. Oh, and when we handed over room keys when leaving, the guy at the desk just said, “OK.” I guess he knew not to ask how our was.

    I originally called for an early checkin that was confirmed, When I arrived I was told no rooms were available and I would have to wait until 11 when check out was. I waited over 3+ hors for checkin, When I checked in I noticed burn holes in the bedding and old blood stains on the pull out couch. The shower head had a ton oc buildup on it and was floor of the tub had not been scrubbed properly. The water took forever to heat up and didn't stay hot for long.

    The LaQuinta that I stayed in was not clean. When I arrived to my bed I noticed a bit of a bulge on the mattress. When I pulled back the mattress pad to see what the bulge was, I noticed it was quite stained. The room also had an odor and the carpets were very soiled.

    The room was in unacceptable condition: stains all over the carpet, grease and grime on the walls and furniture, chipped paint, a bathroom fan making loud noises with debris falling from it, and hair from a previous guest still on the floor. When I politely asked if there was a cleaner room available, the manager insisted all rooms were the same and became defensive, claiming her housekeeping staff “does a wonderful job.” Instead of addressing the issues, she made an inappropriate comment “Well, when you people walked in I knew you didn’t like it.” When I asked for clarification, she refused service altogether, said she wasn’t comfortable with us staying, and even threatened to call the police. She would not provide her name. I have never been refused service simply for asking to see a room and expecting basic cleanliness. This experience was unprofessional, discriminatory, and unacceptable.

    First night. A/C never cooled room down so miserable sleep. Remote back missing, exposed batteries. We were given a room for disabled persons...not requested. The shower wand work at all and leaked down the hose directing water to exit the tub all over the floor. Night-time visit to the bathroom, at least two roaches. The bathroom floors have vinyl tile flooring and significant dips and soft spots in the actual floor structure. I explained all of this to the front desk the next morning. He offered to move us to another room. I explained the flooring issue and if they would fix that wand hose, it might resolve the water damage source. He did not make notes of anything I listed. We had to move all our belongings to another room. Almost late to our appointment. Second room, A/C worked well. Roach during middle of night bathroom visit. Loose vinyl wood tiles in bathroom and move under your feet. TV would not change channels. Next morning, I reported tv issue to same front desk man.He told me to try working with the receiver box tonight. I told him I was not aware of any box and have someone do it and/or repair before we return. Upon return I asked female at front desk to check work orders or notes and give me TV repair status. She showed no record of my report and explained the small box may have fallen. She was right..I relocated the box for remote vision. Broken security lock on door.

    Need to speak with management. Checkin online but still had to check in the same way at the hotel. They would not accept my membership points. Breakfast had little to offer. Guy who checked me out was rude. Spoke to other guest, did not speak to me.

    No Tv remote on suite, I wouldn’t say rooms were dirty but it smelled musky, like a dirty carpet smell starting in the 300 Hallway. Also, suite 301 smelled like mildew and musky. The breakfast was poor, all they offer is eggs and sausage. The juice machine wasn’t working. Didn’t look appealing at all. I wouldn’t stay here again

    We had a good stay. Only thing was it was not advertised that the airport shuttle only happened between specific hours. A hotel with a shuttle was a main criteria for our stay. Everything else was great.

    The hotel had great amenities. Room was cleaned and well maintained. There was issues with the locking system not opening without a struggle with the room key card. Other than that, would recommend.

    The smell of their air freshener all over is extremely strong. There were no towels or cleaning cloths in the workout area. The temperature of the workout area was 79 degrees.

    Flight got canceled and had to book hotel. About a 20 min ride to the airport (do not take a cab, cost me almost $80 and ride share was about $35). Unfortunately the shuttle did not run during the times of my stay (called at 11 and the bus driver left at 10:50p and no early morning shuttle). Overall the room and stay was nice. Unable to explore any other the amenities due to brevity of stay.

    The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. I also appreciated the free breakfast with plenty of options, and the location was perfect—close to the airport and downtown attractions. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again!
