    Check-in was very slow, one person. No telephone service in the room. No iron in the room, had to walk to office to request, then wait 20-30 minutes for it. A $100.00 deposit is required however, no mention of that when booking. (If paid in cash, it's refundable on check-out, if by cc, 3-7 days before removing from cc. The room "inspected" as you are checking out, literally. One of our guest damaged the bed cover, she had to pay $50 immediately or the amount would be deducted from the $100 deposit. Breakfast: Waffles, cold bagels, apples, orange flavored water, fruit loops, corn flakes, milk, yoghurt and I don't know what else. I left.

    Rented a room there because we needed somewhere close to the Granada and was inexpensive. This place suited both needs. They do serve a sparse breakfast. As far as it just being a place to sleep, it was just ok. The bed wasn't real comfortable and the pillows were absolutely horrible because they had zero firmness to them and were super small. I highly recommend bringing pillows. There wasn't a tv remote in the room which wasn't a huge deal because we mainly got the room for sleeping purposes, but would have been nice to have (no, we didn't bother asking front desk). If you have to store anything in the fridge, make sure you check the temp setting. We put beer in the fridge and it froze lol.

    Omar and Kathy at the front desk were helpful in switching my room that I had an issue with. Some of their rooms are nicer and more well kept than others but could use some updates. The location is centrally located in Dallas and in close proximity to a few restaurants and gas stations. The property was really quiet during the week and quite busy on the weekend. The beds were comfortable. Not to bad for an inexpensive stay in Dallas.

    When I arrived the parking lot was full of shady people drinking by their cars. When I went up to my second floor room, there was a very strong cleaning chemical smell that gave me a headache. Then around 4:50am there was someone tapping on my room window and door. I refused to open the door but couldn’t see anyone through the peep hole or window. This persisted for about 15 mins and then stopped. When I called the front office, nobody answered. It felt like someone was trying to get me to open the door, but I wouldn’t. I had payed for 2 nights through Expedia but checked out after only 1 night. I notified the staff about my experience and the guy told me I could leave but I would have to email the property owner to see if they would refund my second night. I emailed but got no response. Overall this was a terrible experience with very unhelpful staff. I don’t recommend staying here. It also felt very unsafe.

    The room was not clean, hairdryer broken, desk lamp broken, phone did not work, slow network connection (even the TV had to buffer), homeless loiterers, BUGS! The hotel also has a "No Guests After 9pm" restriction that is not advertised.

    Please be a person that books based on reviews. Do.. NOT.. stay here. Anytime I needed something there was never anyone at the front desk. We left our room multiple times because the smell was unbearable. Woke up one morning with an actual roach on me. Too bad you cant rate a room in the negative numbers.

    Nothing. Everything. I didn’t even make it past the front desk because they wanted a $100 cash deposit and refused to refund my 72.00 I had already paid. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank regarding the fees and we’ll see how that goes. There are also people doing meth in the parking Lott in the middle of the day, I can only imagine what the nights are like there.

    It is located close to stores and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable but, there was a small spot of mildew on a rack in the refrigerator and the floors were filthy. Looked like they hadn’t been swept when we first entered. The next day we could tell that housekeeping had swept and mopped the floor. There was a musky smell in the bathroom. We did not eat the free breakfast so I can’t comment on how that was. The parking lot was well lit. And I like that they had cameras at all angles of the property.

    Big room, comfortable beds. I was in Dallas when the snow storm had just passed, I was afraid I would be cold but the room was cozy. It was 10 minutes by car from downtown so it made it easier for me to get where I needed to during the trip. Maybe it was my mistake but I was under the impression that the breakfast had more options (mainly I was expecting the hot/cooked stuff, which I thought I saw a photo of). I didn't choose the hotel because of the breakfast option necessarily but I was kinda excited for it.

    I ended up checking in later in the evening, and the gentleman that helped was very kind. But the room its self was in poor shape. The floors were visibly dirty, as if they hadn’t been mopped in several months. And the shower had dirty splatter marks in it. Other than cleanliness or stay was fine.

    I killed two roaches in my room one was crawling on my headboard while I tried to sleep the other one was running across the floor I didn't even want to take my shoes off nice hotel but just needs a little more cleaning

    I was checked in when I got there but then when I got to room the maid had just started cleaning so I had to wait 30 minutes out on the sidewalk. That whole time I got to stand there and watch to guys argue and threaten each other that had checked in ahead of me. The furniture is the old furniture that Best Western used years ago and they’ve just spray painted it and it was all scratched up. The love seat had really bad stains. The light over vanity wouldn’t turn off so had to sleep with the bright lights shining

    The rooms are not well kept. The bath towels were dirty. The function buttons on the AC were broken. They have a roach problem. Electrical sockets would not hold plugs. They charge 50 dollars a day per pet. 100 deposit for thw initial day. Not worth the money at all

    Bed and pillows were comfy. First room we were in didn’t have microwave or fridge so we moved. Next room was better. Shower was good there was nowhere to put soap except on the floor…need to install a shelf. At night the traffic noise was very loud but remedied with earplugs. The staff wasn’t overly friendly and seemed put out when asked to re-stock breakfast items. The breakfast wasn’t like in the pictures.

    Breakfast: only options were waffles and stale bread for toast. This facility did not have WiFi available in the rooms, WiFi was only available in the lobby. Staff in the lobby were slow, uninformed, and utterly unhelpful. The room had dust accumulated in corners, stains on the furniture and the linens were well past worn and in need of replacement. Even by cheap motel standards, this place was sub-par.

    Ive stayed here before but its never been this bad. Checked in and found out they required a $100 cash preferred deposit. Dont recall their deposit being this much before. Was given my first room only to notice the door handle on the outside was barely attached. When i walked in, i immediately noticed ac wasnt on and didnt work. As i began to leave the room i noticed the door handle was bareky attached. When i went to front desk, attendant acted shocked when i told him the issues. So he gave me a new room. I didnt immediately check the room but i should have. I left to grab dinner first. When i returned, door handle was attached. Ac worked. Bedroom area looked clean. But when i walked into the restroom. There was a combination of live and dead roaches in the tub. And dead roaches around the base of the toilet. At that i just decided to leave and find accommodations elsewhere. Was not the mood to move personal stuff a third time. Did notice several patch works on the exterior ceiling in the walkways. So clearly they are fixing their leaks. But like they say. U pay for what u get. But even so i would not stay here for free.

    Breakfast is just pieces of toast and little muffins. Our room smelled bad and the bath handle came off when I tried to shower. The room had no towels. We were moved to another room that reeked of cigarettes so they moved us to another room that was ok but the hair dryer did not work. Staff is kind.

    We arrived early and at first, they were gonna make us wait three hours for a room, but then they offered us a smoking room immediately. We took the smoking room, for smoking room it was clean and fresher than usual. We did see a roach in the bathroom. Also the refrigerator at cool light or something in the bottom of it.

    We were in the area for a conference and wanted to attend the state fair and didn't want to spend a lot on a room we just needed to sleep in for one night. Staff at check in were friendly, location okay but noisy and the room was okay. We had ants in the morning but overall, the place just needs to be cleaned. Cigarette butts all over the parking lot and in front of the rooms. The floors need to be cleaned in the rooms. It was only for one night and did the trick since we paid for my nephews room as well. But unless they clean up, we wouldn't stay here again.

    The security deposit hold is $100 which is steeper than any of my 16 hotel stays over the past month in facilities that range from this level to 5 star. No-one else made such a steep hold. I don’t believe a security deposit hold should be more than the price for the overnight stay.

    The woman at the front desk was pleasant, and she let us check in 90 minutes before 3pm. On the down-side: The room had a bit of an overpowering "cover-ip" smell to it. The shower has nowhere to rest your soap, so you have to hold it, or rest it on the floor of the shower. All three nights we were there, something woke us up after midnight...either loud chatter between multiple people not even trying little bit to be quiet...wrestling or a fight in the room above us, and a very loud muscle car starting up, then idling for almost 20 minutes, then peeling out of the parking lot. Although not a danger to us, we definitely saw some sort of drug deal in the parking lot. The breakfast doesn't even have a pot of coffee...it has a latte machine, but I couldn't get just regular coffee out of it. The bottom line is that this is the cheapest hotel in the area, so I can't be too critical, but I WOULD NOT STAY HERE WITH A FAMILY. The other guests who stay here are quite trashy.

    Sheets had stains, room was filled with roaches, I got a none smoker room once i walked in it reeked of cigarettes, toilet was dirty and shower hadn't been cleaned in a long time. After inspecting the room I checked out right away didn't bother spending the night. Gross facility will not recommend to anyone.

    I stayed here on the premise that the pool would have been operational. It was not. I had stayed here over a week prior and they had stated the pool would be fixed on a Thursday. About 1. 1/2 weeks later I stay there believing that statement only to find out the pool is still not operable. There was only one towel in the room and no wash cloths to speak of.

    Bed was thin and you can feel the springs. Pool was dirty and closed. Sheets had a stain. Floor was not swept or mopped. No soapdish or place to put things in shower. Computer chair was broken and almost tipped when I sat in it. Location was good for what i needed. Parking lot felt safe. For a one night stay not a bad hotel but for extended stay the bed makes it hard to recommend.

    I use to stay at this hotel all the time when it was a Best Western and it was great but now it has gone down hill. The carpet was removed and replaced with vinyl that was peeling all over the room. The paint was all peeled off the top of nightstand. Parking has always been a nightmare. Then the icing on the cake I go to brush my teeth and a giant roach with a bag of eggs is sitting on my toothbrush on the counter. Yet they have the nerve to charge a $100 deposit for a room that’s already falling apart. Only place was convenience and the girl at check in was friendly

    This place is falling apart. The floors were dirty and sticky. The smoke detector went off the first night for a minute. The second night the same smoke detector had the annoying low-battery beep. The property owner took the battery out and put it back in and said "ok - it works." Of course it started back up again after we had fallen asleep.

    Everything was fine until around 6 am when the police surround with 4 or 5 swat trucks talking on the bullhorn telling the people in room 215 to come out with their hands up. After they left, I went to get breakfast from the office and it was ok. I didn't understand why I reserved and paid online before my visit, why I still had to give a 100$ deposit.

    The worst stay ever. I was given a smoking room although I booked non smoking. I didn’t realize it was smoking til after getting settled in and finding burn holes in my sheets. I just thought it smelled like smoke because someone smoking nearby. But it was all in the sheets and upholstery. The place was filthy. Dents in the wall and doors. Broken curtain. Toiletries were half used. Shower had mildew all over. The housekeeping had walked in on me after knocking once and not waiting. Luckily I had the door latched. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Stay far away and spend your money somewhere else.

    As a solo woman traveler, it didn’t feel safe at all. I booked for 2 nights but left after staying one night only. There was a very intense smell in the room that gave head ache.

    When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room key. However the room was already occupied. The hotel manager went to the room and the occupant was very upset that he was disturbed and then we were given a new room for our stay. A bit of a SNAFU to our overall experience. The room was nice and the stay was good and the manager apologized for the error. A word of advice, please make sure the room that you choose for your customers is open.

    Our room was completely missing a smoke detector and there was long brown hair on the restroom floor. We were moved to another room that reaked of marijuana smell…either that or the prior occupant had a skunk in the room.

    Upon arrival instead of the normal credit card for incidentals, this location requires a $100 deposit. Which they state doesn't refund for up to 7 days, so they insist on cash via the ATM in lobby. Continental breakfast is extremely limited. No hot foods, other than waffle maker which the owner stands over you while you make it. No syrup for waffles. Apple/Orange juice machine only dispenses water.

    The hotel room is just OK but I've prepared for that because I read the previous reviews. I booked this one because of the location and stayed for 4 nights. The service in the hotel was just terrible, especially the cleaning ladies. They were so rude that they made very loud noise with the machine and their talking in the hallway every morning starting 9am. They knocked at my door every morning asking about room services though I hung the tag of DO NOT DISTURB out every day. I'm a night owl so I need good sleep till late morning, but I was constantly woken up by the noise and barely got enough sleep these days. I know my check-out time was 11am, but they came knocking at the door 20 minutes earlier to ask me to check out. I've been traveling around in US and other countries but never had such experience. I will not recommend staying here.

    This location was just ok. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The facility itself was "worn" and could use some updating. The noise from outside was a bit annoying but it did quiet down around 10 or 11 p.m. It was a good location for me because it was very close to the meetings I attended.

    Overall stay was fine except when someone offered my partner to buy drugs, toilet was was a little faulty. Had to open the tank to h lo the toilet full every time we used it. Staff was great and helpful when my key stopped working.

    Also Ice machine did not work, so had to walk to other property for ice, and a guest list her keys next to Us, and every time she opened door, he alarm went off, for over an hour, and she had parked in the middle of 2 spaces. Breakfast could have been better. Waffles was only hot option. Coffee was good.

    Ive traveled both in the US and out of this country, never have i stayed at a quality inn and i will never again after this experience. The lack of customer service and the ridiculous communication or lack there of is completely inappropriate and i can not express enough how stressful it was to stay at this location. Instead of enjoying my time in Dallas its been awful

    This place was dirty as hell. I found a dirty sock in one of the drawers, the sheets wasn't clean and I found mold. I did not change rooms because each one of those things weren't that bad but they can't even check the drawers and I didn't spend a lot of time in there anyways.

    The price was adequate but the staff neglected to return my ID during the check in process. Blamed me for " losing" it when in fact they had given it to another guest by mistake. Make sure you get your ID back during check in. The rooms were dirty and the sheets had burn holes in the non smoking room.

    I would never recommend this property. It is sketchy at best. There was a cigarette burn in our comforter in a nonsmoking room. The beds were small (full). The room had a bad smell. The furniture is old. The room didn't seem clean. The area did not feel safe. It was so bad that we decided not to stay.

    The bathroom was poor. The shower lacked place to put soap and shampoo. The toilet seat was loose. But... the shower had hot water. The breakfast was marginal. The ice maker was broken.

    It's perfect for short stays. There are no scenic views. However, it is near restaurants, stores and immediate access to the interstate. Also, rooms were clean and comfortable.

    Broken ice machine. Some sketchy looking guy in a wife beater stands watch over the kitchen area. *BEWARE* The breakfast options are very limited (bagel, toast, waffle) but do not take a bagel back to your room. Its a 15 dollar charge for "to go" breakfast.

    Checked into a room. It smelled damp or musty. Dropped my bag off. Headed out for the day. Came back to take a shower and there was no water. Had to switch rooms. New room smelled better but refrigerator was caked with Ice and unusable. Day of checked out, someone knocked on my door at 10:59 am for 11 am checkout telling me I need to go. Never ever had that happened. Mind you, I spent 40 minutes changing rooms the night before.

    .Well, Apparently, there's a policy, though I've yet to locate where either onsite or on their website, that says regardless of whether your reservation is paid in full, if you don't arrive to check in on the date of the initial reservation, checking in the following day will not be possible as they will only honor the reservation the day of. And forget about requesting a refund for not having stayed... Thess ass holes declined not to give me anything back without any pause for consideration. I'll never book with this particular establishment again.

    The hotel was ok, barely, definitely lower than my expectations, you can tell they’ve tried to keep the property maintained but are struggling. The price doesn’t really reflect the quality of the hotel, next time will be looking for a better option in the area.

    Asked for a room with roll away bed or pull out couch- was given a room without. They did accommodate us by moving rooms. Room was really damp both days even though we ran the AC. Fan not working in bathroom. There was no closet in our room and I needed to hang up a dress Bed was comfortable Location excellent- easy access to 75 and Spur 366

    We had a small couch in our room but we wanted to move to get more cool air since it was in the way. We found a dirty sock, a lid for a large drink and so much dirt. We also found 2 pairs of black socks under the cubby of the TV.

    The people at front office was not friendly, was not very informative about the hotel While I was there I was outside early morning drinking coffee and a handy man I am assuming approached me and scared me and was trying to tell me there were scorpions,spiders and snakes around the property then kept talking like he was trying to flirt. I went told my husband.
