Some of the rooms back up towards the Interstate, so you hear cars, trucks, and police all night long. There is no sound barrier between the rooms and the freeway. Also the curtains do not adequately block out light, so the street lights in the parking area shine in the room all night. Would not recommend staying there.

It was easy to transfer here from Dallas Lovefield Airport and the staff were super kind and helpful. They have a shuttle service that picks you up from the airport and can also drop you off as well. Call them to coordinate. I left behind my jacket in our room and they called me and held it for me until I was able to return. If you need a place close to the airport, I would recommend it.

All the staff was so pleasant!

The front desk guy who checked me in to the hotel was very personable and helpful. He made sure I was placed in a comfortable and nicely appointed room with a nice and clean bathroom. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciated the hotel staff.

The manager of the restaurant was rude and possibly racist. The room could have used a coffee table or some other type of table. The room had no luggage rack. Having at least one bar of soap in the bathroom would make everything better

Rooms clean and quiet. Close to the airport.

My flight was cancelled so I needed to stay nearby the DAL. I only wish I could have stayed longer. The friendly staff, Lucious bed and linens, quality towels and up to date shower.
