It’s close by to the beach with a reasonable price. Breakfast is alright. Strong odor of the room. It’s very disturbing until accustomed to it. And the cleaner kinda complained about the floor being dirty bc I came from the beach and took some sand on my slippers. ? I’m like why are you here for…

100 reals for a small dog. Pet price not listed
-
Got a room with two broken doors , the main door and the terrace door .

I really like the price and the staff

The location is excellent as it is close to all the things you need like restaurants, shops and the beach as well. The breakfast was decent. It's a good hotel for short stays. The room is comfy especially the bed. The hotel including the rooms are needing a bit of an upgrade/renovation but the furniture is fine. Checking out the staff was uninterested in wanting to work.

The staff were friendly . The bed I slept in apparently had dust mites. I ended up with severe bites—so bad, in fact, that I had to go to the doctor. I recommend that the hotel manager replace the mattresses in the rooms. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but people need to know about this

Pretty good location. The receptionist was nice. I found it funny that I remained with the door handles from the entrance and balcony in my hand, after opening or closing those doors (they can easily be put back).

AC didn’t work and very noise, WiFi signal did not reach the room AT ALL, the fridge inside the room didn’t work and had an awful smell, there was a rusty old nail sticking out of the wall in the bathroom shower!
-
The location to Copacabana beach and restaurant strip The hotel was old and requires a major upgrade
-
Location Friendly Staff Variety on the Breakfast The Cleaning isn’t the best (Bathroom walls in the apartment and The lounge area needs deep cleaning) Towels and sheets very old and stained The pictures does not match with the real place
-
It was near to the beach Certain Staffs were not friendly, one bed that was given to us was broken and they didn’t replace it properly, very average breakfast, not clean

Noisy A/C and extremely thin walls, breakfast could be a little better
-

-
Hotel ok Apertado

Really good location, you can walk to Copacabana beach, restaurants and shops. There's a lil shop on the corner across the road from the entrance. Great for juice and a sandwich. There was a storm and the place flooded! Not their fault but there was a problem with the pipes

The location was very close to the beach and food. The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate.

Rooms are small. Bath rooms have sharp edges
-
The staff was helpful and nice, the location is good close to the beach. The toilet were bad, and broken even before we arrived, I would have expected them to check and in general the level of maintenance of the hotel is low.

The location was the best thing, close to the beach and shops. They also offer to keep your luggage before and after checkout for 30 reals. When we checked in there was a couple complaining about getting robbed by the housekeeper, and the staff didn’t seem to care, they just told them to file a police report, no apologies or anything. The WiFi was extremely slow, the facilities were kinda dirty, everything was old and outdated, the beds were like hospital beds, the tv and the remote barely work, and when we were checking out they tried to charge us for “stain towels” which was just the floor towels that were dirty by their own dirty floor. The housekeepers were rude and seem to be annoyed anytime they’ll bring something to the room. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel at all.
