Property is in a great location. 400m away from the beach. Staff was super polite, kind and helpful, especially I need to mention Mr Wagner. He handled all the guests with professionalism and respect. He explained even where can I grab good food, caipirinhas, local party places… He is more than a hotel receptionist. Thank you Mr Wagner for your hospitality. I hope to stay in your hotel again soon!

The staff was very attentive to all of our needs. The breakfast had a lot of good variety of fruits and juices. I chose to stay in a small economy room, but it was extremely comfortable and more than adequate for my needs. When we arrived before checkin, they let us leave our luggage while we did some sightseeing. After checkout, when we still had hours until our flight, they again allowed us to leave our luggage (without charging us) while we explored the city some more. The staff was extremely courteous. I really have no complaints. For the price I was paying I expected simplicty, but got much more.

Good location but we didn’t even stay there at all. The conditions were horrible and we had to leave the hotel after 2 hours of staying there even though we had two night booked. Unclean and unsafe. We had blood on our bedsheets and the worked were very rude and almost refused to give us bedsheets. When he did there was even more blood and dirt on the new sheets.

Good location, breakfast and pool; friendly staff ! We only have one key per room (3 adults), very difficult to get a towel for the pool, and the room was very small.

I loved the staff. All of them very friendy. Mr. Eduardo, the head of services and all the staff were very helpful. The service is everything. Breakfast is good, but it could be better. I also wish I could have stayed for more time, but since it is a great hotel, it is difficult to find available rooms.

The room was unbelievably small - but you have everything what a solo traveler needs. Decent size attached bathroom. This is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in my life?- I loved it though! All good!

The gym machines in bad state, the staff is horrible they dont help at all I needed to microwave something and they told me they didnt know how to use the microwave hahaha horrible
