The room was very clean. Staff was very nice and professional. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking in the back lot.

The tv remote didn’t work, there was trash that wasn’t ours in the room when we first went in, and a roach in the drawer. The tub was the best part about the room and the parking was convenient.

Second stay here and no fault to the Chino hotel crew. But another guest domistic issues ending with the chino PD being involved just ruined everybody stay. May give one more chance if price is right best two of three

The manager and his wife are nice and friendly. Housekeeping...the ladies are all nice and helpful. The rooms are a little dated, but clean with working AC, microwave, mini refrigerator. Ice machine on property. Grocery store next door, other stores, gas stations, fast food places, CVS near by.

TV didnt work and when asked why, they claimed all TV's were not functioning. At night both neighbors TV were on. Poor communication by the staff. Horrible

Well, as for the room itself is comfortable and a nice setting close to everything you need like fast food grocery market pharmacy is all walking distance, but as for the owners they are so rude and it’s too bad they are the way they are because I would like to come back for the price I pay and being that the rooms are good size and comfortable. The owners are just ass holes
