Happy with my stay I was there for 3 days.

Clean rooms. Clean place. All downstairs

Very rude staff, which acted as if it was an inconvenience to assist us with our most basic request. We were first given the wrong room then switched to a room where the air/heater did not work during 50 degree wheather. The tv was not working during our stay with the addition of the beds being really loud and terribly hard would not recommend this hotel.

It was clean enough, and was a good value for what we paid. It was convenient for getting to the airport.

For a non smoke facility it smelled like cigarettes in the room.

am a truckdriver that drives 3400-4500 M-F when i come i wont my room clean daily and no Roches running around my bathroom THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE I EVERY STAY AT

First off, the check in time said 2pm. We got there at 2:05 pm and what looked to be the owner said that check in was at 3pm and that we would have to pay $40 dollars for an early check in. I told him im not paying $40 as the app says 2pm check in and then he saod okay, $20 dollars for early check in. I then priceeded to tell him I would not be paying him anything for an early check in fee and you could tell he was visibly upset and said fine. He then charged me $20 dollars for a deposit fee which he said would be returned to me at checkout which never was. I didnt have high hopes for that to be returned but we were in a pinch. The hotel itself was infested with hookers and people in and out of the rooms all hours of the night. To top it off, the fire alarm in our room just randomly started going off at 1:27am. I had to get on the chair to disconnect it. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Definitely beware as to I wouldnt want anyone to have the same experience that we had.

HORRIBLE experience! I made a reservation almost 3 weeks ago and when I arrived to check in they told me they were overbooked and could not honor my reservation. There are so many other better motels in the area for the same price. “Management” was not helpful.

Room needed paint, repairs, phone, microwave, cleaning, no toilet paper holder, killed 2 bugs. It was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like smoke. You can hear planes landing into Ontario Airport, would not recommend.

The room was not that clean when we checked in. Hot water took forever to get to sink or shower. There were no electric outlets on the bed side and others did not work. Also shower head was spraying all over due to a damaged hose and missing washer. (I fixed myself)

Lack of regard 7am was moved next door so they could keep me up .tearning up the floor in my room ....then bang on my door to remind at 10 30! Check out was atv11 TERRIBLE....

Although the room was clean the staff was very rude to my son and myself telling us to wait for check-in outside because their customers were coming in as if we weren't!

they failed to tell us their rooms had been closed off due to plumbing issues so we were stranded day of stay.

Get there and was told there was a 50 dollar deposit when nowhere on the site did it say anything about that. I paid deposit and when i checked out was told it would go back to my card to find out it never did. The ac in the room was so loud it sounded louder then an air compressor when its turned on. You couldnt talk without yelling and even then it was hard to hear. Not worth it all. Over priced

Found a syringe 💉 in the hotel room. Hair in the fridge. My feet were black after walking to my suitcase after getting out of the shower. I dont think the room had ever been swept or cleaned. Dust and dirt on everything. Towels were old and ratty. Check out was at 1030 but it seems they dont use the time to clean. Traveled from Sacramento and wanted to stay near the airport. Reviews and pictures seemed to check out but would not recommend after staying there.

This hotel is not fancy but not horrible either. If you're on a budget this place will do just fine. If you're trying to impress someone on a weekend getaway i would not recommend this place for that.

I was sexually molested and physically assaulted by the owner of the establoshment. I would never recommend this as i had to go to the ER to get stitches after their staff cut me.

Gave our room away even though it had been paid for.
