They're cool, I don't have to worry about anyone bothering me. It's a literal escape from anyone or anything for me.

Check in late from work tired fell to sleep to woke up to shower and it don’t work try various ways to turn it on told em at front desk had to leave back to work sucks no shower stay away

Hi, don't know what happened to it. The owner is a really nice guy. The people that cleaned the rooms need to step up their game. Has cockroaches, both rooms was the same the first room I got was not clean. It had someone's old underwear, and when I lift up the sheet, somebody's eyelashes really bad conditions do not recommend staying here

Has everything you need a microwave, fridge, tv with cable, a dining table, and bathroom. Mattress was a little hard, some furniture was dirty, the carpet too, we picked a room where smoking is allowed but the cigarette smell was strong that’s a preference issue. The lock in our window was broken thankfully nobody noticed.

The rooms were cleaned and serviced everyday, made it an enjoyable stay. Parking was well lit and was close enough to my room.

Our room was clean and area was fair. My only complaint is that our reservation was cancelled days before our stay without any notification despite being able to choose the option “pay at the property”, no accommodations were made by the staff so we had to re-book for a higher price.

It is a motel. Knowing that, and the fact it is in an older part of town, they have spent money to upgrade the place. New carpet, new paint, new and nice bathrooms, new furniture etc. The only complaint is the beds were hard. Otherwise pleasantly surprised. If you’re trying to save money then this is a very good choice.

The beds were not comfortable at all. There were prior guests hairs on the linens, one tiny trash can in the room, the door didn't have a tight secure closer and no coffe marker. I called for a late check out and housekeeping knocked on the door six times before 11:30. No one could understand what we were saying because of the language barrier.

Furthermore the attendant gave us keys that wouldn’t work several times. He even attempted to use the key charge and it wouldn’t open the doors. He couldn’t figure out how to set the key card up. Terrible experience!

Rooms were clean and house keeping was there every day during our stay. Had some problems with the shower but, they fixed problem fast.

They only gave us one room key. There wasn’t an option to close to water for my boys to take a bath. Breakfast was just cereal we ate out. No hangers in the room to hang out coat. Not sure if we need to ask but we didn’t. We did stay for two nights. Traveling with young allergy kids I always brings towels and bedsheets. It closer to winter and there was no comforter just a couple layers of sheets. But this is very common in other hotel like best western. The parking lot is very open and spacious. I just wish my kids could had taken a bath and they gave us two keys rooms. We might come back again next year if the price is right.

The room is clean and so comfortable with 2 queen beds. Easy to check in. Parking also easy. just one thing I not like is some people in the room nearby drinking and singing making so noise during the night.

2nd time our door not secured it can unlocked the door if your outside even don't used the key card we let the manager know about it hive us excuses that it happened all the time this are our second time experience every time me and my wife check in we always check our door if secured pls double check owner your manager give us excuses this things happened a lot of times thank you

This is an odd property located next to a car dealership. It’s odd in the fact that there’s no bedside lamps, only a spotlight above the bed. Also, no Kleenex and I found hair on the counter and in the bathroom that wasn’t ours. That’s when my opinion of the facility went down. Once you get away from the motel, the neighborhood looks rough. Someone dumped trash by our car that we had the pleasure of picking up the next morning. On the plus side, the front desk staff was very pleasant and had fresh fruit and coffee in the lobby. And, the room was quiet.

The first night there was no blanket on the bed, just a sheet and bedspread. The clogged sink was not fixed when the room was cleaned. The owners were quite kind and would have moved me if I had asked, but I didn’t have time for that!

Lots of parking available with an overflow field. Staff was nice and got me checked in quickly. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, and the place was very quiet. Washer and dryer available downstairs area.

Nice hotel

This place was bad. There was prostitution and felt like stuff was butting us all night. Super noisy.

Bed was noisy and uncomfortable sheets were so old they had holes and didn’t look white anymore! The blanket was soft. The room was hot! Finally cooled down at about 5am. Rooms weren’t thoroughly clean. And this was supposed to be one of the best rooms.

Good location clean enough quiet nice staff overall if you need to stay in the Montclair area and don’t need anything fancy this is a very accommodating place. Close to restaurants movie theaters and a mall.

Had a great stay at the Ontario inn. Would love to stay there again.

Great location - close to Ontario Airport and where I had to meet my friends in Claremont. Average looking hotel - if you are for a room with the bare necessities- this is the place. I stayed one night...great price for the visit. Helpful reminder, they have smoking rooms which I was giving initially- so beware if you are a non-smoker like me.
