Very quiet..nearby shopping center

The rooms were oright but i did found a roach woundering in the bathroom floor ,toothpaste on the wall, thats all bad cuz that means they dont clean the rooms good..

No WiFi, room has loose flooring, the AC was super loud, couldn’t bare it. TV did not turn on.

The stay was ok. The area wasn’t bad. We were having trouble with the sound on our TV and there was no phone to call the front desk so we had to go walk into the office. I told them about the problem and the guy said the manager would come up to fix it and to just him 15-20mins to be there. No one came at all. So yeah that was our experience and the sheets were dirty as well.

The room was dirty, our towels had hair on them . The fire detectors wouldn't let us sleep. The shower water was too hot.

Been here before , conveniently right across from el pescador restaurant. Can walk across eat and drink and walk back . This time however we got there around 3 to check in and there was no one there . Waited for around 15 minutes. Came back around 5:40? Still nieve there and the note I left behind was still there . Finally someone got there around 6pm to check me in .

Well, it started when I got to the room. The door was not locked. I pushed and the door opened. So i walked in and the TV is on and come to find out the remote control doesn't work. Could not turn off the T.V and the door wouldn't lock. The mini fridge didn't work..

Very low budget horrible place to stay. Dirty, super outdated. Broken furniture, no remote for tv. Its not even fit for homeless temporary stay. Way too much money for this hotel. I had no choice but to stay cause hotels.com would not answer my many phone calls.

We waited in the car for around 5 minutes until someone showed up for checkin. While checking in, she said what we paid was way too low but she had to honor it. Ice machine isn’t free, need quarters. The one working was caddy cornered from our room so there were knocks on her door thru out the night. The room smelled like stinky feet. There wasn’t a towel to put on the tile floor for getting out of the shower, making it cold and slippery. Hair dryer didn’t work. Toilet handle would stick. No daily housekeeping, had to get shampoo and toilet paper from the office. Not worth more than $60 a night until maintenance is performed and ice is free IMO

They had already taken our credit card and submitted the cost. Got their money and we were told there was NO refund. We paid a total of $167.54 For Crap! Good- heater worked and bed was comfortable. One more thing! To get entry door open you had to bodyslam it! We feel totally ripped-off! I'd dump them!!

The area is very Noisy plus feels unsafe. The property advertises a Continental Breakfast but there is nothing not even coffee. When I asked the owner he said there’s cereal, looks likes it’s been there way before covid started.

The first room we got was off. The a/c didn’t work and a couple of items were outdated. However the person at the front counter gave us another room and turned out perfect. Great location, clean and all the amenities you need. Great room, location and customer service.

The room we stayed in was very run down. Stained bedding, broken lamp shades, holes in the walls that need to be pained over. And you only get one pillow per person and they were very flat.

The clerk claimed I didn't have a reservation and tried to charge me double the price for which I had reserved the room. I then showed her the reservation on the app, and she relented, but would only accept cash. I ended up not staying. Please stay ANYWHERE but here. Save yourself the headache.

Smoke alarm hanging by wires, 1/2 the security lock missiing, dirty scotch tape over the door eye sight, drapes held back by tape. No coffee in room. We would never return to this facility. By far the worst property we have ever stayed at. Tookkk extra time to correct transaction.

My major misgivings were that the smoke detector was missing with the wires dangling from the ceiling and the sprinkler in the ceiling was taped up making it look unfunctional.

Gum stuck to table next to bed, refrigerator dirty inside. Unsafe bathtub, very slippery, take extra caution. Staff very mean and rude, especially in an emergency. I slipped in tub, was injured, staff took my daughters panic state as being rude and yelled at her, was threatened to get kicked out by another staff member because I had too many people in room trying to help me get to hospital ( my daughter and 2 granddaughters). No compassion for injured guest. I was unable to continue stay in my room because I couldn't get back upstairs with injury, no remorse, no offer to help, no offer of a refund for the 2 nights I wasn't there, wouldn't give key deposit to my daughter, knowing I was in hospital.

The room was terrible. The bed base was stained and filthy, and even though this is a non-smoking room, the bedcover had several cigarette burns. The bathroom trash had not been emptied. The smoke detector was not installed correctly. The door security latch was broken and unusable. 2 of the light switches that had auto timers/motion sensors were broken. Amenities consisted of a sliver of soap and 2 little pouches of shampoo, one of which had already been used! 2 thread bare towels were in the bathroom and one was so badly worn it had fringe. No phone in the room. 2 very small pillows on a very hard bed. Getting in and out of the parking lot had to be done by threading a needle of the cars in line for In-N-Out. I called several days early to see if they had a restroom or something available for clothes changing since I was driving a very long way and knew that check in was at 3 and my appointment was at 3. I was asked when I would arrive, I told them between 1-2. I was told it would not be a problem. However, when I got there a different person told me the only rooms available at that time were smoking rooms (I didn't even know California allowed smoking in motel rooms). I declined and was told that I would have to come back offer 3 to check in. We wound up changing clothes in a Barnes and Noble restroom and parking lot. After our appointment we went to check in at 5 and there was no one there to check us in! If I thought I could have gotten a refund I would have left.

Room is so sun down and directly. Blood stains all over the sheets, bed spread is worn through burns and cuts in the curtains, toilet was Old and disgusting, nothing was cleaned very well even the lampshades were falling apart from age, head board of bed looked like the corner was covered in old food or boogers. I couldn’t believe how bad this place was. In my 13yrs of traveling for work I’d have to say this is probably the worst place I have stayed! With all of the COVID stuff going on in the world today I figured it would at least be clean as can be, I had to go buy a sheet and pillow to use cause the condition on the bedding, I threw it all away upon leaving. Only positive is there weren’t roaches or bed bugs! This play really needs redone in the rooms!

I’m a NURSE working extra shifts and got off at 130am got to my room a little before 2am and the owner started screaming about waking her up. Demanded I pay for another key and when I check out I would get my money back. Checked out on time left the room spotless and the owner made a scene and refused to give me back my money. Room are old and out dated with coverage burns everywhere.

The mattress cover should be the same size as bed, not smaller. A fitted sheet should be on top of mattress, not a flat sheet. Should not have to pay for ice. Continental breakfast is very sparse and not on time.

There was NO phone service in my room. I asked the front office about it and they were rude by saying everyone has cellphone now. That is why we don't.

lot quicker so the cars will not block their entrance. It is their check in problem when blocking, but they blame us for it.

There were cigarette butts om the stairs. There were old soft drink spills all over the hallways(they had not been mopped in a long time. There was blood on the shower curtain. There was layers of soap scum on the soap dish in the shower. The entrance was often block by IN and Out patrons from next doors.

I stayed at this property 2 different nights and both times the check in staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, and smelled very clean a very safe and quiet motel. lots of parking and close to a lot of places to eat. Great value for the money I highly recommend this place.

It was reasonably priced, the touch key was great, the large flat screen TV and very firm bed were top of the line, free internet. The missing amenities were disappointing: no phone, no tv channel listing, no comfort chair in the corner, no lamp or unit that allowed a USB connection, and the complementary breakfast was 2 types of cold cereals, small sweet roll, and a 12 cup coffee carafe.

It's older in need of plumbing repair and the carpet condition was not up to par. The cereal that is left out all day every day is not really a continental breakfast as advertised.

Came here for Escape weekend, the owners are so nice and helpful especially the wife, she helped make the stay really memorable. The room was nice, had a microwave, fridge & cofffee maker. Would definately stay again.
