The property was filthy. There were bugs everywhere, our neighbors. Next door got into a fight and broke their window. The ice vending machines didn't work. The laundry room was out of order. It was disgusting, our room had dirt all over the floors when we got there.

Close to family Druggies with dogs on the balcony, they threw their trash in front of rooms, I think they were homeless that the city housed their? The smell of marijuana was all over the place and management locked us out of the rooms after the first day, I had to talk to on-site staff to correct the error ( we had booked for 2 nights )

Hello, I am currently staying at this property and I would like to report several issues with the room. The room is dirty, the cleaning was not properly done, and there are hair and body hair in the room. The room is also damaged and one of the bed legs is missing, which makes the bed unstable. The accommodation does not match the expected standards and I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. I have photos/videos as evidence and I would like assistance and compensation for these issues.

The room was clean, bed very uncomfortable. Enough towels for an overnight stay. Area was quiet for a Tuesday night. TV really didn't offer the stations the guide showed. Didn't really care for the kiosk check-in, even though there was a guy from India on the screen to assist, it was just awkward. The entrance area for the kiosk machine is small and hot, no ac or ventilation. And the speaker loud....yeah, I did not care for it.

The room was so dirty. First of all the room smelled like weed and the blankets had black stains on them. The AC was also so loud and I would never come back. This is the worst motel 6 experience I’ve had.

It was real quiet, room and bed were small , but I loved the bathroom, especially having a son with one leg they had a built in seat for the handicap. And the showerhead was moveable. Otherwise a great stay for the price.

Horrible experience we were in a downstairs unit and for all the three days that we were there, but the people on top of us. It seemed like they were moving furniture all night. We did complain to the front desk and nothing was done. I’m trying to get fresh clean towels with a nightmare. Had to bring my towels. Make sure I have my room key so they can check that. I was actually a guest and I was able to get towels. Dog poop all over the property they did have those doggy bag poles everywhere but people still didn’t use them. Would not recommend this place at all.

I asked 4 times in 3 hours to have our floor mopped. It was filthy. I told the lm I was going to bed in my last call amd was asked to wait 5 minutes. 4 hours later we were awakened by the cleaning people. The room was all around dirty. Dust dried on the TV and doorways. It was also right by the ice machines and the patrons living there would fill coolers all night long. Parking lot and sidwalks were filthy. Trash debri every where. Thin, cheap, coarse towels. Absolutely not worth $102!

While our initial sheets were stained, the front desk staff was attentive and quickly provided us with a fresh set as soon as we notified them. Upon arrival, we were greeted by garbage scattered around the property (see photo). The issues only escalated once we entered our room. There was a strong, unpleasant odor that smelled like a mix of urine and mildew. A closer inspection revealed multiple cleanliness issues: noticeable stains on the bed sheets (see photo), grime caking the wooden towel racks (see photo), a dirty bathtub (see photo), and pet hair scattered throughout the entire space (see photos). Also, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The room felt so unsanitary that we didn't dare walk barefoot or use the shower. When we requested a room change, we were told the hotel was fully booked for the night and could not accommodate us.

Standard needs are met, security needs improvement, only good for short term stays

My room was dirty on check in. The used towels were on the bed. Property manager was extremely rude and said no staff were available at 6:30 pm to clean the room I had just checked in. Didn't have any more rooms to even offer.

I checked in for 2 min checked right out. Prostitution around my door. Weird characters tube was disgusting. Smelled like mold. It was tough to get thru or even want to stay there a then they had the odaseity not refunded me still pending. Next is giving bad reviews on Google.

Our check in was at 3:00 but the room was not ready until 4:30 and even then when we walked in the room was still being cleaned . Pillows were dirty and no fridge or mircrowave.

You get what you pay for. The property is run down. The room was dirty with spider webs in the corner of the ceiling. The room looked like trash and there’s people who look like trash walking around the property at all hours of the night. There’s not actually a front desk receptionists, it’s a kiosk and you’re talking to someone from India who is checking you in. If I wasn’t only staying there one night I would’ve left. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere nicer and avoid this place at all costs.

Arrived and was allowed to check in early but only with an automated machine and the check in process was handled with a video operator from China. The process was relatively simple the general overall area of the hotel and the parking area is a bit rundown and parking lot is not in real good shape noise from the freeway is rather loud at times. People coming and going in the evening hours with children, or rather noisy decent location for shopping and food overall for the low price was not a bad stay

The wifi was the worst. It kept dropping my important calls. Not a good place to stay if you need internet. If not then it’s ok.

The staff yells really early in the mornings waking you up without a care. Rooms smelled bad, police harassing you as soon as you turn in making it a bit sketchy to even want to stay. Like why are they screening guests lol. I wouldn’t sleep under ANY of those blankets or use any pillows! The towels smelled old and moldy and NO they will not change your room or even clean under the beds. Sorry guys but I will not ever recommend anyone to stay there!!

Second time staying here for my reset for three days and it was better then the first time first of all the house keeper Wene is the best she so courteous and kind, especially when it came to my pets and anything that we needed, and I appreciate that she took her time to make sure that we were well taken care of and at the kiosk Alex along with a lovely front lady named Adalid were extremely helpful on getting us set up for our room including accommodating my knee due to my autism along with my monthly knee injections they accommodated with great hospitality and that goes a very long way look forward to my stay again soon five stars and the rooms were cleaned and well maintained thank you to everyone who helped us

The only reason I chose this hotel was because it advertised that the pool was open. I was in town for my son’s tournament, and my boys love swimming. However, when we went to check out the pool, it was green and filthy — completely unusable. Other hotels at least had the honesty to say their pools were closed, but this one misled us. On top of that, there were shady people hanging around outside the building at all hours, making the place feel unsafe. I honestly don’t understand how this location has good reviews. I will not be staying at this Motel 6 — or any other — again.

The room is as the size of a closet, paid for a queen room and received a double/full size bed. No comforter. It had 1 sheet and a thin torn blanket. The shower curtain had a hole in it. Room reeked of cigarettes. It was a non smoking room. The daytime office lady was very rude, especially on day one when she said she had no rooms available for several hours after check in. Cigarette butts in the grass, trash on the walk ways. The toilet seat cover was broken. Terrible experience. Never again will I ever go back

Great customer service , friendly staff , clean room ! 10+ food choices nearby . CVS, Albertsons, Target, Burlington, Ross and DD’s are all across the street which makes it super convenient for travelers. Nice neighborhood and area.

The room was not clean. The lamp shade had dead bugs on it. There was a huge gap in the door trim that allowed noise, wind and probably, bugs, free entrance. The hotel clerk was very polite and professional. That was the bright spot.

We are not from the area, but the bathtub had cigarette stains all over it the room smelt like someone was dead and on top of that we had to sleep with roaches the air conditioner set on top of one of the beds, so there was no room for my other girls And we are homeless me and five children. I would not recommend this hotel as the city need to get involved with this

I reserved a non-smoking room and when I arrived the staff said all they had were smoking room and if I want to “upgrade” to a non-smoking room I have to pay like $5 more. It’s not about the money, but the fact that u reserved a non-smoking room and if they don’t have what I reserved they have to give me the next class of non-smoking room just like rental cars. I paid the $5 because I didn’t want to confront the staff but when I got the room it was pretty much what I originally reserved, I felt this particular Motel 6 was a bait-and-switch so stay away from this one. Other than that, everything else was alright.

This place is a $h1t hole, i take it they get their mattresses in back allys around town. Tore up!! As far as staying here again,,, NOPE WILL NOT HAPPEN my room was the size of a walk in closet, NO desk no luggage stand hed to set everything on the floor, broken tore up light fixtures, im glad i wasnt parking in the lot cause the the creepy ones come out at night. Didnt feel real safe walkingto the store, definatly NOT worth the money

Love the front staff have been going here for awhile I always paided using a card I have for donating plasma never had an issue all of a sudden the don't accept that payment and the person who stated that was not only rude when stating that but she gave off vibes of I'm better then you hotel staff should be there for guest not make them feel insecure and that there business means nothing to the establishment especially those who have served my recommendation is if your in the Chino area look for other accommodations yes their cheaper but the reason they are is because guest safety and guest comfort and quality mean nothing to this establishment

This propert is terrible. It’s noisy, room smells cigarette. Linens towels and even the bathroom looks like they didn’t clean it properly. And the worst is it’s not even close from the picture on the app I book from.

No consideration for the guest. Started to pressure wash the building 8:00am. Loud. We were at the hospital late and front desk had no care in the world. Plus took the coffee awag at 9:25am. The "people" running these hotels are getting ruder and ruder. They forget where they came from. We have manners here. Stop giving them money.

I dont like how theres constant harrassment from the local pd u cant even go outside to unload ur car or walk ur pet from constant harrassment from them makes you not even enjoy ur stay

It was clean

Awful.. Disgusting.. The room was filthy.

The furniture had visible exterior water damage on a few areas and tv was bolted on sloppy was not sure if it would fall and be damaged, I was there 3 nights and was not offered shower towels

Overall for a night it is fine. But an upgrade to mattresses and blankets during weather months would have made my stay great. Temperature dropped to 45* F and no warm blanket and heater only went up 78* F.

Room had a bad odor and the floor was too dirty. Just spent the night and left in the morning as early as we could.

I love this motel it feels like home. It’s very clean. I’ve stood in basically all the rooms and every room I had was spotless never had an issue. The front desk is amazingly helpful and if I ever needed anything they were always there to help out. Laura and Wendy are incredible they have both helped me with early check in. Laura is so sweet and kind she has an awesome work ethic. And Wendy is such an amazing person, very helpful she’s truly the best
