Nicest and friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered!
-
1st room had a reallybad odor; however, hotel management was very accomodating and changed our rooms.
-
The rooms lacked furnishings. They kind of felt like ikea.

No parking, no drop-off/check-in loading/unloading area. Instead they're partnered with an overpriced valet service. Noisy all night, both from neighbors and from street-level activity. At least elevator access was key-controlled (although stair access is not), so the noise could have been worse.

Rooms were nice. The 13th floor amenities were great and lots of entertainment for kids. Parking was expensive and took a while to get our vehicle when leaving. However I would stay here again

The hotel is very clean. However the decor is different. I had a single king room but there is not a dresser for clothes or a usb outlet to charge and electronics. The elevator system is awful. I had to wait ten minutes each time to use the elevator. Also give yourself 30 minutes to request valet parking. I paid 55 dollars for overnight parking another 5 dollars to have priority on the list and still took 35 minutes to get my car. The valets were very nice and polite. It was not their fault. Understaffed and many cars parked in the parking overflow so an attendant had to walk over to the extra lot to get a car and took forever to go through the list. It is a nice place for someone who is relaxing and staying for a night but not for a family or long stay.

Just that it was close Checking in on13th floor and no parking available except valet Chair in room was extremely uncomfortable. Lay out of the room was not to my liking.

This hotel is in a great location, a lot of options that are walkable which is good because it’s a pain to get your car out. The valet staff are good it’s just hard to get in and out and there’s not much room for parked cars. The lobby is located on the 13th floor where the bar is, and while that has great views and it’s a fun atmosphere it’s not a great place for the lobby. Usually I stop by on my way out and use the amenities or ask questions but it’s not on way out and it’s inconvenient. Lugging all your luggage up the top floor just to check in isn’t ideal either. We had the family bunk bed room and it was plenty of space and my kids loved it. I did miss having a fridge in the room, but other wise there was a lot of thoughtful space and hooks everywhere to hang clothes and bags, and a drawer and shoe shelf under the bed. The bathroom was nice and updated, good water pressure, the door didn’t stay closed though and didn’t have a lock. With the shower having a glass door it was kind of awkward with the door not staying closed. There really aren’t any amenities to speak of, but the restaurant has good food and a nice view. The Starbucks mentioned on site isn’t really in the hotel its in the same building technically but you have to exit out the hotel and it’s next door. The entrance is unwelcoming with no lobby on the street level. I enjoyed my stay and the hotel is trendy and cool but not sure I would pick this hotel again.

Superb

Very awkward check in process having to go up to the 13th floor first. No fridge or coffee maker or dresser to put clothes in. Otherwise fine, just barebones and annoying to navigate.
-
We stayed on the 11th floor, hallway was disparaging drab blue that reminded me of a barracks floor. Although room was clean and bed comfortable it was very very small and only one chair provided for seats. No ice bucket or bags in our room, ice maker on our floor was out of order and was a hassle getting ice at bar on 13th floor because they didn't have bags. I have a disabled tag, valet moved our car about 30 feet and parkdd us on the street in a disabled parking spot. Charge $55

Awesome Stay
-
Unorthodox hotel, wildly affordable.
-
I liked that there was a communal place to hang out. Made it a little more festive for a solo traveler. The murals in the outdoor space were cool. It really needed some updating. You could tell it hadn’t had a lot of love in a while.

To begin check in was at 3 we arrived after 4 and the room wasn’t ready. Once we finally got to our room the window blind broke and the phone didn’t work. We had to roll the blind up and put a pillow under it. Basically the only place we had lightening was in the bathroom.
