We requested a ground floor room. When we checked in there were non available. Our room was on the 2nd floor, there were no elevators and I am disabled. It made things more stressful and uncomfortable.

Room was clean, mattress was really good, no noise, good water pressure in the shower. No breakfast available just coffee, not a deal breaker. Only minus was the strong smell of cigarettes in the stairs and the outside hall that leads to the rooms.

Bed was horrible. I think it was just a futon mattress on a plank of wood. Every time you moved it creaked and slid off.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this hotel. The manager was super helpful to us by allowing us to take up multiple parking spots with our trailer. Also, our room had a microwave and refrigerator/freezer. We used both and made our meals in our room. Super helpful. The bed was fine and so was the shower. The bathroom sink faucet had low pressure, but it was fine to use. Had a great TV with lots of channels. We would definitely stay here again (especially for the price!).

I booked 30 mins before checking in at 1am. There were guys standing outside visiting- i wondered if I was staying at an extended stay. I just left my luggage in the car and went to the room. I was staying in a building in the the back of the hotel (Hotel Cue?) with interior rooms, and I could hear people talking in the rooms next door and outside the rooms. It was clean, and a nice room though- exactly what I needed for a short sleepover.

We love the high ceilings of our rooms which you barely see it in other hotels even the expensive ones. Absolutely worth the money you spend on a hotel.

Good experience up until thurs to friday lots of noise and in and out activities. Parking was good, room cleaned daily. Would be nice if had a continental breakfast. Overall would recommend.

The hotel and room were pretty clean. Bed sheet had a light stain. Refrigerator didn't work too well, so beverages kept inside weren't really cold. Glad we didn't have any food with us. The beds were super soft. Comfy to lay on but too soft to sleep well. Bathtubs available, but no drain plug available. Stated coffee was available, yet the common area was closed. Rooms are said to be soundproof. They were definitely sound resistant, but doors closing was very loud and we could faintly still hear our neighoring rooms tv. Overall it wasn't a bad stay, but definitely a bit disappointing.

Room was VERY big, very nicely laid out. Had small fridge and a microwave. Curtains were heavy and blocked light well. Area felt safe, and parking was right outside. Was very quiet while I was there. Very close to HEB center as I was there to attend Hockey games. Nothing, it's just what I was looking for.

This hotel is not at all like advertised. Door that opens to the outside has a huge gap in it, where someone could easily break in or kissing bugs that spread chagas disease could easily enter. Peeling paint in the bathroom with toilet paper stuffed into the strike plate on the door. Grime dripping down the wall to the left of the entrance door. Everything in this room looked like it was there since the 70s. Parking lot had only 3 or vehicles in it, and for good reason. See the photos for yourself. After seeing the room, I told the front desk about the unsanitary and unsafe conditions and asked for a refund…only to be told since I booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com) they couldn’t do anything and I needed to take it up with hotels.com. I left immediately, booked another hotel nearby for my stay, and reported the incident to hotels.com. Today, I received what amounted to a sorry, there’s nothing we can do email from hotels.com since the hotel manager won’t entertain a refund. The photos speak for themselves. Definitely a no-frills place. But the basics were all good -- no major complaints. The mini-fridge wasn't very cold.

Had to make a last minute reservation but the hotel was great. Gentlemen at check in was super nice and friendly. Rooms were large and clean, we had one with a kitchenette. Only thing is lobby was closed most of the time and there are no coffee pots in the rooms.

Comfortable beds are my top priority for a hotel room. This one did not disappoint. I felt very secure which is important when I travel alone. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, good shower, too.

Location is okey. I booked a room with kitchenette. But the kitchenette does not have any Utensils! There was no prior notice on the website either. I had to buy everything for cooking. Frigorifero was making loud noises day and night. The bed was bad, you sank into the bed and can’t sleep well at all. The Indian lady at front desk was very rude. I was making cappuccino, she ran to me and shouted at me ! What are you doing? Are you making cappuccino ? There’s no milk. Excuse me, how would I know that ?? No need to be mean to your guests.

I've stayed there once before and it went pretty well, this time the kitchen sink was busted and leaking, which is of course fixable problem I had this time was on the morning of checkout when I needed a little extra time being a single dad with three kids, one wasn't feeling well, I went down to the lobby and asked for a 1 hr extension and was told no unless I paid $20. He said these were orders from the boss because they were fully booked and people were already calling to come in... This was a Sunday and the parking lot was pretty much empty so that really didn't make much sense.

We only needed a bedroom for a one-night stay while we were visiting my son's family. Our room was adequate for that BUT there was no provision for coffee in our room AND the lobby was closed when we came back to our room for the night AND in the moring when we were ready to leave.

The wifi service was horrible and being close to the office, i expected it to be better. Lastly, the microwave should have been removed or replaced because it is dangerous to use it. The inside was missing pieces of the material which made it rusty. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean.

If you want a cheap hotel with few amenities, then this is your place. We booked it because of the price. Went to Cedar Park for the train ride and just needed a place to sleep for the night that was close. There is a flooring place right in front of the hotel, so you really have to pay attention. The desk person was very nice.

Bathroom floor was with stains with I don’t know if it was old glue or nastiness. Hair on a towel and toilet was leaking water when flush it. My room was located right next to the hallway door so it was really noisy. I really like it that my room didn’t have any carpet!

It was on a very dark section of the street with no streetlights. The shower would not stay a constant temperature, and the toilet wouldn't flush until I worked on it.

This was a nice place. Initially the room we were given had 4 crickets in the room. The mgr got us a room on 2nd floor and it was wonderful. I don’t know if the crickets are an issue with the area or what but they quickly accommodated us and all was fine.

Had the King Suite. Good value for the price. Everything seemed new and functional. Good AC. Surroundings felt safe. Easy parking near the room. Close to the major roads and freeway.

Only thing was ...at just be midnight I went to the front office to buy some waters and I rang and rang and rang the bell and noone ever came. Had to drive to the closest store which was a 10 minute drive. Very inconvenient. The hotel was very nice and new. The rooms in building 3 were perfect.

The room was dirty. Couch and bed sheets had stains. Sheets were old and worn. There were bugs on the bed. The counters and end tables weren’t clean. There was a stained wash cloth in the bathroom. I don’t believe the room was even cleaned. We didn’t even stay the night. We cut our vacation short and drove home.

Enjoy staying there because it was very close to where we needed to be and we had no issues checking in.

Our room had a direct view of a brick wall within arm's reach. Aside from that, the room was clean & was adequate.

There was no side table lamp and the overhead light was that blinding blue light that makes it look like you’re in a park bathroom and not somewhere you’d like to relax a little. Also the fridge smelled. It’s most def a bargain room. “A place to lay my head for the night.” (I told myself over and over.) But should I be that way again, I will spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

It was a horrible stay I want a refund. The person working the counter was a asleep and I waited 30-45 minutes to get help, it wasn’t until I used some kinda google Alexa thing to call someone that they got ahold of the person working and checked us in and then it was the wrong room we didn’t get the kitchen, or the closet, or a regular room we got a handicap room with a flat shower and water got everywhere and we had to use our towels to clean it up so we wouldn’t slip and then they didn’t bring more towels or clean the room… I was a horrible stay all together

Needed an affordable place on short notice and the bungalows was perfect. In a good area, felt safe. Check in was easy and fast. Had all the basics we needed and the little kitchen is a nice plus. Clean room.

Only minor issues I noticed were: - Bathroom toilet paper was awfully thin and scratchy; bring your own. - A/C can get noisy at night, and the rooms are not very soundproofed. - Doors can be hard to open after being unlocked, so you need a lot of force to wrench the thing open. Overall: 4.5/5 stars, pretty nice.

Hot water is great clean rooms

We had a great experience here. It was very clean and nice.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little run down. Room had a weird smell. Not the worst I’ve ever been to, but would not stay there again.

Something went wrong with the water for the night. No hot water in the shower and the back of the toilet didn’t refill.

Very quiet, friendly staff and the rooms are clean. However the water pressure in the rooms can use a bit of a boost.

A microwavable cup and plate plus some clothing hangers would be handy.

Very quiet location. Clean and comfortable. No issues.
