Nice clean hotel, friendly accommodative staff. The shower head in the room was horrible, some of the outlets didn’t work. Hotel rates due to the location not worth $179 - $200 a night.

Everything was good until the hotel maids stole my clothes and threw them in the garbage and the Manager Tyler Morgan would not help me replace the clothes that was stolen out of my room. He even said he could see the maid in the security cameras throw my clothes away don’t know how a manager will not take care of customers, but not stay here ever again just because of Tyler was no help and would do nothing about it

We really enjoyed visiting with Richie at the bar. I was one of a 7 in our party. Richie was very accommodating at the bar. He was very kind and entertaining. Drinks were delicious and he made them so quickly. Very very nice gentleman.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The issue I had was that there was no water bottles in my room, or refilled. Additionally the shower head in the shower was not good and had weird water pressure. The water pressure in the sink was also quite bad.

I was there for two full days and the cleaning only consisted of making the beds and taking out the trash from the bathroom, not vacuuming, not cleaning the bathroom.

It was in a good location. We were double charged on a prepaid stay and still have not been refunded the money. This has been a hassle to reverse the charges on my credit card because the staff made a careless mistake.

We enjoyed the beautiful walking trail by the hotel each morning. It was also convenient to shops and dinning. I highly recommend this property for your next stay.

The front desk staff was very nice when I checked in Tudsday evening, February 4. The assistant manager on duty Wednesday afternoon when I checked out was not friendly. Also, my room was on the first floor near the common areas, and it was noisy.

Nice property but it is going through renovations so it is noisy during the day. The staff was great and very friendly. The only complaint that i have was the bed was horrible. Very hard. I as so sore after spending two nights on that bed.

Great location close to food and entertainment, beautiful lake with a walking path. Also had a hot tub that I could see from our room. Stayed here for an event at the HEB Center and it was a 4 minute drive, ~25 minutes to downtown Austin.

I also did not like that our room was right by the ice machine so in the middle of the night it would wake me up hearing the machine being used or ice moving. We stayed for the Kill Tony show at the HEB Center which was very close so the location was great and while our Tesla charged we at at Bus which was walking distance and convenient to the area. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Average at best for the room, but the location in the area is great and about 25. mins from downtown Austin.

I love that I am able to watch anything I'd like in my room and not just the cable. There is a lot of variety in the breakfast which i love. The location was good because it was super close to the concert that I attended that time! :) Super clean as always! I honestly can't think of something that could have been better. I enjoyed everything. If there is anything I could say out of personal preference, I would like the pool to be slightly warmer so I can enjoy.

The suites are spacious. As continental breakfast goes, we thought this was pretty good although we would have liked for it to be open past 9:00 AM during the week. The staff was excellent including the bartender! Parking was convenient and it was very quiet!

The mattress is extremely important for me and it was amazing!! Nice comfortable beds, very clean, i recommended it!

We like to come to this location for mostly the jacuzzi and location every year for special occasions- we live near by but the jacuzzi didn’t work- the water was hardly warm and the jets didn’t work. We let the nice staff lady in the front know but we were really disappointed. Last time we were here we re-sch because the jacuzzi was broken which was ok. Wish we could get a free night or just be able to come back another evening to make up for it;)

First, All of the rooms had air-conditioned right next to the beds. The cool air blew your back whole night. My older daughter got fever After the first night stay. I requested to change the room, But the front desk told me the room options were all the same. In the next couple of days stay, My second kid got fever too because of air-conditioned. By the end of one week stay, both of my husband and I were sick too. The room design were really suck. Not only the air-conditioned blow the air directly to the beds, the noise of air-conditioned were loud. We can't sleep well the whole week. I really hope the property can take serious thought about it and improve. Second, the bath towels are not clean. All of the towels are old and yellowish. They didn't offer the room service every day instead every other day. Every time we came back, the sofa bed was messing. They never clean the sofa bed. Didn't That include in the room service? The location of property was very convenient. That was probably the only good thing for this hotel.

the staff, room, Schwimming pool, Breakfast with platic platte and plastic cutlery are not OK for the environment. A lot of waste is produced: that's not acceptable anymore. Anyway the hotel is good other aspects.

Liked the location and the nearby trails. Nice layout and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast, liked having fresh fruit, eggs, bacon and Texas-shaped waffle! Shower was dirty with algae buildup, grout cracked, could use deeper clean and updating.

The front desk agent, Ms. Janet, was very friendly. She made an ajustment to put our party on the same floor without being asked. She also offered water since it was very hot which was nice. The beds were very uncomfortable to me. (Spring bed with small pillow top) The rooms weren't clean all the way, looked like they did a quick clean and wipe down bc couch were dirty. I was placed in a handicap room, that smelled awful and had no bathtub. When I asked to please be moved they said they were full and could not. When I asked for a refund they also refused even though I bought the insurance or “protection plan” I will never use this website nor stay at this hotel again.

The motel is clean and well kept. The rooms are tasteful with very comfortable beds. The landscaping is very good. I think more thought could go into the breakfast but it was okay.

Wish the bar was open. The bathroom layout was awkward but overall nice place

Traveled with my family for an event and overall we were more than happy with our experience. The hotel has a modern design and our room was very relaxing and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we have experienced so far. I truly hope that management and friendly, approachable staff continue the excellent job they are doing

Check in and out was fast and easy. The room was one of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly. Most importantly the air conditioner was nice. Easy access from the interstate.

Place clean & neat

Nice hotel, great staff. Pool and hot tub were out of service due to heater parts delay (but that’s a macro supply chain issue). We got stuck in the elevator but the staff and the firefighters resolved it quickly and calmly. I would definitely stay again!

Friendly staff. Has a Gym, pool and hotub. Wish we would have had water in the fridge in room and our bathtub was dirty at the bottom and shower curtain had a stain. Still a great stay.

The drain in the tub would not drain. Room 325. All else was great.
