Love Aloft in Cedar Park. We always stay here when visiting family. You never have to worry about anything because it is consistently clean, well kept and friendly staff.

There was a bunch of kids running around in the gym unsupervised for a few hours while the parents drank and played pool at the bar...The problem is I wanted to use the gym..which is right next to where the staff checks people in...You saw those kids running back and forth and allowed that place to be ghetto that night..

Sincere was amazing! He greeted us warmly and was super professional. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location for restaurants and shopping. Easy to find. The staff at the bar was also friendly and knowledgeable.

I was overcharged. My hotel receipt is significantly less than amount charged. Phone did not work. Thermostat did not go to temp setting. Internet connection was weak.

This hotel was great for a family stay. It was a little further from the Austin city center than I realized, but the price was fair. They were in the middle of a renovation, but things were still clean and quiet. The room was spacious. The pool was clean. I wish each room had its own microwave, but there was one available in the lobby. The only other thing I did not like was that the bathroom door was one of those sliding doors that left a sizable gap that you could definitely see through. This seems to be a lot more common than I'd like in hotels these days.

Cleanliness Location was impossible to find. My GPS kept sending me to new suburb construction areas and I finally found it by accident when I was going to an HEb and noticed it next door. This hotel is a Marriott retreat with a cheap reheap.

Nice place - just tiny bummers like the gym being closed for renovation, room coffee maker was on the fritz and room faced the parking lot with some seriously bright lights (fixed with curtains fully drawn). Overall, nice folks and clean room.

The room was clean and the staffs customwr service was fantastic. However we booked this hotel because it said it had a bar in the lobby (it did) but it was closed. It said there was a hot tub but there was no hot tub. They claimed they had a heated pool but it was ice cold.

Gym has no wipes, water, paper towels, was there for 4 days and was never replenished. Room no microwave Noisy refrigerator Pool supposed to be heated, sometimes Website advertising hot tub,that was no hot tub, which is what got me because i was looking forward to relaxing in it. Friendly staff was very good. Pool table sticks all bad with no tips except 1 out of 4 sticks Under renovations which we didn't know. Great location, very convenient to lots of things!

Floors were dirty, there was a blonde hair in the sink, and then when I was showering I saw a black curly hair on the wall of the shower. When I asked front desk just to clean the floors, it was cleaned but the next morning there was an alarm that went off at 6am.. never had that happen in my life. And no one puts alarms on the clocks at the hotels. The clock wasn’t even near the bed too. Cleanliness

Hotel was nice, location was perfect. The front desk were very kind and helpful. Only issue was I chose this location for the hot tub, I found out it was no longer available once we got there. Other than that the room was clean, and plenty of amenities.

We had a person smoking on our floor and once we let the staff know they were quick to respond and get the issue resolved It was a tad bit loud our last night cause there was company there and they were being loud and our room happened to be right above the patio area

Very disappointed with this hotel. One of the reasons we booked it was because it was listed as having a hot tub, but unfortunately, it didn't. Then we tried to turn on the TV and the remote didn't work; the batteries were dead. I've stayed at hotels in this chain before, and everything was fine. This one left me very disappointed. I don't recommend it

The breakfast was not free, as advertised. Not only that, each individual item was way over priced. The biggest issue with the stay was the construction right outside or room windows. There was no mention of ongoing construction on the property, or we would have booked somewhwere else. We were awakened at about 7:30 both mornings by men outside our windows yalling and banging around doing their construction work. We would have loved to have been able to sleep in on our vacation. When this was mentioned to the woman at the front desk, she didn't seem to really care.

The fire alarm went off at around 10:30pm. As did the power. We had to evacuate the building for about thirty minutes. The power was in for only first two levels. The rest of us had to stay downstairs until almost 2am as the power was still out and no AC in room, or we would have just gone upstairs and slept. Very little communication and absolutely no compensation for our lost time. No manager on duty, the only person was checkin guy who had absolutely no power to do anything, so he kept leaving the front desk to go into kitchen to avoid eye contact and people. I'm sure he was praying for his shift to end. The bartender had some info, but left as soon as his shift was over. It would have been nice for hotel to have even formally apologized to all the guests and compensated us the night or at least 1/2 of it as the hotel doubled the nightly rate due to Formula One being on this weekend. The hotel isnt losing any money. So, yeah. Night sucked.

The only thing i didn't like was that when i went to relax in the hot tub, there was a soccer team of kid's in the pool area horseplaying and running around. The adults were not saying anything to thing to them, i felt it was vary dangerous.

Spent a night here while visiting someone and everything was great. The check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean, bed was comfy and shower was great. If I'm every back in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the water bottles in this 100 degree weather. The check-in employee made sure each of us in the room got one complimentary water. In general, she was awesome. She was very friendly and made us feel welcome. There is more of a modern vibe to the hotel. I was worried my teenage nephew would be bored with us, but there was a pool table in the lobby and he played pool for the first time ever with my brother! that was special.

Fantastic property with lots to do. After swimming we were able to swing by the snack bar to buy ice cream! Never heard other visitors in the hall or from our room. Highly recommend!!!

Tv not working and fridge in the middle of the room. Called the front and they were trying to tell me step byvstep how to fix the tv instead of sending someone up. Fridge was open with a dirty rag and was left unplugged in the middle of the room and front desk said fire me just to nput it under the bathroom sink. The hotel is very pretty and staff is great, I just don’t like how the blinds let soooooo much light in and how noisy it is due to being closer to the highway. We couldn’t sleep because of the traffic sounds and then very early on, the entire room lets in

Loved the modern fun vibes at this hotel! It was my first time to Austin and loved being outside of downtown but still only minutes away from all the parties! Loved the live music in the lobby and the bar! Also, pool being indoors was amazing during a rainy first day! Overall, one of my favorites places I have ever stayed!

Excellent atmosphere

I loved the environment where the Aloft was. Parking was super easy and accessible. Was greeted by staff and attended to quickly when checking in and out. My only two complaints are that the walls are really thin and I could hear someone having a really loud conversation on the phone and that the cleanliness wasn’t super great but was good enough for a one night stay. I had a great time overall!

Beautiful property with amazing amenities! I’m very picky on hotels but this one definitely exceeded my expectations!

It’s located where there’s restaurants and stores and you can walk to them! Super clean and everyone was super nice!

There are ants on the wall that crawled on our food..but otherwise the overall experience was good.

We hoped the pool temp was a bit warmer but overall we enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The day we checked in the girl was very nice and kind and went above and beyond to help us.

I was a guest for 3 nights. The TV wasn't working when I arrived. I let the front desk know about it on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Each time I was told they would send someone, but they never did. I didn't have a working TV my entire stay.

I loved the whole thing. The staff was so hospitable.

I've been here 3 nights and the TV hasn't worked at all. I've requested - and was promised it would be fixed three times and still no TV. I should have changed rooms but I assumed they would take care of it. Lesson learned.

Very clean and accommodating staff. The only thing I will say is be careful in the front driveway if it rains.. I slipped and fell. Luckily I wasn’t hurt.
