    The check in was ok but customer service was not great at all the room was not great there was fleas in the room the pool had rusty nails everywhere insulation coming out of the holes that were in the ceiling of the pool and mold it looked like they stopped in the middle of fixing it up and just left everything and when we asked them to clean it up they were not nice about and just said they were shutting it down so our boys were not able to swim for the rest of our time there definitely not staying there again and we will not be giving a good review and letting friends and family know not to stay there

    This location is always very well kept. It is always clean and the staff are always helpful, friendly and on point. The rooms are in very good condition and very clean. The breakfast is very sufficient and has a rotating menu if you stay more than a few days.

    We stayed in the Premium w w Jcuzzi tub in room it is on the first floor and very quiet because it’s at the end of the hall breakfast was excellent and different each day we were there is is a great place very clean close to a lot of ammenities will be staying again in the future!

    I like the day I checked out, wish I would have just gone straight to Hyatt instead. Very disappointed with this outdated hotel. I made a big mistake and I won’t make that mistake again. I don’t get it, the area all around this hotel is very modern and yet I felt like I was staying in a +30 year old hotel. I would never stay there again, sorry to the staff who are working hard but the property is seriously outdated and needs a lot of investment to bring it to the level that other hotels maintain in the area.

    Everything was great. Only problem is parking late at night the entire hotel area was filled and then parts of parking were tow away zones, was just a little confusing where to park and not get towed over night.     The convenience of surrounding areas, shops and venues. The lighting in the room was geared only around the bed. The bathtub didn’t drain well. It would be nice if there was something non slip in the tub as well. A sign that actually shows where the stairs are located.

    My reservation was messed up, but the manager took care of us. I was supposed to have a suite with two bedrooms because my husband and I were traveling with my elderly mother, but we had a regular room with a king bed when we arrived for check-in. There were no more suites available, so we were given a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't the best of conditions considering my mother likes it warm and my husband likes to sleep with the t.v. on. So both of them had to deal with discomfort on the first night. We realize it was out of the manager's control, so we were okay. The next morning, as soon as the suite was available, we were able to move to the correct room. The manager was apologetic, courteous, and accomondating. His name is Matthew Swartzbaugh. He handled the situation very well.

    The location was good if u wanna go shopping First of all got to the room and the bathroom floor was messy but we didnt complain thought they were drips of paint. Then inspecting the beds their was a blood stain on of the pillows. Which we just throw off the bed cause it was a very small dot. But on the first night found out that the last guests had left trash behind and it wasnt even cleaned up. So after the stay we just wondered if it was the right choice of never complaining. We left our reservation and i was told that the deposit was never charged. Since it would only be charged if their was a problem. After several days after the stay today April 3rd i get the deposit charged. Tried calling several times to the main desk and i can get a hold of anyone. As well the beds are super lumpy like a hole in the middle of the mattress. Houndred percent recommend staying somewhere else and speaking up for small things that are wrong with the room.

    The floor in foom was not vaccumed before check in. The toilet had a weak flush. The bed was comfortable enough, the pillows were good but tiny, the room was quiet . . The lightting was dim in the room, their was a lamp that was not plugged in and I attempted to plug it in and it would not go in so if remained unplugged. The bathroom had paint splatters, there were stainx on a chair, and few marks on the wall next to the bed . The continental breakfast only had one tiny muffin , ( i do not use waffle makers, i saw nothing elses and tiny little yoplait yougurt cups, i went to Starbucks to grab breakfast . The desk check in person was super nice and helpful.

    Our room had a bad toilet that they never took care of and I guess no one works on Sunday's Our room was not made up that day We had to make our bed and go down saris to get fresh towels. I have been there befroe and this has not happened. We will see next time how it is

    I originally booked the room with the hot tub but was not able to stay in it. We had three issues: 1) the desk lamp did not work 2) the lamp had a wad of gum stuck to it, and 3) the hot tub was leaking and the room smelled moldy. When I asked about the lamp (it was needed) I was told they’d look for a bulb and contact maintenance. They wound up just removing the lamp, which did not help because I needed the desk lamp. The hot tub issue was especially frustrating. The tile around it was ultra slick and could be a potential lawsuit if not properly addressed. My husband stepped on it and nearly fell. Overall, the likeliness that I would return is slim.

    Property is not maintained or cared for past the lobby. Rooms are gross, we had 2 rooms in our party equally dirty, dinged and disgusting. Sheets are old, discolored and tattered. Its clear supplies are low. When asking for a hairdryer(missing from our room), toilet paper or towel they were all taken from other rooms, not the supply closet. Floors in the bathroom on the first day made my MILs fresh socks turn black when walking around from the dirt. Also had an unpleasant checkin with Cecilia who before even asking our name or checking room status made the comment that “checkin is at 3pm. We arrived at 2:03pm. Over the course of 5 days witnessed aggressive interactions with other guests. Staff should naturally have hospitality and serving others at heart. Advice, book somewhere else.

    Nice clean place to overnight close to lots of commerce. Only concern/complaint is the bathtub was extremely slippery, and in my opinion dangerous. We had to put a hand towel in the bottom of the tub to shower so we didn't fall. I believe there should have also been some grab bars in the shower/tub.

    This was our first time staying this this chain. The hotel must have been recently updated. Workmanship probably could have been better. One the plus side, the location is quiet, AC was strong (and reasonably quiet), beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Overall, I would stay there again.

    They eventually did replace the boiler and we had hot water on our last night there. My concern is how did they wash the sheets and dishes with lukewarm water! No hot water to clean with! We visit our grandchildren at least 3 times a year and we always stay at this hotel for 7/8 days. We like the extra room for my mom as it gives her her own space. Unfortunately my husband said this is it! We will have to find something else. We understand things happen out of people control but the respond “well nobody else has complained” wasn’t what we were hoping for. Thank you, Terri

    When we arrived our original room had a foul odor, similar to wet clothes or mold, and there were gnats so we requested a different room which they kindly accommodated and we were happy about that. Our new room smelled better, it was cooler than the second room, suggest bringing a small fan if you like cold. We had originally requested a quiet room but with the room re-assignment we ended up next to a room that was keeping a dog and we could hear it barking off and o. For two days. Room needed upkeep, cleanliness was far, it is an old property. Our blackout curtains had large rips so plenty of light came in. Bed was very uncomfortable, shower fixture was coming out of the wall so you couldn't exactly adjust the water pressure. The toilet paper roll was frayed so everytime you pulled some, it was like a confetti party in the bathroom. A bit annoying 😑. Breakfast was basic, pool was cloudy. Staff was very nice.

    The front desk staff were polite and friendly, so no complaints there, but the breakfast area was so dirty, the garbage can was literally overflowing, the milk in the fridge was curdled so I took it back into the kitchen area and gave it to staff. Most condiments weren't stocked so I had to rummage through their cabinets to find syrup, spoons, etc. for myself and other guests. Housekeeping emptied our garbage and took out our dirty towels but did not replenish the towels, coffee pods, or water like they did in my last stay. The towels were really dingy. I was shocked that they were even putting those dirty towels in guest rooms. The lighting in the room was very dim because there were only a couple of lamps that did not emit enough light. One of them kept flickering.

    I usually have no here as I’ve stayed multiple times. However, this last day needed some attention. Got to my room, here in the bathtub and sheets on one of the made beds was dirty (blood). Fortunately there were two beds in the room. This was not an old stain but fresh and new (gross). However the afternoon and evening desk help were stellar and friendly as usual. I usually choose this place for the great front desk associates that I encounter when I get into Austin. Cleaning crew could use a little nudge though.

    Overall, it was a subpar stay. Friendly staff but issues with our reservation. They said we book the wrong type of room which was not true. I even checked my booking summary. Then at 10pm someone opened our door because they double booked dour room apparently. Then breakfast was not great at all. I’ve never had or heard of English muffins with sausage/gravy. Potatoes and microwaveable ham kolaches aren’t a great combination. No eggs or protein of anything isn’t a great breakfast even if it’s complimentary. Probably won’t book here again.

    This one one of the worst stays of my life. Staff was not polite or helpful. The room smelled like weed and they did nothing about it. Hair all over the bathroom like when is the last time that bathroom has been thoroughly cleaned!? Nasty nasty nasty hotel!! NEVER AGAIN
