The king suite was roomy but, was for a disabled person. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and there was visible mold on our ceiling. In spite of paying a little more for an “upgraded” room it was just a place to sleep.

The overall stay, was very good. It was my wifes bday, day before I called and asked if I could drop off flowers and a card, and have them put in the room before our arrival. The young lady at the desk said she would take care of it. She did (tell her thank you please)! Only issue we had was the TV. We could not get regular TV. We had to stream, which in return we drained our phone batteries, because we forgot our wall charger and the hotel only has usb, not usb-c to usb-c. I know, first world problems.... the TV was the only problem. We will be back. Awesome staff, clean nice Hotel.

Clean room and property. Room has a coffee maker with a cup, but no coffee and it requires a special type of pod (not the common one). Lighting in the room is not very bright.

The mini fridge in the room smelled awful and didn't get very cold. The water in the room stopped working and I had to call the front desk. They said it would be off for a while due to maintenance. No prior warning was given prior to this happening. The A/C was either too hot or too cold, no in between. Part of the tile was coming of around the shower.

The floor could be a little cleaner, there was old food left on the floor that our child found

The bed was extremely hard. I'm not a picky person but it was uncomfortable. Other than that, the place was excellent!

Fair warning that one of the bars across the street likes its live music LOUD. But everything else about the hotel was great.

We come to Cedar Park frequently. Have stayed in almost all the hotels around, and we really like this one! Room is laid out well, plenty of room, and quiet. Pricing was good also. We will be back.

As normal in Texas people are free and comfortable to talk with strangers and guests. Rooms were nice and if you like hearing music this hotel is located next door to a fabulous outdoor concert venue

The Hyatt Cedar Park is in a beautiful area, and the property itself is clean, modern, and a great value, especially with free parking and a convenient location. My room met expectations, but the staff experience was inconsistent: Monday’s front desk team was excellent, while Tuesday night and Wednesday morning service felt inattentive and lacking in hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was fine for being included, but the powdered eggs were a big disappointment for me. Overall, I would rate it 3 stars because the hotel itself is solid, but service and attention to detail need improvement.

The hotel was great and the room was very clean. Our only slight complaint was the breakfast was exactly the same everyday of our stay and was cold even at 6:30am when breakfast starts and bread and bagels were stale and hard. The offerings where a little strange for breakfast as well as meatballs, chicken and bean burritos, and salad are not what I would call breakfast. we did enjoy the scrambled eggs and Texas shaped waffle.

AI don't think the room had been vacummed. There was glitter throughout the carpet.

Staff very responsive. They never got the tv to work. They did try. They offered to change rooms but we were already settled in. Details stayed microwave in the room. There wasn’t but they brought one upon request.

I inspect hotels for a living. This is the first time I woke up to roaches in my room. I showed staff the pics and video. All I got was , sorry about that. They sell and serve food as well. That's extremely unsanitary.

This hotel was exceptional in all evaluated areas. I've stayed in several Hyatt locations, and this is by far the best. Simple touches make the difference. For example, ceramic coffee mugs in the room. It was nice not to have morning coffee out of Styrofoam! I have long hair. Large containers of shampoo and conditioner were provided. The hotel was very quiet. We slept very well in an extremely comfortable bed. Thank you. We were exhausted! A couple of small things come to mind. Because we've traveled quite a distance, we have a very small ice chest we use for bottled water and sodas. An ice machine with an ice bucket would have been more convenient.

Hotel is beat up. Mattresses are horrible. Lights in room would turn off and on especially in the bathroom. Hard to take a shower in the dark. Front desk staff were not pleasant and rude.

The staff was amazing!!! I did have an issue with the ac messing up in the middle of the night so I wasn’t able to sleep, they did send maintenance's over to fix it later that day. Over all the staff was so amazing, breakfast was good, and rooms where clean.

The room had ants in the bathroom. The noise in the room from rooftop air conditioners, surrounding outside construction and bar close by was excessive. The toilet stopped working. We will not go back.

Everything was great at this Cedar Park area hotel! It is very convenient to the HEB Center, which is why we stayed at this particular property. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast had hot options and healthier options, which I appreciate. There is currently quite a bit of construction going on around the hotel, but otherwise no complaints.

There is a nightclub right across the street and it was very loud, but the other qualities of the hotel made up for that small inconvenience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was good and it was kept well stocked during service.

The pillows on the couch in our room smelt absolutely horrendous. We had to put them to the side so we didn’t touch them. The toilet kept running unless you jiggled the handle. Even though thermostat was set at 65 it was still to warm in there and I’m cold natured so I know it was too hot in there.

I was disappointed with the condition of the shower curtain and shower stall in general; it was unacceptably dirty. The shower curtain should have been replaced before we were given our keys. The floor (carpeting) was not vacuumed; I repeatedly picked up the previous guests hair.

It was a really nice hotel an the staff was very helpful an friendly. The AC was broken an maintenance was sick so the offered us 2 box fans for extra air due to me not wanting to switch rooms so late an i had decorated for my ladies nite out. I would highly recommend this hotel an i will be going back.

The hotel seemed like it was an older hotel that had been remodeled. Did not have a new feel.Our room smelled like smoke when we turn the air conditioner up, the sink was stopped up, the room was tiny. breakfast was good though.

El lugar está muy limpio es de Fácil acceso muy bien ubicado . El desayuno normal. Me toco una habitación en el piso 5 la verdad no fue muy agradable dormir porque estábamos justo debajo de algún compresor o motor del aire acondicionado y sonaba horrible todo ese ruido estremecía nuestra habitación me preocupaba un poco para ser honesta pues era un sonido muy fuerte deberían tomar en consideración esto pues de solo pensar lo que teníamos arriba de nuestra habitación nos daba angustia. Realmente fue muy incómodo y molestoso del resto todo bien es un lugar limpio y de fácil Acceso .

We have been displaced because of the flood. The staff here have been very kind and helpful. The coffee is amazing and hot breakfast was very good. Our room was spacious and quiet. Very nice place close to lots of shopping. We have enjoyed our week here.

It was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our short stay very much. The breakfast was good (for hotel food) and the room size wonderful. Having that extra sitting area is so nice. There was not a room number on our outside of our room which was confusing for everyone.

While the location of the hotel is ideal with close proximity to shops and restaurants, it is also across the street from a live music venue. So if you plan on staying here on a Friday or Saturday night, be prepared to hear live music and booming bass all the way into your hotel room all night long!

I really enjoyed my stay here as it was my first tike in Texas. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Location was very safe. A nice venue that played live music across the street. Convenient to downtown. Breakfast was yummy and great variety to choose from. They had frittatas (both w meat and veggie options), waffles, bagels, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, different milks, teas and coffees. Great restaurants and bar options for dinner in surrounding area. I would consider moving to the area.

Only thing we found was the ac fan only blew on low. So it did get stuffy at times. That was it.

Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights. The room is clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good, and the staff is very nice. Easy checking in and out. No waiting.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was awesome there were lots of shops and activities to do around the hotel. We too the Austin steam engine trip that was only 7 minutes from the hotel. I will definitely stay again.

This was a very nice, clean and updated property. The service was very good and we enjoyed the bar in the evening time. The only complaint I have is that breakfast is not long enough on weekdays, and it is taken down for too early. I came down at 8:40 and they were already not refreshing the eggs as it was close to closing time. Food should be refreshed until the service ends. This was frustrating and I hope it gets addressed.

We had to request housekeeping they forgot us 2 days in a row.

Only complaint was breakfast no waffles or pancakes, there was breakfast just not what I wanted. Overall experience was great venue and restaurant was within walking distance. 9 out 10 satisfaction.

To start, I notified them well in advance that I would be a very late check in. When I arrived, all of their systems were down and they could not see what rooms were available. The maintenance supervisor had an antiquated handheld device that did show them a room that was available. They could not provide my room keys though. Walked me down the dark corridor to my room on the first floor. The room smelled like smoke and was stale. The carpet had a huge stain in the middle and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and bubbling. The mattress had an unknown stain on the side. The air conditioning was intermittent as well. Hot at night and frigid when I was not in the room. Apparently you need to request housekeeping. I was told on the second day, that it was every other day, and so I requested it. I never received any housekeeping during my entire stay of 5 days. I went daily to the rude desk clerks to beg for two towels and some room coffee. The pool was absolutely filthy and unwelcoming. Actual dirt was in the bottom of the pool. The breakfast was laughable. Stale food and old fruit. I did not wish to become ill, so I only went there on my first day to check it out. Hard pass. The staff hardly acknowledged you, even to check on your stay as you were walking through the lobby.

Room looked older than expected. Couch was definetely old and shower needs an update.

I messaged the hotel multiple times before arriving to request a crib, I let them know we were arriving at midnight and did the online checkin as soon as I was able to and again requested the crib. Ceroo help, they promised each day they will try to get one for the next night but never did. Very inconvenient. i understand its first come first serve yet I began requesting it weeks in advance.

The 2 girls at checkin were very cordial. One of them remembered me from previous stays. Everything I requested for room was completed. Greeted when I left as eell.

The hotel is good and breakfast is always reliable. There was a large group of Spanish speaking men present each afternoon outside ( smoking) and in the lobby area. Was a bit crowded to walk through them each afternoon.

Great Property great Customer service agents at the front desk and bar area! Can’t express enough how these ladies went above and beyond for my family. Cleaning service on the other hand shouldn’t rush through the rooms as they clean. Different people sleep here nightly and take their fur-babies. Please inspect all beds including sofa beds before marking room clean. All in all, I would stay here again but definitely inspect rooms /beds at check in.

There’s an outdoor music venue directly next to the hotel that has late night concerts. It sounds like the concert is in your hotel room. We asked to be moved to the other side of hotel, they did not cooperate with us. We had 2 late nights listening to loud music.

Great hotel and great location

Convenient location and friendly staff. I appreciated being moved to a top floor room due to some noise issues. Unfortunately some guests were noisy in the hallways late at night and early in the morning.

Hotel in great location where we needed to be. Great restaurant across the street, need to have better breakfast/lunch/dinner selection nothing that you heat up in microwave. Had problem with our tub clogging up and it took a long time for maintenance to come fix the problem, actually had to go find manager to get maintenance to the room.

The property is incredible, there was very loud concert going on right outsudr my window, Which was unfortunate. The rooms are very nice, definately worth it.
