    Great location close to restaurants and stores. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable and the A/C works great. The only thing that I did not care for is the smell of animals in the hallways and room...however, it is very pet friendly, which is a plus.

    Fortunately, that night, Allyssa, again, came to our rescue, in disbelief of our story, and found one. Heh- what is with the two peepholes in our door??? Ancient stuff! Just ask that female sports reporter, Erin, about what happened with her- big law suit! And, NO breakfast, if any kind... I wanted to leave, the first morning we woke up. Kudos to Allyssa, the night clerk, for saving the reputation of IHG! She deserves a huge bonus, and raise in pay!

    Located in a nice part of town where staff and even the people that were staying there overnight were very friendly. They welcomed my service dog with open arms and the accommodations were good as I like the full-size fridge in the room. The shower even has a nightlight on the wall very nice and comfortable mattress just the right size room

    But room cleanliness was not very impressive. There was old coffee in coffee maker. There was no bathmat. My feet picked up dirt from carpet right after check in. I didn't see any pans even though there is an kitchnett. Dryer was way very old model. Room was spacious but It could been better.

    Clean room, comfortable bed. Room was a bit humid and the floor kept sweating making it slippery. We cranked the A.C. a bit and that helped. We did stay near an exit and unfortunately could hear the door slam after about 6 a.m. Other than that nice room, comfortable, pet friendly and nice staff

    The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Unfortunately the ice maker in our freezer was not functioning, there were no ice cube trays and they didn’t have an ice machine. The hair dryer was broken. The hot and cold indicator for the shower was reversed so I took an unnecessary cold shower the first night.

    Property smelled fresh. However, when we entered our room, we found some problems. The silverware in our kitchenette was dirty so we took it to the front desk staff and were provided with plastic cutlery instead. There were scuffs on the paint in the room as well as some dirty walls/doors that had not been properly cared for. The shower handle was not installed properly. There was mold in one corner by the shower. The door into the room was not hung properly so the door stuck upon opening/closing.

    Notch) however we did not get the room we booked a month ago due to a ‘system upgrade’. While room was clean it was missing its smoke detector (wires hanging out of the ceiling) and also the window was broken. I know nornally these places are maintained however this felt bland, the elevator also needs to be greased it made lots of noise and I feel sorry for those whose room was next to the elevator. We will continue to use candlewood suites, however we will not stay at this particular property again. I do want to emphasize that the staff was great, no issues there!!

    When I asked the front desk staff to please have our room cleaned the only response I received was that they were down a housekeeper. Trash cans in all the hallways were full and stinky and the stairwells needed to be vacuumed badly.

    Housekeeping was awful. There were no towels or toiletries in the bathroom. The shower had hair and a dirty washcloth in it. There was hair in the bed. The shower didn’t work properly. The only reason I’m rating 2 stars and not 1 is because the girl who worked the front desk overnight was so kind and apologetic. My children were already asleep otherwise I would have asked for a different room. They desperately need new housekeepers and a better maintenance staff.

The grills advertised for use were so gross no one would ever use them. Then came the roach. It was a $29 room that cost over $100. Do not book this hotel. You will regret it. I wish there was a lesser star to give this place. I learned a lesson. Read ALL the reviews. The five star ones have to have been paid for. The staff is overwhelmed. I will not stay at an IHG property or use Hotels.com again.

    The location, the parking lot has many empty spaces, easy to park. We would like to raise several concerns regarding our stay: 1. First, we booked a room advertised as larger than 600 sq ft, however, the room we received appears to be closer to 300 sq ft, which is significantly smaller than what we reserved. 2. Second, the laundry room has been unavailable throughout our stay. There has been a sign stating “Laundry area out of order” at all times, and the facility was never operational. 3. Third, the television provided is very small and is not a smart TV. 5. Additionally, there was no room cleaning service during our stay. When I called to request a towel change, I was asked to go downstairs to collect the towels myself. When I asked about room cleaning, I was informed by the receptionist that housekeeping is provided only once per week. Unfortunately, I do not have written proof of this statement, but I would like to note it as part of our experience. 6. On the morning of December 13, there was no water available in the building due to a building-wide issue, as explained by the staff. Later, shortly before our departure, the water supply was restored; however, the tap water appeared visibly dirty, with dark residue noticeable against the white sink. Photos are attached for reference. We understand that unexpected issues can happen anywhere, and we personally felt okay about this situation. We point out this information simply for transparency and to help future guests better prepare for their stay. We are sharing these concerns to request your attention and a reasonable resolution, as the services and conditions provided did not match what was advertised or expected. Edit: Okay, and one more things, they charged me twice and told me I will get refund after 3-5 business days (was told on Dec 15 and today is Dec 22 -> Nothing was refunded Edit2(Jan4): So Jessica, thanks for getting back to me on this review, and please let me know when you are going to refund my money that you charged twice, I have tried to call many times.....

    There was a cockroach crawling on the kitchen counter. The bathtub faucet was barely functioning, and the tub bottom had ground-in grime. The elevator was decrepit and needed serious maintenance The room carpet appeared dirty. I stayed two nights and couldn't wait to get out of my room after seeing the cockroach on my second morning. No doubt the entire building has cockroaches!

    My house cauht on fire and we spend 8 days at your hotel. I kept the "I'll catch you later on my door." Day seven house keeping entered my room. They moved the sign fron outside the door and put it inside. Most importantly, they touched my stuff. After day 4 we got new towells and bedding. So they invade our privacy. The scary part is, on the last day, my husband left the room at 9:40, and at 10:03 a gentleman walked in my room, I jumped up then he said "housekeeping", I said, somebody is in here, then closed my door and left. No, ilI am sorry, nothing just left. I called my husband and told him what happen. He said when he was leaving there was a man housekeeper 1-2 doors down. Again that sign, "catch you later" was back on my door. Very creepy, and suspicious. Please look at the camera. But I will not be coming back to that location.

    They dont have ice, and the ice machines in rooms didnt work. We had 10 rooms, all 10 were dirty even coffee pots had nasty dried on coffee grounds in them. We had nasty black curly hair in multiple showers and in beds. We asked for extra towels to shower, we were informed that there were no extras to be had. Water in showers would only get luke warm and cooled off quickly after that. Extremely loud through the night we had multiple parents having to ask for assistance with the noise through the night. This was a very gross and stressful stay. I would expect this from a cheaper motel.

    We paid for the one bedroom suite with the intention that one of us would stay in the bedroom and one in the living area. We got to the room, it was a regular room. When we asked the front desk, they said they had to move us. My friend arranged to stay elsewhere so I ended up by myself. I went back to the front desk and asked if they were going to refund us for the room difference. They said they couldn’t refund us, but they could move me to the correct room.     Hotel had a strange odor inside. Booked a suite with a king and was put in a suite with a queen. They did fix this. Got to the new room and still a strange smell in the room. Side table next to the bed had not been cleaned (had a sticky bottle ring on it), sheets and pillows had an odor to them as well. AC would not get colder than 72 in the room.     It's a great place to be if you love dogs "pet-friendly", barking at 2 a.m. Not so much if you want to get a good night's sleep while traveling! Maybe I need to find a "people-friendly" place the next time, as in for the one who pays the bills! ;-) Nice clean room though! Bathroom sink slow to drain. Comfy. Upadte: after getting over my lack of sleep on the first night, I decided to change my rating from 1 to 5. The hotel is fine, it's the entitled guests who are only concerned with themselves and their dogs that they would let them bark all night! No consideration for others. That's what the world is today!!

    They charged them an odd amount at check-in and when they inquired as to why, they were told it was a mistake and world be fixed. I inquired the next day at front desk the gentleman did not see any notes to why they were charged. I had asked they refund it ..he said only the GM could and he would contact him and he could process refund remotely. 2 days after check-in still no contact from management i emailed the management email and provided my phone and email address. Im still hopefully they will correct the issue as this family is on a fixed income. It is sad that the elderly disabled would be treated this was and lack of follow though and follow-up by CW staff to correct this issue is beyond me. It takes someone a few seconds to incorrectly charged someone but several conversations and several days the issue was not resolved and absolutely zero response back to me. Still waiting fingers crossed they will correct the issue.

    I didn’t like that I requested my room to be cleaned twice and it never was. I didn’t like that the shower curtain was way too small and high. It made it difficult to shower without getting water everywhere. I didn’t like that carpet in the hall ways clearly needed to be cleaned and weren’t. I didn’t like that dishwasher needed to be fixed and hadn’t been. I never used the dishwasher. I’m referring to cosmetic issues. However, I did like the water pressure. I also liked the front desk staff. Very friendly!

    The couple at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. But everything else sucked. SMELLS like cigarette smoke and its a bit of an older cheap hotel. In the parking lot a tweaker had their window open smoking drugs right into the parking lot and randoms walking through the lot. We left and went to the Aloft hotel.

    The lobby was nice. Staff at front lobby were kind. Nice area/location. Room 107 has a hole in bathroom wall. Sheer curtain, no blinds, no privacy. Anyone could look in room from outside.. Stains on the furniture (the chairs). Stains on pillowcases and stains on the walls. Pet hair on the carpet. I expected more cleanliness for the price of $ 385 for two nights.

    Outdated facility. I continued to find wads of black hair in my first room. The water never got hot and was told to let it run for a few minutes before getting in. The elevator looked like it had never been cleaned. There was a sock by the trash can that was not picked up for a week. No one ever came into my room to clean and I was there for two weeks. The only employee that I could give a 5 star rating was the girl who worked last Thursday night. She was amazing and very kind. Will not be staying again.

    In general I had a pleasant stay and the hotel was quite nice for the price however upon arriving, my bathroom door unhinged partially from the wall the moment I opened it. This meant I had to essentially pick up the (heavy) door just to get in/out of the bathroom. I told the front desk as I was headed into the city hoping it would be fixed when I returned, but it wasn't, so I had to deal with that situation the entire stay. That experience was a bit bizarre. The only other negative was the constant slamming door sound at around 7am coming from the hallway. That too was pretty irritating.

    Unfortunately, we were welcomed by pests throughout the room [roaches of different sizes] and had one walking around the floor as we were headed out. Could not stay another night here and went somewhere else. Please keep your rooms clean and free of pests, to charge $80 a night is not worth the investment for those allergic to roaches. We told the front desk and responded with 'it tends to happen from time to time, sorry' excuse me? That isn't okay.

    When i arrived they moved my roo due to a dog staying in the next room. The room they switched us to had a queen bed, we booked a king. The bill i signed had the change on it, and the total was $135. When we completed our daytrip we noticed that the cost was $178. Not cool!!!

    The people at the desk are very nice. The outside and lobby are nice. No breakfast and the coffee area isn’t inviting. The property hallways rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. The pet area is weeds (cut) and rundown. No poop bags in the station. There was a nicer grass area on the other side of the property. The walls were really dirty in the halls and the rooms. The bathroom floor was absolutely fiflthy. There was a roach infestation as well. The roll in bed was complimentary that they usually charge for. It was very small and thin. Not great but better than sharing a full size bed. The property smelled bad. The people were really nice though but I won’t stay here again.

    The room however is very dated, bathroom tub peaked and looked dirty. No hair dryer provided. Kitchen did not have coffee supplies so I had to go down to snack area. Coffee maker in room still had an old coffee pod still in it. When I moved the coffee maker a bug ran out from under.

    Check in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked having a kitchenette in the room, which would be especially great for longer stays. There is shopping and restaurants nearby which is very convenient.

    Lobby had a constant beeping noise every minute that was going on for days, there were poorly treated couches, and a smell. They had a King bed suite listed as sleeps 4 but didn't list a couch sofa, when I called to inquire if it did they said yes. Then when I got there, there was no couch sofa. They let me use two roll aways, one was tied together with a trash bag. The staff was nice, making the most of a bad situation. This property needs investment.

    Super old-even the sliding doors are rickety. When I arrived the elevator stopped working and had to be repaired. Rooms are below basic, old, tired, put-dated. Yes they serve their purpose, but it’s just not appealing. We were only supposed to be there for two nights while work was being done on our house, We checked out early as we didn’t want to stay another night. Having said all that, the staff was extremely friendly, kind and professional.

    Four kids were running up and down the halls banging on doors and yelling. This went on for 3 hours and the staff would not do anything about it after several complaints. They only stopped it after I threatened to call the police.
