The facility was very clean and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the walk in shower. I had doctor appointments right around the corner so the location was definitely a plus. Also, there are plenty of restaurants and shops under a 5 minute drive from this location. Huge shout out to Johnny and Sarah who made my stay in more pleasant and positive!! The parking was a bit difficult.

Breakfast could be better and more seating. 1 very old elevator for everyone so you waited awhile. Rooms kinda stuffy and sink was clogged and the shower has no stopper. For the price it could be way nicer but it is what it is.

The rooms are clean, but they have those extra tall beds that makes it hard for short people to get in bed. A little stool would really help. Also, there is no place to hang your clothes in the bathroom. There are NO hooks and the toilet doesn't have a lid. The breakfast is not bad but kind of limited too. I was impressed though they did room service without being asked.

Breakfast was amazing. Beds are comfortable, forgot my own shampoo and conditioner and the room had shampoo available but no conditioner. Overall the room was clean, but being in the hospitality business I notice small things a little dirt in the corners of the bathroom and some dust on the window sills and lamps but nothing that wouldnt be in anyone's home.

First of all, probably the most comfortable bed I've ever had at any hotel or Airbnb. Like seriously, I wish I had it at home. The breakfast was nice, the staff were super friendly and helpful. It's not fancy, but it's good value for money, and we would stay there again.

It stunk the fire alarm was going off at night. Stains on furniture.

Didn't request handicapped, but the toilet inthe room was old style, shoulld have been new 16" height. Not comfortable to sit that low. Breakfast was anemic, very little to offer. Apparrently the hotel is attracted to the tradespeople.

Our rooms were clean and continued to be spotless due to room service. There was always a staff member up front ready to help. The employee with the kippah was amazing. He'd start off each day with a smile and a rap for us as we walked outside!! Small but effect gym and very business friend with business space around

. There was a yellow stain on the shower floor that was unsightly. I even tried to remove it but it was there to stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable with nice linens and the bath towels were on the thicker side and very white. On a scale of one to ten, I’d probably rate this hotel a 6.5. I’ve stayed at Comfort Suites before and this one is very basic and not as well maintained as other Comfort Suites I’ve stayed in. It is well located for restaurants and shopping.

Otherwise , everybody was great in the free breakfast, the room. The kids being tortured while they're in the pool , screaming every morning at seven thirty in the morning , we're right across from there.

We arrived for check in an hour after check in time. The room we were given was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. We had to wait and additional 30 minutes for a room.

It's is located close to the HEB center My Daughter room had hair In both The beds and we had to change our own sheets to fix the problem the timer in the bathrooms only stayed on for about 20 sec so let's just say it was inconvenient to shower and potty

Thankful for free breakfast but it's been refried brand and scrambled eggs for days. They did have potatoes 1st couple days. Couple complained. Be nice to have more variety.

The hotel smelled awful!!! There was a musty odor throughout the hotel and on the elevator. The pool did not look well maintained so we did not get inside and the indoor pool was the reason I picked this hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again and I suggest they do something about the smell

Our stay was just what we needed. The location had us close to good shopping and an easy drive to our destination at CPHS for a XC meet.

We called front desk in the morning and asked for housekeeping to clean our room that day. They said they would. When returned at night, housekeeping had not gone to our room.

we liked the room size the bad very countable with good internet and breakfast was excellent. what I did not like was the coffee maker in the room was not working a part was missing and the sofa had some white stains on it and I dont like when pets are allow in the rooms there was a dog next to our room that was constantly barking.

Not a safe place! Police are called there multiple times a week. Snoke smell is so strong you smell it in your room. Manager does nothing to help employees or guests when problems arise.

The travel confirmation from Expedia shows check-in time starts at 7 am and I had to pay an additional fee to check-in around 2pm. I also was refused any transaction receipts stating I needed to print them from Expedia even though I paid there on check-in.

Breakfast was horrible. They had no warm food as they warmers have been broken for awhile as per note. They had no juice, syrup or individual milk. Milk was only for cereal. Coffee tasted like they hadn't cleaned the coffee maker in years and butter was frozen that it wouldn't melt on a pancake. When walking into the room it had a weird smell. No AC in the elevator. Front desk would walk away and take forever to come back.

Which is unbelievable bc I don’t think it is that big of an expense to fix or get a new one. According to some of my colleagues who stayed there multiple days they haven’t fixed it for entire stay from Thursday through Sunday. Juice machine also didn’t work and we were provided some cheap Apple juice from a bottle. According to my colleague who stayed till Sunday the coffee machine also got broken at the end of their stay. If you just need a bed and shower for a day it is probably an ok hotel to just fall asleep overnight otherwise I definitely would not recommend to stay there and doubt I’ll be back any time soon also

The poor breakfast attendant was trying to cook, restock items and also clean tables all by himself. It appeared challenging for him to keep up with it all by himself, they may need an additional person for that piece. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Rooms were stinking badly. Elevators and lobbies were also smelling so bad that we couldn't stay the second night. Stay away . Not maintained at all.

It was as expected. Nothing over the top but it was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and I actually loved the coffee.

Fast and friendly checkin. Great breakfast. Used the indoor pool and weight room. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to restaurants and shopping. The only problem was the room had a smell.. old and dirty smell. The room was clean. Maybe the sofa bed or carpet may need to be deep clean? Regardless of the smell I would stay again .

We liked that it was very convenient to the HEB Center! We liked the breakfast. We requested a change of rooms because our first one had a terrible smell. Thankfully, we were given our request. The only downside to our stay were the very different, unpleasant smells throughout the hotel.

Employees are rude. Every person request different information at check in! They charge you for accidents at check in when they could just keep your card on file like every other hotel! Pool closes for swim lessons and hotel guests have to stay out!! Showers are not cleaned after every guest!!!

Kinda dirty. Couch had stains and dried up something running down the side. Wifi was also not good

Tanya was a horrible person to interact with and absolutely refused to assist she was combative and nasty ultimately the cause for us refusing to stay the property is surrounded by a dirty cramp and intimidating environment with individuals whom are not safe lingering around outside in mass and little to no parking in secure areas the worst stay ever we will never stay at the hotel or any of the properties affiliated

Great stay. The policy changes that affect everyone are a bit ridiculous but great stay.

Staff was friendly and courteous. They were always willing to help. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little hard. Breakfast was average. Eggs were wet. Regular sausage links were good, but a little burned. Hotel was clean and smelled good.

Visiting family….we were staying there for a place to sleep.

Hotel is being renovated…cheaply. The new shower head was hanging by a thread, same with the sink. Some wall lamps fell off the wall. But the sheets were clean and bed comfy.

The bathrooms (shower) are dirty and the breakfast is not good since they changed staff.

None of the promised amenities were there. Pool closed and used for storage, wifi unusable, free breakfast empty every day. Place is a flop house with long term residents. Worst hotel I have ever been in. I bought my own sheets and bedding and covered the chairs which were dirty. Do NOT bring small children here. Only reason I stayed was because of the no refunds policy.

Always a good stay, usually they have towels by the pool but this time they didn’t that’s the only thing I can say that was wrong with our stay otherwise it was perfect!

So I just needed a place to stay for a night and quickly booked through Expedia. Expedia had preset dates that I overlooked. They made me book twice and refused to give me my money back for the night not needed. F this place.
