The facility itself was good, but the service was disappointing. Very disappointing stay. There was no cleaning at all during most of my stay, and there was no shower gel provided in the room. I asked the staff for room cleaning, and they said it would be done, but nothing happened. The room was cleaned for the first time only on my last day. This level of service is not acceptable.

I stayed here for two night, while we were tying uo lose ends for an out of state move. I had my daughter and my service dog. They have a small dog area that was perfect to take my dog outside to do his business, complete with bags to pick up after him. It’s surrounded by at least 4-6 huge palm trees which give good energy. The front desk ladies were sweet and helpful since I booked one night through Expedia and had to add another night after. They put us on the bottom floor and end next to the door to the outside which was great to access my car and the outside for my dog. We door dashed because I didn’t realize they had a restaurant. Menu looked good. I’d stay here again when in town. Parking was easy. Breakfast was ok, better than some and not as good as other places I’ve stayed. Coffee bar was ok, my daughter didn’t like the coffee. She’s used to an espresso machine lol.

After staying for 3 days, we never received housekeeping services which is unacceptable. Also there were lightbulbs that were out and never replaced. I requested towels since housekeeping wasn’t offered and I had to go to the front desk to retrieve them. At $250 per night this is unacceptable . Management made every excuse in the book for the poor experience. Reconsidering other options in that area when traveling monthly to SoCal.

I was traveling from the east coast with my elderly mother who requires handicapped accessibility. We had originally booked our stay at another hotel. Upon arrival at that hotel, we learned that our accommodations were not as requested…in fact, no room was. It was late and we had no choice but to stay for the night, but I was determined to find a different hotel for the rest of our stay. I booked an available room at the Residence Inn and then immediately called and spoke with Andrea, who saved the day! She was patient with my questions and assured me the hotel could meet our needs. She coordinated with others on staff to make sure a room close to the elevator with an early morning check out would be cleaned and available to us before the regular 4:00 check in (since we had to be out of the other hotel by 11:00.) The rest of our stay was extraordinarily comfortable and easy for my mom. Everyone on staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Bartendler was friendly and helpful. Told us about places where we could see live music in downtown Fullerton!

I was so happy with this stay. The property was so clean, our room was beautiful and spacious, parking was plentiful and the breakfast had great options. All of the staff were extremely helpful and we are already planning our next stay!

It was great the only complaint I have is that I wanted my room cleaned the next day and I called the front desk and they said they need 24 hour notice. That’s literally at check in so at check in they should have told me that. I like a clean bathroom daily. Other than that it was a nice place to stay, loved the breakfast and the best location. Clean rooms daily like hotels did before Covid. It’s why I go to a hotel for the services otherwise I could get an Airbnb

Love the breakfast! Clean room. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was fine.

Accommodations were quite comfortable and the Kitchenette was a true blessing. It was really a quick trip to visit a relative who had been in a serious accident, still hospitalized so it wasn’t a fun trip by any means. The coffee maker wasn’t what I expected. 1 cup at a time isn’t acceptable.

Clean room, parking was easy, staff was friendly and polite.

The Staff charged me $440 dollars at check in instead of $40 for the incidental hold on my card. They apologized, but the damage was already done. They canceled the charge, but I still won't be able to access that money for 5-10 business days. This sorta threw a wrench in my weekend plans being 440 dollars short for my birthday. There wasn't any compensation for the mix up. The room itself was great and clean but this was a super frustrating experience.

The staff were very friendly, rooms were very clean and breakfast was great.

We especially love the layout of the rooms … the kitchen and two-bed setup make it perfect and comfortable for our stays. The complimentary breakfast is a great bonus and always appreciated. Staff has always been available and helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable place to sta… we’ll definitely keep coming back!

Nice hotel. Comfy. I wish it had stronger water pressure though.
