Great room!! Awesome price!! Our go to hotel!

Real clean just left over toilet paper roll in the trash and a random roach. Staff checked me in quick and the AC blows ice cold. Bed super comfortable worth the price.

Room was very nice. Check in was uneventful. Convenient location.

When we checked in, they refused to split the bill between 2 of us because he didn’t want to pay another fee. I had asked for a first floor room because of my COPD, but they gave us a 2nd floor one. Our first room had hair on the sheets, and when we lifted the bottom sheet, there were crumbled leaves on the mattress pad. They didn’t give us enough towels and we had to chase someone down to get some. I absolutely would not stay there again.

The freezer in my mini-fridge had months of frozen ice! You know they make freezer that DON'T produce built-up ice; it is 2026 after all! I was placed on the second floor right by Brea Blvd and the room had NO sound proof glass --- you got to put some in PLEASE! Thought I was at the INDY 500! This place has potential, but if the people who work there don't put in the work . . .this place will steadily go downhill. Also, put in some curtains, those blinds are broken and useless, at least the cloth will help cut down on the noise of the major roadway! I may try this place again in a year or two; hopefully they get new management or attempt to make basic upgrades to the slowly fading facility! #JUSTSAYIN

The price was too high for the motel is. The bedsheets were too old and the the towels were old and wear out. I had to ask for extra towels. When I asked the lady her actitud was not pleasant to me.

Definitely did not reflect the ratings we read before booking. Less than are bare bones: no cups for coffee(or heating water), no hairdryer, no iron or ironing board, no hangers for clothing, only one chair in a king-size room, towels were extremely thin and the water pressure was minimal. Would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

An upgrade to this equipment would definitely improve the overall comfort. Other than that, everything was great.

I did not like that apon arriving we rang the bell three times before someone came then walking in I checked out the bed and there was some tan stuff on the sheets there were only two towels and two hand towels and they told us no visitors were allowed and there were junk cars on the property like someone was working on them then when we went to check out no one came to the window so we couldn't get a receipt I hope we get out refund back we only stayed do to an emergency and we couldn't cancel because they would still charge us the water pressure was so slow they need a plumber I would not recommend this hotel to anyone poor service also for the amount a person pays we even had to pay for ice although it really wasn't much but when a person travels 1000 miles they except more for there money and much better service

It had a great pool and hot tub area. The rooms all face a central Square, where the pool and hot tub bar are. It is spruced up with a lot of greenery. There’s a bar that stays open relatively late just next to the lobby a great property and good value.

The second and last night we were there i think it was the same guy, he was blasting Indian music outside the parking lot and dancing around in the lot we called the office 3 times to complain and nobody answered. We had to be up at 3 a.m for our flight ans it was already 11 pm eventually we got ao fed up we called the police. Not sure how the owner didn't hear it or why he didn't answer our calls. The ruckus was loud enough both times and close enough to the office for him to hear.

It is a small size and cozy motel. There are less than 30 rooms. Clean and spacious room, nice office chair and desk. Front desk staff is considerate. Close to Brea downtown which has multiple shopping, dinning and entertainment choices.

They didn't provide Kleenex, a clock, or lotion in the rooms. However, they did have adequate parking although the driveway was narrow and hard to squeeze by large trucks that were parked. Also, you could hear the traffic noise while trying to sleep. For light sleepers like me, it was a problem. I did ask for a room all the way in the back, but they stuck me in the middle.

It’s perfect for what it says it is - easy to access, comfortable and clean motel in a great location yet not too noisy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. No gross carpets - all is simple and laminated, easy to be cleaned not just “pretend clean.”

The room smelled like old cigarette smoke, mold in the shower, no stopper in the sink. I wanted to get my $ back but had already checked in. I couldn’t stay there it was so bad. Ended up having to get another hotel.

I left the Tucson Anaheim area for a cheaper hotel room on a Saturday night. This room is just over a hundred bucks and it was in a very nice neighborhood next to downtown Brea. For Saturday night I think it's a good value for the area.

It took 20 minutes for someone to come check me in as she was on her cell phone talking in the back. The beds are horrible. Pillows were so bad. Towels had big holes in them, no hair dryer, no iron. Will never stay here again.

Bed was comfortable, bedding was crisp and clean. Only two pillows but both were sufficiently plump for a good night's rest. Shower was clean and water ran hot right away. This is a quiet, simple little place. We needed a place to stay for the night and for the price this couldn’t get any better. It’s not super extravagant, but it got the job done. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Be warned - rooms were filthy. See photos. Had my team booked to stay several nights. All of them reported some issue with the room upon check-in. One had debris (dirt? grass?) in the shower. One had hair on the bed, mold in the fridge, and filthy blinds. Another had what it looks like black mold on the bathroom door. Call with the manager to request a refund for cancellation of the rest of the stay went nowhere. You get what you pay for!

She was very professional and went out of her way to take care of me. I will definitely go back and refer her to my friends and family.

This property has roaches crawling in the room, around the bed frame, in the bathroom. I was attending a funeral and this is why I stayed at that facility.

Heater /AC is super loud. Electrical buzzing in room. If you need total silence to sleep you won’t get it here

This is a no frills motel (No hair dryer, no luggage rack, no hangers). It was clean enough (found random hair and drains had bad smell). It did have a mini fridge, microwave, tv and working A/C albet on the noisy side. However the bed was comfortable and the price was right for a 1 night stay, would stay again.

My wife and I got the hot tube room for our anniversary. The tube was nice but that was about all. The room was dirty, the sink was plugged and leaked and it looked like a leak in the ceiling had been patched but had dark spots which I can only assume was mold.

The room was clean and recently updated. However, my children were not comfortable staying there. If we left the blinds open, people walking by could see in our room and there is bulletproof glass at the check-in window. We only left our luggage there for a few hours because we decided to go to a hotel where we felt safer, they would not refund our money. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children.

Room was very dirty and stinky. Smelled like dirty dogs and it was supposed to be a none smoking properly but it smelled like cigarettes. All towels had yellow and light brown stains on them very disgusting. The fresh towels the next day were the same. I think this place is used as a flop house.

The towels, not one but all had several yellow stains on them. Also the pillowcases. Replacements were the same. I had to go out and buy my own towel, pillow and pillowcase. The baseboards, and shower could use a deep cleaning also.

This is a good basic motel. Clean room with a comfortable bed and well lit/safe parking. We have stayed here several times when visiting our son in college. The price is very affordable compared to other places. The room could use fresh paint and some minor updates but overall is perfect for what we needed. I would suggest bringing pillows and toiletries. There is a microwave and mini fridge but no hair dryer. There is no elevator so if you have a hard time walking up stairs you should ask for a downstairs room. So glad we found this place.

Twice I had to ask for towels. The cleaning crew came the 2nd day, then again on the 4th day but only made one bed and left no towels. The place was clean and a very good price.

The desk said they will ask others to be quiet. Nothing changed, the moaning continued. Clearly, this place isn’t good for normal people looking for a temporary resting spot for a night or two. BE CAREFUL BRINGING CHILDREN HERE.

The basic necessities, clean and convenient location to surrounding amenities. We stayed there for a CSUF women's soccer game. Near Titan stadium. safe too. Bring your own hangars to hang clothes in room.

The small size property has convenient guest laundry on the site, room is clean, close to high way and downtown, walkable to downtown area. Within 15 min drive to Disneyland and Knott Berry Farm.

The sheets were stained and there was Hair in them we had to buy our own towels because they were stained and looked dirty was very dirty floor needs to new sheets towels bedding and need to mop the rooms better use bleach !!

It was great, it was a good spot to stay at, not to much drama or any sort of things like that, the room was clean, had a refrigerator, a microwave, ac/ heater, nice looking TV, the bathroom area was actually pretty big, which I'm surprised because there usually not that big which is not a bad thing, only complaint was for a tall/ hefty guy like me the bed was on the lower side I prefer them a couple feet taller but it was still comfortable plus for the price and the amount of space it has or how peaceful it was there, plus its super close to restaurants and the cleaning lady's are super nice and really hard working, and the lady at the front desk very nice and very helpful, thank you for making this a good experience for me, I will be back.💯👍

Room was clean and we felt safe. There was a microwave, refrigerator, and WiFi. The heating and air conditioning was not modern enough to shut off when not needed; so we had to listen to it running all night (until we shut it off). There was no carpet on the floors and no blanket on the bed.

The room was nice and clean, and the check-in staff was helpful. The only issue we had was that there wasn't a towel rack/shelf in the bathroom nor any shelf surface in the shower. I had to put my toiletries on the shower floor and my towel was hanging outside across from the bathroom door. I don't like setting my clothes or towel on the toilet lid. I've never been in a motel that didn't have a towel rack in the bathroom which is the only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars.

I saw 2 bugs in the room, a roach ran under the tv the night I checked in, and there was a cricket in the bathroom in the morning. I told the person I checked out with about both issues and he really didn't seem to listen or care. Gross place and I didn't sleep well.

The Recency Motel in Brea is a very clean a great Motel. The King room is very spacious and well-furnished for a much comfortable stay. Bayvo does an amazing job during checking-in. Overall, pretty decent. Was a place to rest when we needed it. It was strange though that there were no hangers in a closet that needed hangers. Otherwise, it was exactly what was needed when visiting Brea.

For the price that we paid I don't feel like it was worth the money. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the pillows feel like napkins under your head. I probably only got an hour of sleep not only because of the uncomfortable bed but because the A/C in my room was so loud!!

Easy Check-In/Out. Ample parking spaces and safe area. Newly renovated, basic but clean, spacious quiet room. Comfy bedding, dark enough room for sleeping. Comes with microwave & fridge. TV with sufficient channels. Basic toiletries with no hair dryer in the room. Good room pricing with member's discount offered at the time of booking. Will be back if in the area again.

It’s a clean hotel. We didnt have a ironing board or iron but the manger got us one quickly.

This was supposed to be our place to lay our head, but it was surprisingly nice. There was a bit of a cleaner smell but we aired it out. I love that it was quiet, plenty of parking. The BIG bonus was the microwave, which none of the other hotels we stayed during our trip had! I have reason to stay at Fullerton often, and I’m going to always stay here.

We came for a wedding, they left us check in early. Very friendly and helpful staff. We definitely will use again when we go to Disneyland!

The room wasn’t as clean as it should be. I was able to see two different rooms, because the first room the A/C smelled as though someone had urinated in the A/C vents. When we went to the “new” room. It had the same issue. The areas where hands touch surfaces like the door, and light switches were dirty. If you stay at this motel bring Cleaning Wipes, and or cleaning products. You’ll need them. Also bring your own pillows
