Very convenient for this particular trip for a local funeral service.

It’s a clean hotel, a little outdated. Walls are paper thin. Im not exaggerating. You can hear EVERYTHING your next door neighbors are doing. Literally. IT was not pleasant to hear. Entrance door to the room had gaps on the top and under door seemed unsafe.

My room was incredible. Spacious, very clean, and amazing kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were soft and fluffy. The room, as well as the grounds, were extremely quiet. I did not eat breakfast. The evening food was very nice, and I enjoyed my glass of wine very much. This was my first experience with Chase Suites, but it will not be my last! Thank you for a lovely 4 day vacation 😘

This is really nice unit to rent if you have kids close to restaurants home like feel

Room was clean and spacious. However soap and shampoo dispenser were both empty (discovered when in the shower). Also sink outside bathroom was draining very slowly. We discovered this after the first day but didn’t report until checkout as hubby was not feeling well and we didn’t want housekeeping in the room during our stay. Did not get to have breakfast as they stopped serving at 9am. Overall we would stay here again due to cleanliness and location.

Rooms are large and kitchen is fully supplied with cups, plates, utensils, and pots/pans.

The only issue I have is the parking lot is too small not enough room for all the cars.

I don’t recommend this place there’s no parking and they still charge you extra for parking they charge you extra for deposit they will take a week just to send your deposit unprofessional staff don’t come here

The rooms were clean and comfortable The lack of explanation of the details of reimbursement of the refundable security charge - the reimbursement takes 5 business days to clear back into your account, yet never explained up front. The company doesn't want to spend an extra couple of dollars to facilitate an immediate clearance of funds, effectively saying that your patronage is less important than their profit margins. The same greedy hotel-franchise behaviour is observed with the absence of complimentary bottled water in the rooms, instead plastering $7 price tags on the bottled water in the rooms. Paid internet was no different than free internet, both being poor in terms of speed and connectivity. Very distasteful experience for international guests. I'd be embarrassed to recommend this place to any of my international colleagues.

Nice hotel, with good breakfast and super helpful staff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was clean and spacious.

Hotel and staff were great there was a travel ball team there made parking a bit of a walk but overall was great clean safe place to stay parking was $5 a night and breakfast was good room was clean pool was clean the maintenance guy also cleaned the bbq and pool every day we were there before the pool area opened I would definitely recommend this hotel we also asked for more extra on top of a well supplied room towels blankets sheets pillows and they provided us with everything we asked for without any hesitation and delivered it to the room

I was apprehensive because it’s an older hotel but it was super clean! Kudos to their staff for keeping it in such prestige condition. It could easily be rundown and it was very well maintained! The rooms are super spacious as well. The front desk agent with red hair, Faith maybe (sorry I forgot her name), went above and beyond to accommodate our girls for prom. It’s a 3 star motel/apartment hotel style that is impeccably maintained. I had a great nights sleep! My only negative was that I could hear the neighbors every word. I put on a noise app and was fine. If it became a problem I could have moved to the living room. It was OK for me. It could jjst be that particular room. It might be an issue for some. There is a living room I could have move to if it was an issue. Neighbors were respectful though.

Shower supplies, Conditioner, Body wash were completely empty. The 1 time I didn't bring my own supplies with me. Had to get it from my Son's next door. They only brought shampoo. Which was full.

I don’t believe the floors were mopped at all. I didn’t wear shoes in the room and instead bought a clean pair of slippers to use indoors. By the time I left, the bottoms of my slippers were completely dusty. Because of the dirty floors and lack of properly refilled amenities, I can only give this stay an average rating

The kitchen menu was varied and fresh and so very clean and inviting. Also, our room was beyond spotless at check in! The staff was so friendly and professional. As a couple who were displaced because of a home termite tent, we really appreciated the extra touch of the warm chocolate chip cookies.

Clean big rooms. Silverware could use a little update. Shower head could also use updating. Other than that, super comfortable, large room. Every store you could need is a short 5 min drive away. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good

If you are on leisure travels, look elsewhere. I usually stay at larger chain hotels, however i needed two bedroom setup for this trip. Not as clean as expected. The worst issue was: 1. The hotel seems to be the housing setup for construction crews. NOISY NOISY LOUD LOUD. Obnoxious car boom box playing in the parking lot. Better property management is definitely needed.

Just a bit dark in the bedroom area while looking for items in my suitcase, and not really the best for hair styling because that dark area was the backdrop to the vanity where hair styling happens.

Breakfast was great

It’s nice and quiet, well kept up and the staff is very nice. Stayed for a week and don’t really have anything bad to say. Not much to say, one dryer didn’t work while we were there but that’s about it.

The room was big and clean with a big king bed and was comfortable sleeping for me, my husband, and our toddler. Saturday night, it was almost impossible to park. The parking lot was full. The breakfast has very limited options and could be a little bit more variety.

it was a clean suite. i loved the size of the kitchen and that i could close the doors to the sleeping area so the living and kitchen area could be it own space. reception was friendly. the one drawback is something that can't be changed: i was unable to park right in front of the room. but other than that, it was enjoyable.

The room was clean,but our coffee maker did not work and the toilet was malfunctioning. The room was a bit smelly upon entering but it was a pet friendly room which, to some extent, is to be expected. My three requests for a first floor was ignored, and help to move out was not possible. I am a 70 old with two bad knees and a stroke...and a car full of luggage that needed to be carried up and down the stairs. This caused me severe issues both on arrival and departing.

But yeah, the place is clean, quiet, and roomy. The beds are so-so, kind of firm, not great, but not bad either.

Very accommodating. Great room with separate sleeping quarters and a full kitchen. Staff was very friendly and ready to help with any accomodations. Parking was always available with easy access from the parking lot to the room.

One thing I did not like is that all the room light switches have night lights in them. Considering how many switches there are, the room is fairly well lit. This didn't bother me much but I know some people like complete darkness and that is not possible.

WiFi didn’t work. Hotel says they don’t own the service so then pawn you off to some offsite third party who doesn’t even know where you are. Then the shower didn’t work. No hot shower and a movie to relax to after a long travel day. Very disappointed with hotel’s response or lack thereof.

The second was that one of the bathroom spigots seemed to turn colder on its own as the shower prolonged, much to one of our family member’s irritation. And the last was that we wished there was a dedicated beauty mirror for easier makeup application. As you can see, these are fairly minor critiques in nature, and it shouldn't dissuade someone from potentially avoiding this gem. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent, safe and quiet; it was right across the street from Whole Foods. There is plenty of parking close to your suite which I liked. The room we had was big, with three TV's that we never turned on, and the rooms were very clean. The staff at the front counter were super nice and took care of the little things that we needed; I washed clothes a few times and the washer/dryers were good. The breakfast I thought was excellent too! Some people may disagree, because it is basic items; eggs, potato's, sausage or bacon but we had little kids, and they loved making the waffles...They also had plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, milk and different breads to choose from. The one lady that managed the breakfast was always out there making sure there was plenty of food and it was hot and tasty...It did not matter whether we got there at 6:45am or 8:50am (right before it closed), she had everything stocked and fresh. I liked the fact that I would show up on occasion a few minutes before the breakfast bar opened and she had the fresh coffee ready, so I did not have to make it in my room! Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she does a great job and with the price of food, that breakfast saved us about $120 per day minimum.

This location is convenient for our orange county trip. The property is clean and the suites have many comfortable amenities that we enjoyed. We did not expect to have access to a lovely kitchen, complete with utensils, plates and glassware. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would love to come back, the next time we visit the area!

The breakfast was great the rooms were clean with a kitchen that had a full set up complete dishes staff was awesome the social hour was cool where they gave you 2 free beers or glasses of wine we will be back next time when we are in the area

We like this property and the rooms are nicely laid out. The only 2 issues are the parking (not enough of it close to our room) and the shower in room 125. The shower head didn't spray right. I tried all the settings. The bathtub drain is extremely slow draining. The water was ankle deep during my shower and took over 30 minutes to completely drain.

Everything was so clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly this will be our new go to place to stay. The breakfast was really good surprising!for a hotel stay.

Good one for business trip

Room was amazing! There were 2 separate bedrooms and a full kitchen (which I didn’t realize I was getting). The breakfast was amazing. Hot eggs, bacon, and potatoes! My family was so happy and it felt like a great deal when you consider the 2 bedrooms and the full breakfast.

Very nice suites. Almost like little apartments. Every accommodation you can think of in the units available. Full size fridge, oven, dishwasher, silverware, flatware, utensils. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed at Chase Suites. This time we had a 2 bedroom suite and brought our 95 year old Dad back to California to see family and friends. We couldn't have had better (especially for the price). We also had to bring our small dog. We were expecting the free breakfast to be packaged sweet rolls but were so happy with the homemade eggs, sausage, pancakes, tater tots, hash browns (not all on the same day). Thank you, Chase Suites. We will be back.

They also have a nice breakfast buffet and a small swimming pool.

The only thing was that the tv was a bit slow. Other than that, everything was amazing! I would definitely come back again!

The suite was clean and comfortable. Although the amenities did not include streaming, there was WiFi for devices. The refrigerator was not operating well and there was an issue with the fire alarm in the suite but the staff was quick to respond and very friendly. The pool and hot tub was super clean to use. Was very impressed with the pool area!

This was a very nice and comfortable stay! I really appreciated the kindness of the staff and how welcoming the receptionist was. The rooms were pretty large and comfortable for a reasonable price. There was also always parking, conveniently placed near the room.

Chase Hotel is always a nice place to stay

This is a reallynice otel - the staff were very friendly, the rooms are huge, the bed was actually very comfy. Not a fan of the way the lighting works but that is a minor thing. The couch is really not comfortable though and I do wish there had been a chair of some sort for the livingroom. I would plan to stay here any time I am int he area.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good and included which was very convenient. The pool area is small but nice. There were a lot of very loud guests and that impacted my stay. I think because there are no staff on throughout the night people were not following the rules of quiet time.

It was okay, a bit of a weird smell, and toilet was super low to ground, didn't work great. But the suite was spacious and had 2 different areas, which is nice. Fully stocked kitchen was nice. Looks nice as well

This hotel was a huge blessing from our previous hotel we had to abandon and are traumatized from. Lovely staff, almost cried in Melissa’s arms when I was checking in my family. She was so nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and the pool was clean and safe. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Breakfast and the social hour was amazing too!

The room was spacious and very nice! It was very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We had a service dog. Plenty of places to take a walk with her. The maids were a little over zealous. They were knocking on our door at 8:30. Little too soon. Called the front and they took care of it. This was our second time staying there.

Mix of business, school and Family groups who seem to stay close for Brea business and Disney proximity.

Honestly amazing stay! We extended it because we just didn’t want to leave yet! The staff was so nice and accomadating, the room was so clean and spacious! 10/10 will definitely be staying again!

This day was very very nice! The pool was very clean and very inviting. The continental breakfast in the morning we were a little late for, but the staff there still was able to accommodate some breakfast for us. They were so kind about it and wonderful. The property is very, very nice.! We will definitely be going back for another stay!

Hotel front desk staff great, the room either had mold or animal dander in there, the carpet was ripped, the front door had an inch and half gap anyone could open the door, there was a pile a bugs by the front door. We checkout the same day as we checked in.

Breakfast was ok. Customer service was ok. Pool looked dirty but I did see it cleaned daily.

Very comfortable and quiet. Cheerful staff. My only complaint (and it's minor) is the in-room coffee. It's very poor quality and not much of it. Yes, there is coffee in the clubhouse, but that's not a whole lot better. The breakfast is very nice, though. All in all, we'll definitely stay here again

This was our second time staying here. We were able to use the pool and spa one day and enjoyed ourselves. The one thing I was disappointed about, was that there was no cut up fruit or bacon available in the 5 days we were there, although the breakfast was still very good. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at the Chase Suite Hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were spacious with a kitchen and 1 bedroom. Excellent complementary hot breakfast. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. My only complaint was our room was on the street side (Imperial Highway) and it was very noisy.

It was so nice to stay in a spacious room for a reasonable price!

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet, friendly, and charming!! The only downside is there is no elevator to the second floors. We would be unable to stay had they not accommodated us with a downstairs room. We will stay again!

Enjoy our stay and how quickly I was able to book it the same after having a bad experience with my original hotel that I had book ahead of time. Lovely how nice the young man took care of even apologizing for the situation I experienced with the other hotel. I will stay here again with my family and pets.

We had a comfortable weeklong stay during a renovation of our home. We enjoyed the spacious, storage, cable TV options, ease of requesting housekeeping services, breakfast offering, convenient parking, and nearby shopping and dining. It was very walkable to nice restaurants across the street. One thing I would recommend is to have the living room sofa cleaned. There are some odors in the sofa that if removed would make lounging on the sofa and watching TV in the living room much more enjoyable.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The property is old and can use some updates inside the rooms, however, they keep it clean as they can. We had a little yorkie with us and just out front our front door was a nice little grass courtyard

Fantastic place to stay, especially if you’re staying for more than a few days. The rooms are very clean and I love having a full kitchen, including a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee pot and cupboards filled with plates, cups, cooking pots and all the utensils. If there’s more than one of you, they have a great 2 bedroom set up. The staff was incredible and made our stay very pleasant. There’s also a pool, laundry room and you can bring your pets! Lots of places to walk them and they supply the bags in case your dog has to go when out on that walk. Overall, a great experience!
