Great breakfast and staff

Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Breakfast offered plenty of options and clean dining area. Kitchens were stocked with majority of the things we needed. Loved the 2 separate bedrooms. Carpet may need some refreshing and dining furniture in the hotel room may need some refreshing. If we visit again, I plan to make this my place of choice every time.

Staff was always super nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok with the selection being decent and have definitely had much worse! Rooms were very clean but could use updating. We have stayed at several Residence Inns due to having a large family and love the 2 bed 2 bath option. I am very picky about this, anThis was the cleanest one we have stayed at and the beds were really comfortable. Did not like paying for parking, and pool and restaurant were in hotel next door, but it worked ok.

The property was clean but it needs an update. We arrived after midnight. The young lady at the front desk named Sem (not sure of the spelling) was very helpful and unflappable even though my husband was being rather difficult after 24 hours of travel. She had already checked us in and helped take our begs to the room and also helped us get set up with the WiFi. Hotel management please be informed that we very much appreciate all the help from this young lady.

N/A Asian beetle infestation (alive bugs) and no response to correct when we notified the manager— multiple videos and photos. We were in the two bedroom suite and feel it was a disgusting experience with poor value for the $$ we paid for two nights. The bugs were crawling throughout our child’s room and amongst our personal / infant belongings. We removed them and they kept re-appearing.

The stay was ok, the room was big however you can tell the carpet is not vacuumed daily amongst other things noticed. Was disappointed when pool was closed and was told we had to walk to other hotel next door to swim. Staff however were pleasant.

Rooms need to be updated the carpet was dirty and very worn throughout the hotel. Stairway was very dirty. The breakfast had a great variety and they were monitoring and replenishing. Staff was friendly and efficient. Location was great for what activities we were doing.

Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect to give us our own privacy and quiet nights, with the rooms in good condition but some of it a little dated. Nice fireplace and having the kitchen was a bonus for the longer stay.
