Great place for my grandkids. I got there early and was able to get right onto my room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Big thanks to all!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, its a cleaned place and the Waterpark was amazing and cleaned. It was fun.

The only thing was I wished there was a hot tub.

Check in could have been better as we waited an hour to get our room since we showed up early. My middle child fell out of bed 2 times so a railing would be nice. The adult bed wasn’t very comfortable.

First thing I have to say was we didn't even stay the night, the people in the adjourned room were very loud and keep throw something at the door between our rooms. I don't know when our room was last vacuumed there was food crumbs on the floor and a whole orange on the floor between the wall and the pullout bed. And with how much you pay for rooms there you think they could find a better way of fixing the carpet down the hallways besides using Duct tape! The waterpark was fine at first, until a group of at least 8 teenage boys between 12-17 started horseplaying right in the center of the wave pool. I got hit in the arm at least they apologized but the lifeguard said nothing to them. I was not the only guest upset by their behavior, there was a gentlemen that made a comment when we had to push our way through the group of boys! This is the third time I have gone there and 2 out of 3 stays I left unhappy, and will not be going back. 3 strikes your out!!

Everyone had fun, wish was more clear on some closures of entrance to one slide. No real clear directions from staff. However once we knew they was using the exit for entrance no big deal.

Clean room but the bunk beds are too short and I am 5’7 “. They only had a little throw blanket on that bed also. If you have four adults in a room like we did two slept in the queen size bed and two of the adults had to sleep in the bunkbeds because the head of bed was horribly uncomfortable with springs sticking into your back. Very thin mattress. The number one priority in hotel, I think should be comfortable beds and multiple pillows and extra blankets rather than spending so much money on the looks of the property.
