Nice breakfast and good location. The room was not tidy. Took pictures of the mess as soon as I checked into the room and notified the front desk, showing them the pictures. The staff did apologize and instead of moving us to a different room she said she would credit us a free night but when saw her the next day she said that she only gave me five thousand points for future use. So her words and her action showed up different and she should've did exactly what she said. Disappointed because this was my mini vacation birthday trip. I still enjoyed myself. I wished these hotels realized we work hard and saved up to do these kinds of things and they should make it as comfortable as possible. Parking here is fifteen dollars per night too. That's sad.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the airport shuttle was convenient. We arrived early and were able to check in without any problems. I had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

We checked in very late and the front desk manager was so nice. We had an early flight and the morning staff was super nice! I would stay there again!

The front desk clerk was friendly & helpful with directions. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable & the shuttle runs 24 hours.

Well, I like to say they accommodated me I thought was nice because I had been in airports all day and I couldn’t get back home to chicago until the next morning so believe I arrived at the hotel around one, but couldn’t really do the reservation until 2 o’clock, but at the desk they were very helpful was able to accommodate so that was really great.

The staff was great. We had a couple small things that need fixing in our room. Nothing that needed to be done while we were occupying the room . Breakfast had great variety and that staff was always there to restock food and clean the tables. etc. We only wish parking didn't cost 15 dollars a day.

This is our third stay. It has become our go to place to stay when we are flying out of MSP. The Mall of America has lots of food dinning choices and is only a few minutes away
