MainStay Suites MSP Airport - Mall of America

The night of June 19th, when my flight got canceled in the late evening, the gentleman running the check in desk was so helpful. He assured me that everything would be alright, got me settled into my room quickly, and was so happy

Dingy property. Should have paid 20 more and stayed about anywhere else. For 1 night it wasn't worth looking for another hotel. Would not recommend

2: Room was somewhat less than clean; debris on the floor under the table, hair & dust etc behind the bathroom door. 3: What looked like a permanent stain on the hand towel. 4: Coffee maker was broken & took more than a day to get it replaced. 5: Almost constant running water sound-like from a toilet that's trying to refill. 6: A dirty, muddy stain on the floor by the bed. 7: The care tags on the bedding were up at the top-not at the bottom where they should be. I know that sounds picky but it speaks to the overall care that goes into the upkeep & maintenance of the rooms.

Picture are surely not reflecting the actual status of the Hotel.

The airport shuttle was good. Staff was very friendly. I left my medians they are holding it until I return.

The staff is always great. The room was very clean

Very close to airport. Outback Steakhouse is attached. Gym is good. Airport shuttle looks after multiple spots but it’s efficient. Walls in rooms aren’t super thick so you can hear other people coming and going.

The staff are so kind & friendly here. We have stayed here 3 times and will go back. Thank you.

The room was dirty

Superb

Room was fine but we ordered a king bed and got doubles. Room was a long walk away from the elevator. We had 4 large suitcases as we were leaving for 3 months.

Almost nothing. My room was sparse, down a long cluttered dark hall and noisy. The bed was small, the floor cold and dirty. There was not even a chair or anywhere to invite a friend to come wait while we got ready. It was just me… one person.

The room was dingy, dirty and not updated like the photos showed.

Found dirty used wash cloths still hanging from shower rod in bathroom. Hot water didnt last long in the shower. 1 of the beds was right up against the refrigerator and stove top area of room. Staff was not friendly and seemed liked they didnt care when i addressed these issues with them. Would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Disappointing

It was clean and the kitchen looked like it was set to get used.
