Rooms are definitely a little dated, but kept clean, and the desk help was very friendly. Breakfast was okay, but inconsistent--- there was a waffle maker, but not butter. It is a solid value for the money though, the airport shuttle is responsive and convenient, and the location is great.

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and availability of an airport shuttle, as I’m sure many people do. I scheduled my airport shuttle the night before my flight when I checked in and was told to be there 10 minutes early. I was, and the driver never showed up, leaving about a dozen of us without a ride and forcing us to pay for individual Ubers to make our flights on time.

Great staff have been staying here for a few weeks now quiet and great breakfast clean and kind staff and house keeping cares as well.

There were screws left on stairway by pool. The pool had slit of water everywhere so it was super slippery not very clean out there. Towels were not stocked in both rooms one one per room and another guest said the same thing in there room so this was three rooms stocked with one towel, we had to ask for them. Shower head wasn’t on we had to put it on. Wasn’t super clean but I have seen worse so it was better than other hotels. The staff were friendly. Had some strange smells. It was quiet in room which was a plus. Close to mall of America was nice. The one microwave had a foul smell like someone cooked fish in it. The was glass found on recreation area and the fire place in that area didn’t work.

The room had a weird smell so I had to get an air freshener. Was happy I got a room close to the elevator but was sad about the smell. The high ac air wouldn’t work only on low. The elevators had a worse smell like old smoke or cigarettes. The staff EXTREMELY nice and helpful. The parking area was nice the lobby was nice. Would stay again if the room didn’t smell.

Tv worked only if you unplugged and plugged back in and had to ask staff why tv wasn’t working. Was giving one towel and one wash rag. Front desk was nice. Breakfast was okay.

Rooms looked nothing like the photos online. Very outdated. Half assed cleaned rooms. There was hair on my sheets. Walls were dirty. The bathroom toilet clogged up and wouldn’t flush anymore, staff said maintenance wasn’t going to be there until noon. At the time it happened it was 9am. I told them that I had kids and that not being able to use the toilet wasn’t impossible. They didn’t offer any different alternative. I checked out early and was refunded for the remainder of my stay.

Room was clean, but they are renovating so things were a bit messy. Looking forward to seeing the results! Great price! Excellent fact that Outback Steakhouse was attached!!!! Loved it!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful. You can park your vehicle while you travel and they have 24 hour shuttle service.

The hotel is going through a renovated phase so I wouldn’t recommend it until that’s done with because you end up missing out on things like the pool.
