Best Western Bloomington Edina - Minneapolis

Good breakfast. Lots of small problems in our room. No drain stopper for the tub. Shower curtain rod broken. Bathroom door hard to pull open and shut. Room smelled damp.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Loud ...lots of hallway noise

Our room was very spacious and you could smell the cleanliness of it after immediately walking in. We loved the breakfast selection (specifically the sausage gravy with biscuits, the potatoes, and the flavor variety of bagels). The hot tub was very cloudy and appeared as though it needed to be treated. The smoking area needs to be further away from the main entrance.

Good breakfast & free parking was helpful.

Not much. No hot water in the sink. No hot water at all for a whole day, and couldn’t say when it will be back. I waited several hours, ruined my whole day and ended up moving out.

I was disappointed already with the state of the rooms. The furnitures had scratches, wear and tear. It’s not like it’s new. The bathroom is small. When I used the pool, the towels are not picked up, it was everywhere. I even helped out picked up towels. When you go to the front counter. There is no one there. It seems the staff are hiding inside an office. I am not sure but the hotel provides takes emergency housing from the community. This is the worst Best Western I’ve stayed at.

It was very clean Staff never changed the trash out or provided towels or toilet paper. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed, and it had to be held down to flush completely.
