The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is modern, clean, and in a perfect location to the event I was attending. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. Special thanks to the staff for being so attentive throughout our trip. Highly recommend!

There is no reason to charge $5. a night for parking. That's very cheap and not something a guest should have to pay. Also, at first I was put in a room on the second floor that looked like a prison cell. These rooms should be offered at a tremendous discount. I was claustrophobic just walking in there. I had to change the room immediately otherwise I would not have checked into the hotel. Hot water tastes like weak coffee water. People who drink tea, do not want the water to taste like coffee. No water in the room - absolutely no amenities. Refrigerator was not cold, had to constantly put ice in it to keep my things safe. Very average.
