Returning I was on hold for an hour til they answered the front desk phone to let them know I needed a shuttle to the hotel. I am now waiting.
-
No pool at the time of our visit. Was locked out of room and had to wait 20 plus minutes for someone to appear at the desk. Asked for help with TV which never happened
-
I was there for work and their WiFi was out. That was very disappointing and caused much unnecessary stress.

Overall a nice place for the price. Good location and clean.

Everything was excellent, clean, beautiful and very nice people I would’ve given. We just didn’t have a pool or a hot tub which was fine with me for us but because of that we got a very good rate and the breakfast were wonderful. The property of beautifully maintained and oh, and we did not have Wi-Fi fixed on the 10th floor, which we were able to use our hotspots on our phone so we were very pleased with it. It’s very conveniently located to everything.

Previously called LaQuinta inn. Breakfast is ok. No ketchup or hot sauce condiments packets for eggs. WiFi is spotty. Not enough shampoo and conditioner for more than one night if you have multiple people in one room. No shower mat for shower.we had to use one of the towels for it. Overall it was okay

My stay was awful the staff were rude and not helpful non of the amenities were available at the time of stay. I had multiple rooms and they messed that up. They wanted to argue about everything also tried to make me pay again after I told them I pre paid and they gave push back about that I was there for a funeral and couldn't find another hotel so I was forced to stay so I just had to suck it up but if given the chance I would not stay there again even upon checking out was awful when we finally got on the road I called to tell them my daughter left her iPad they were rude and going back and forth telling me there is no iPad there even after I told them the location is saying there and I live out of town. They stop answering the phone for me when I asked for a cooperate number I had to use my so many different phones to get an answer to which they said the same thing I literally had to send a family member who lives in that state up there and threaten to get the police involved then I got results the iPad was magically found the whole stay was horrible unknown homeless people sleeping in the lobby. Creepy man with a house arrest band on creeping on the floors most of the night, no working phone or internet even the pool was not in service

Great facility and awesome hot breakfast.

Nothing Amenities were not available for use. Pool and hot tub were not up and running. Even after telling us they would be open the next day or wasn't. Front desk was not cleared on the pools opening. The breakfast was not good. They served turkey bacon and had no potatoe option. 16 floors for rooms and a tiny sitting area for breakfast. People were all over the place trying to find a seat. By far the worst experience I've ever had.

The room was decent and clean but the lack of being told the pool wouldn’t be opened ruined the experience for everything that was positive The pool was closed while we were there. The front desk said it has been done for a while for repairs. If I would have known that I would not have booked there! So disappointed

Everything was quite good Breakfast should have more variety and HALAL option The evening stuff kind a unresponsive

Staff was very nice. Rooms were okay, but the bed was uncomfortable, air conditioning barely worked, one of the tvs didn't work properly, there were little piles of white powdery stuff all down the hallway. Key cards for our 2nd room quit working twice, so had to go get new ones both times. Very low water pressure in the shower. Most of the furniture was very worn and outdated. Plenty of parking available.

Worst experience staying at this location. Since the name changed after booking with Expedia, they couldn’t find my reservation and wanted me to cancel my package deal and rebook with them directly and pay for six nights out of pocket while waiting for a refund in 10 business days. Not feasible. After Expedia was able to get me rebooked we saw signage that the pool and jacuzzi were closed for 2 weeks. We had already noticed outside that the handicap parking was blocked off so we had to park farther away until they opened it up on the last night of our stay. On the second morning of our stay we were awakened at 7 in the morning by a young man shampooing the carpet outside of ONLY our room, driving the machine side to side in front of our door. After I had opened the door to see what was going on and re-closed it, he proceeded to start driving it directly into our door! We left the room and came back after 1am in the morning to find a large, loud fan right in front of our door. I unplugged it because I would not have been able to sleep. I placed the cord directly on the floor where it remained untouched for the next 3 days, which means it would have interrupted my sleep the entire time if I hadn’t touched it. Also that means no one from housekeeping apparently visited our floor the entire time. The free breakfast was a joke with a mystery meat product and a waffle. The room was also very outdated and unkept but that was the least of my problems. I would never stay here again.

This is my favorite hotel. I've noticed how much cleaner it is, since new people took over. Love the value, doesn't break the bank. The breakfast started getting cleaned up and things put away before 9am. We didn't get down for breakfast til 830 but I thought they could have waited til 9.
