My family and I enjoyed the location of this hotel; it’s located near the Mall of America and not far from downtown. The room was also exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff was kind and gave us extra sheets for the sofa bed. My family also loved the breakfast, which was phenomenal! In fact, between the four of us, we have agreed that it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Definitely recommended!

If you have a big family looking for good hospitality, pleasant people, and a good time. Book this hotel it's nice and clean! The staff great and always greeting the guest. I will be booking again! Free laundry and free breakfast you cannot beat that!

Loved this set up for our family; it offered many sleeping arrangements for the various events that were going on that weekend! Also, full kitchen and dining ware were so helpful.

The breakfast was very good. Several options, the quality of food was very good, the serving area was clean and tended to. The room and bed were comfortable and the living room was spacious. The outside lounging area was quite nice, with comfortable seating and lovely flowers. The room was very clean! Also, this might have been the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in! The ease of maneuvering the luggage cart into and out of the hallways and especially the elevator was quite difficult. The bathtub was slick; my Dad nearly slipped and fell, as did I. We reported this to the front desk.

The breakfast was very meh but everything else was good. The waffles and fruit were a hit with my children. Laundry service was free (bring or buy your own detergent), the room was clean and housekeeping came by as well (we didn’t need them). The pool and hot tub were wonderful, people were grilling outdoors, the place was clean. We’d definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room were all nice. The guest laundry was a bonus! The breakfast options were standard but included many choices, with eggs or omelettes included each morning.

The pool and hot tub were awesome and the kids had so much fun there! We also loved that the staff checked in via text to see how our stay was going and offered to assist with any needs that had come up.

Our stay was wonderful. I liked having a separate sitting room and kitchen from the bedroom. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.

Gentleman that checked us in went above and beyond for us. Also the weekend front desk lady was phenomenal. Breakfast was fully stocked and really liked that Breakfast stayed open later on weekends. The location of the property was great for us. N/A
