Fantastic hotel and service. Loved the location too and bike rentals.

This is a fabulous hotel! Conveniently located near the square with all of its restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. Very attentive staff. Rooms are very clean. It's a recently opened new hotel.

Bathroom was large but no storage for toiletries and shower too small.

It is located directly on the Square. Incredibly convenient. They have a mountain bike rental guide on the property. Everything was first class.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was so kind and helpful, they made us feel like at home from the time they greeted us, we had been driving for a while. They kindly let us checked in while they parked our car and they brought all our luggage to our rooms while we took care of our 4 year old daughter who was eager to get to her room to rest and play. We will be back! We loved Bentonville. Thank you!!

My only critiques: disappointed how long it took to get hot water in the shower, and it felt like some of the technology in the room was too complex and over engineered.

Great, new hotel. Perfect location in downtown Bentonville with free parking and easy walking access to the square. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

No pool. Balconies are a little janky. Small qnd not private. I didn't like that the hotel doesn't providefree bottled water like all of the Marriotts do. It's different when you have to get it out of the wall. Don't like that there's no breakfast included. I mean it is a Walmart town after all. Value value value. It just felt like a warehouse

No pool. The lobby feels cold. It's neat but not comfy. Desk is strange. Rooms aren't clearly marked on the second floor because it feels like your about to set off a fire alarm. No pool. Balconies are a little janky. Small qnd not private. I didn't like that the hotel doesn't providefree bottled water like all of the Marriotts do. Great Hotel, walking distance to all attractions. Super Helpful staff. Highly Recommend.

The staff is composed of professionals with great people skills. Checking in, the front desk staff fixed a problem in our reservation easily. Checking in and getting our car valet parked was effortless. The room was well laid out with a long bench seat along the window with pillows. The bathroom was big with a roomy shower. The bed was comfy. We were surprised that the bed was turned down when we returned from dinner. The location is great, as you can explore the square or walk to the Crystal Bridges art museum and it's indoor and outdoor art. It was the priciest hotel on our road trip, but it was a nice treat.

Fabulous location for vibrant historical center, farmers market on Saturday and access to the bike trails.
