The Victoria B & B

We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. This is a great place to stay and the owners were wonderful hosts. Thank you!

The location is perfect for walking a few blocks to the square, where there’s lots of fun restaurants, shops and a farmer’s market on Saturday mornings. We also walked the trail to Crystal Bridges, which was lovely. The breakfast Sunday morning was delicious, and our room was very nice. You can tell the owners pay attention to detail and care for their guests. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful property, location, and service! It is a worthwhile alternative to a hotel stay. It is a beautiful property, impeccably maintained, extremely clean, and shows great attention to detail. One of a dwindling number of true bed and breakfasts, it delivers wonderful service in both food and lodging. You will not be disappointed!

I loved The Victoria. The location was ideal - walkable to the square and Crystal Bridges. It's right next to the trail system in Bentonville. My room was very comfortable with all the need amenities. The breakfasts were delicious and made to order. The owners couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming.

This was a very charming place to stay. The owner was very attentive. The breakfast was excellent. We will go there again.

My husband booked us the Royal Suite while on a short, overnight visit to the area and we were both pleased with our stay. My only complaint is that we didn’t have time to stay longer! Very clean, private entrance to the Royal Suite room from the outside rather than going through the house, the common areas are lovely and comfortable, and our hostess and host were both charming and pleasantly professional.

Michael and Joanna were amazing hosts and the food was fantastic! We felt right at home and so comfortable being there, we were more like family than guests, yet able to maintain our privacy as well! We will definitely be back!!

The location near Crystal Bridges is the best reason to book this hotel. It's a very nice 15-18 minute walk along nature trail to the museum. The owners take Saturday off, so no breakfast that morning, which seemed a little strange. (We got a discount for that and the breakfast at Table Mesa few blocks away was terrific.) The furniture is gigantic. The lighting is dim.

The craftsmanship of the house was absolutely amazing and very beautiful. You can tell the moment you pull up to the house that the owners care about the history of the home! Every accommodation for comfort and care we're made during my stay, from assurance that the room was to my liking and making sure that there would and wouldn't be things I would need for breakfast. The decor of the home was just astounding and very well taken care of. I only met the husband, Michael, during my visit but he was still so very sweet and friendly! He made sure my time was very comfortable and even helped me find a few local restaurants for dinner. Overall I would recommend this place highly to others, as well as come back myself in the future!

The property is beautiful and comfortable. It is very close to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges.We walked to both. Owners were great.

There’s no real fault with his property and the provider excellent great service super friendly can’t ask for more

Grand old home with wonderful rooms and amenities. Only two blocks from the downtown square area, many restaurants, bars, and shops allow you to leave your car parked in the provided off-street parking. Highly recommended!

The Victoria was absolutely wonderful albeit a bit pricey. The room was beautiful though which was fantastic. The only issue i had was with the parking. There isn't much space to park and during my stay they were fully booked so the limited parking space was rough. Most of the other guest didnt seem to know how to park and so the limited space was made worse by poor drivers. Had parking spots been outlined for people I think this issue could be resolved. Overall I think the stay was amazing if you're okay spending that much money for a room.

This bed & breakfast is beautiful enough on its own but when you add the people into it and their magical hospitality, it becomes its own “Narnia” inside.

The owner cleared up a small clerical problem immediately. The home is located just off the city square within easy walking distance of restaurants, shop and amenities. The Victoria is worth the price.

The staff were very friendly. It was quiet. I very much enjoyed the furnishings and Decour. The pool was nice. Very walkable.

The pool was clean and refreshing. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

The check in process was easy with a door code. The host left out snacks and beverages. The location is liberally a block away from the square & plaza and the art museum & trails.

This is a great location when visiting Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. Very closet to Main Street, yet quiet and peaceful. The verdant forest surrounds providing tranquility and peace.

The Victoria B&B was beautiful and comfortable and we were served a delicious breakfast each day at a time of our own choosing. But very best of all was the location. We could walk to the art museum, downtown Bentonville, and had direct access to the Compton Gardens and many hiking trails.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious. Wonderful bathroom. Comfortable bed. Not sure how eco friendly they are. No recycling bin. We left items on the counter. The one down for us was that we couldn’t connect our fire stick to the tv to watch our Britbox account. Not a huge deal. Instructions for tv streaming would have been appreciated. Love bentonville. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations.

It is a beautiful property in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Close to Chrystal Bridge Museum. We stayed 2 nights but would have enjoyed staying more. Host & Hostess were awesome and prepared a wonderful breakfast. Nice that they also had snacks, fruit, coffee and hot water for tea available all day along with chocolate. A

This B&B is absolutely lovely. Hosts are wonderful. I stayed in the Princess Diana room which was adorable. Location is on Main Street, but away from the city center and totally quiet.

Our stay was wonderful! The owners are very thoughtful and friendly! Breakfast was made to order and delicious. This charming house was close to shopping, restaurants, and our main destination, Crystal Bridges Museum! ~ Wish we could have stayed longer!

The home was beautiful and staff is friendly. A very different atmosphere than just staying at a hotel. Many beautiful rooms to choose from and enjoyed the most comfortable beds. There is always homemade cookies, scones or fruit available and the breakfast is 5 stars. The location is another plus, so many places within walking distance. Would recommend the Victoria to all my friends and family.

We carefully read various reviews prior, and were cautious about the high reviews by so many critics. But upon our arrival, and two night stay, all was as promised. I don't know when we return again to Bentonville, but there'e no doubt it will again be to stay at the Victoria B&B. Thank you, Joana & Michael. Five stars across the board!

Great location near downtown Bentonville. Room had a lot of character with lots of Victorian decorations. Bed was extremely comfortable. There was a giant shower and close to pool and hot tub in the back yard.

My wife and I stayed at the Victoria over Christmas week. Joana and Michael were so kind and accombinating we felt right at home. They served a fabulous breakfast every morning and we had such a good time talking and laughing. One of the highlights was meeting their new puppy Lilly. I recommend The Victoria over any other place in Bentonville.

The room and amenities were great! However, the check-in was practically self-service, without any staff available or present. The front door was locked upon our 4:00 pm arrival and it took sometime to figure out how to gain entry to the B&B.
