Clean room, we stayed for 3 nights, no room service unless requested (I think). Breakfast was the same every day. Parking was good. Safe and well lit

Smelled like pot. In need of maintenance: air conditioning, cracked and broken floor tiles. Single, slow elevator that was a hot box. Pest control needed (ants in room). Would not stay here again and would recommend others go elsewhere. Not sure why it's rated well, reviews could be fake?

Great location to Bentonville area, just one exit away. They stated that an outside bike wash station is in the works. Breakfast was above the normal mini muffins with cheese egg omelets, fruit and of course waffles. Pool and laundry available. Only one elevator may make it busy during peak times. Fridge(no Freezer section) and microwave in room. Parking on site.

The bar and restaurant were not open and that’s why I made reservations at that hotel. There was banging all night and it sounded like somebody was running up and down the hallway. Do not recommend

Our bathroom smelled like urine. We were on the first floor and our view was a bunch of nasty mini grills with trash all around them. The staff was sitting right out front of the main entrance smoking.

Breakfast was great! Location was excellent, convenient to many activities, attractions and routes of travel. There was a college track and field group at the hotel during our stay so things were a little noisy/loud.

We travel around for softball tournaments quite often and I am always looking for a clean, affforable places where we can rest well. Comfort Inn has been my “go-to” lately because we are always pleased with our stay without paying crazy prices. The Comfort Inn in Bentonville-Crystal Bridges has been my favorite so far!

The breakfast was very good compared to most with just waffles and muffins. Had nice cheese omlet and cute waffle minis with bacon and all the other regular items.

The air quality in our room was terrible. Couldn't breathe well enough to get a restful night's sleep, and we were in Bville to ride mountain bikes, so restorative sleep is a big deal. Kitchenette was filthy. Bed cleanliness questionable. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing to look forward to. Location was nice. Grateful for a place to stay, but will not stay again.

This Comfort Inn is an older building but they do a nice job of cleaning and keeping it up to standard. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

No coffee or 1/2 n 1/2 in breakfast room. Only coffee in lobby that was coffee concentrate and water mix. Location is good only if you have a car. Staff was pleasant and I was able to check in early.

Great area, felt safe with our surroundings, very close to the ballfields that were playing at, and will definitely be staying here again. Room was clean and big and very roomy.

Guest room furniture was a little worn and probably due for an upgrade. Dresser drawers would not stay closed. Probably just needs a couple of shims under the front. Our room was furnished with only one bath towel and after cleaning/restocking after the first night, still only received one bath towel. Always had 2 or 3 bath mats under the sink, though? Probably just a matter of tightening up on housekeeping. Also missing an escutcheon on a sidewall sprinkler head in our room (probably only something that myself as a general contractor who builds hotels would notice, but it does show attention to detail). We stayed on the 4th floor. No vending machines and ice machine did not work. Would have been nice to know ahead of time to avoid having to go down to the 1st floor anytime we needed ice or drinks/snacks.

Parking was easy and location was close to anything we needed. Great staff.

I asked 3 different times about getting the veterans discount and the guy would never listen. The last time I asked he said its just 10% and still didn't give it to me. The hotel ot self was great. If i wasnt in a hurry i would of asked for his manager because that is ridiculous. I hope he understands that its jot about 10%. Its about dking your job and giving what the individual is suppose to be given. He definitely should not be working there if hes that lazy.

Great overall! Felt safe and comfortable. Clean room, staff were friendly, enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was ok, not too many fresh options. Pillows in our room were square and extremely firm, so a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

Like most hotels now days, this is an older hotel that has been remodeled and you can tell in a few things. But in general it's very nice, and breakfast was pretty good.

We did not like the fact that the pool and Hot tub area had no toilets or showers. We witnessed many Patrons were using the Hot tub after undoubtedly a hard days work with no shower.

The staff were all so kind & helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots of pool/hot tub time available. Clean & fantastic room with full refrigerator. We would recommend.

What a pleasant place to stay. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was wonderful. The pool and hot tub was clean and they had plenty of towels when your done. They also had a really nice exercise room.

Check in was not a pleasant experience. It was a lot my fault. When making my reservation, I entered the arrival date a day early. Before I booked, I found my error and changed the dates. I must have missed something on the screen because the original dates got booked. I arrived at the hotel a day late finding my booking had been cancelled for both nights. I understand losing the money for the first night, but I also lost the money for the second night. They would not let me have my second night's room.

I left out early so I did not eat breakfast. The room was good and clean with the lights on when I entered the room. The man who checked me in was a very nice and friendly man. I think his name was Tade?

I was disappointed with this hotel because I was expecting a really nice room. I don’t understand the high ratings. This.hotel is OK but needs to be refreshed and updated. Our room was comfortable but a bit tattered. The breakfast was what most hotels offer in a buffet breakfast with warming trays. The staff, however, was very nice and helpful. In short, everything was OK. If I return to Bentonville I will stay elsewhere, even if it cost a little more.

The hotel deserves a high rating because the staff is very responsive to any needs that you have. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and they keep that place in tiptop condition. Really enjoyed my stay. Will come back again when I’m in the area.

Our toilet didn’t work properly. Had to have someone fix tv. Had to be moved because a group of young kids were given rooms next to us . Key cards only last less than 24 hours and and to be fixed. Staff was very prompt and helpful with issues

They have quite obviously put a lot of effort into renovating what is an older hotel. This place checked a lot of my boxes; the room has a nicely tiled walk-in shower with great water pressure, the bed is on the firmer side but still quite comfortable and has may pillows of differing firmness, and the AC offers an always-on option for the fan for white noise. The room was very clean and the facilities are well kept, which is becoming rare for any property. The staff was welcoming and polite, even the cleaners. Only downsides are the area has only gas stations and a small bar in the hotel for food, so you need to go down the highway for better fare, and the common area are a bit claustrophobic.

The staff was fantastic here, and the property was completely serviceable so I would most likely stay here again if coming back. It was quite convenient to get to Crystal Bridges and to the center of town. It’s nice because it was far enough away from the craziness of the center but very easy to get there for dinner and what not.

We did not use the kitchen or the gym. The room appeared not to have been mopped, the tile floor seem dirty. The bed was okay but overall it just seemed kind of rundown.

In the bar you can't carry the sold ones to the room and the bathrooms are very dirty and stained

Wonderful Hotel

The beds were super hard. We stayed so the kids could swim and the pool was nasty and the hot tub hasn’t worked in years.

Do NOT stay here! I am an avid traveler. I am a very kind person. I have no problems with anyone. I chose this place because the photos look very clean, and it looks like a great value. I was so wrong. Here is my experience, and why I would suggest literally any other hotel in the Bentonville Fayetteville Rogers area. Any other hotel. 1) I paid for two rooms. When I went to the rooms, there were things in them. Literally belongings of people's things. Children's things. Personal things. Purses. Honestly, I was confused, and it was upsetting. I went to the front desk, and explained what happened. The front desk clerk laughed, and said it looks like he put me in already booked rooms. I was very disturbed by that, and asked for a refund. Politely. Although he laughed, his customer service was reasonable. He did seem very short staffed. But he said he would gladly refund, and he completely understands. He said it would take a few days to show up. After ten days, I contacted the property. They stated they are not going to refund the rooms. 1) I didn't even get a room, let alone two rooms. 2) They literally had me in a space of someone's very personal things. Then laughed about it. 3) They stated clearly that they would gladly refund the rooms, and that they completely understand. 4) Then, they did not do that. I paid $274.26. I received no rooms. I enjoy staying and visiting the area. I have stayed well over a hundred times. I would suggest any other hotel. Any. Don't pick here.

Swimming pool didn’t look clean. The water looked cloudy. Hot tub out of order. There was some mold/mildew on the sheer drapes. The breakfast was pretty good.

One elevator, one entrance, so it took a long time to get our stuff to your room only to have issues with the keycard so multiple trips up and down to just even get into the room.

The hotel was perfect except the annoying vent in the bathroom. Staff offered to change our room, but we declined. The bed was super comfortable

Nothing ruins a trip faster than staff theft at a hotel, unless it’s management accusing you of losing your stolen items…and needing to call the police to file a report.

Property was totally outdated. Right down to the avocado green walls in our room. We had no hot water for our shower, hot tub out order, 2 of 4 washing machines out of order, Mens lobby restroom had no toilet paper for 2 days, no decaf coffee. We were put in a room that practically butted next to Interstate 49. Should have complained but after seeing the condition of the property why bother.

Bargain Hotel close to I-49 and downtown Bentonville and attractions. Staff was very nice and helpful and indoor pool is a plus.

Our stay here was very nice. It was a well maintained, and fairly up-to-date hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. A good breakfast with several hot options. Conveniently located to the things we wanted to do. The only thing that was just a little inconvenient is that several of the outlets were worn and loose, but we were able to make do. Would recommend.

We were only there one night and everything was as it should have been.

Opened the door to the 1st room & cigarette smoke smell slapped me in the face. That same floor had some sort of water leak so loud fans going and funky smell. 2nd room offered on a different floor was fine - basic, probably due for remodel, but clean.

Over all I’ll stay here over and over. My new favorite hotel in bentonville. Close to many bike trail heads. Less than 5 min from the castle and many more. Has a bar and cheap convenience store drinks. Other hotels charge 5-7-9 dollars. Great stay

Everything was very good except for one incident. My wife slipped and fell out of the bath tub while showering. The tub was slippery with no anti-slip surface also there were no hand holds to grab. I reported incident to the front desk. They moved us to an accessible room. The staff was very helpful. Thank God no bones were broken! So far she is just experiencing soreness.

It was an okay stay. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The fitness center seems like it probably hasn’t been used for a long time - the treadmill didn’t work and the A/C was non-functioning (temp both days was 78 degrees). I didn’t try the breakfast. The front desk workers were a little prickly.

Cons: Hot tub was down the entire three day stay. We're told there was ice machine on every floor. Ice machine on 4th floor was turned off our entire stay.We told them at the desk, 3 days later, it's still off. We had to walk all the way down a long hallway to another floor and back up again to the fourth floor to get ice. Air conditioner kept the room cool but was loud. They neglected to tell us that the keys to the doors would not work outside the pool.So once you got outside, you couldn't get back in. Once we had to walk all the way around the building. A couple other times someone in the pool area let us in. When we mentioned it, they said oh. ...we've ordered parts.But another guess who's there frequently said yeah a long time ago ! He says they just prop a towel in the door to keep it open. .Not very safe for people coming in and out of the parking lot or anywhere else. Overall, the hallways smelled good but food that was there on the floor when we checked in Fri there Mon Price was good, would definitely stay here again. Please work on the maintenance.

The property was in a great location easy access to downtown Bella vista crystals bridge museum. Room was large and comfortable. Staff very nice

We took a family trip to Bentonville, Arkansas to enjoy the mountain biking, Crystal Bridges Museum, downtown Bentonville, and the natural beauty in NW Arkansas. At the Comfort Inn, there was adequate parking for vehicles. We have a large SUV with a bike rack. We used the pool and took advantage of the breakfast included. The hot tub was broken during our stay, but the pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast is okay. The coffee is hot, but it out of a dispenser and not brewed coffee. The food is adequate, but regular hotel food. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I did like that we had two closets and plenty of space for our things. This was a good place to go for our family to the downtown bentonville and the surrounding area.

Road are horrible getting to this property. And it’s not well maintained.

The straw was great. The rooms were huge and the staff was nice. AC was great! The only complaint was only having one elevator. But otherwise great place! I'd stay again.

It was a great stay, I will say my room the ceiling was peeling, and the curtains were sheer. Light could be seen. There was curtains to the side but they didnt move! Just the sheer curtains. So the outside lights were very bothersome. If I stay at a hotel I want it dark! But other than that it was great!

Desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff were all great. Ants were showing up in a corner, there was a steady dripping sound in the bathroom vent which was known, the east door was kept open with a zip tie allowing access to anyone.

Dislikes: Small things in the room, such as, insufficient table space, limited seating, insufficient lighting. Overall, however, we had a good experience and will stay there again.

Many things were broken & they don’t have any maintenance personnel. My room was right on highway next to loud trucks & they couldn’t move me because hotel stays full of construction workers. The HVAC was loud, making it difficult to sleep. Front desk staff were trying but they need some help.

My vacation was planned with cycling in mind, however, trying to exit across Central Ave was a total nightmare because there were no crosswalk signals at that point to make it across traffic to the greenway/trail into town. If planning to stay here, the location is good overall, however, be mindful that it is NOT safe or easy to bicycle towards town crossing Central Ave. Time your trips accordingly based on traffic. The room was always very clean and spacious and the housekeeping staff was top notch! I had a pleasant conversation with one of the employees and they were quite diligent in completing their tasks. I really enjoyed the room, however, the bed wasn't comfortable at all. I woke up every morning with many pains in my hips and neck. I don't understand why many hotels cannot invest in better mattresses for an even more comfortable stay. Very few do but most do not and I feel it would be in the best interest of such hotels to use better mattresses.

Perfect hotel for the one night we stayed attending college graduation 30 minutes away in Fayetteville. It was super nice that they had a bar!

The staff was very acommadating & pleasant & Teresa in the Vendor's Club was outstanding, made me feel very comfortable.

When we entered our first room, it had not been torn by down by maid service. They immediately got us a new room, and everything was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and well organized and the breakfast was awesome.

Parking though - horrible. There aren’t enough spots in front of the door but instead wrap around the building (without entrances that i noticed) and are dark. Both nights I had to park quite far from the door and walk in shadows. I don’t mind a walk most of the time, but I mind it in the dark and while carrying a suitcase, laptop bag, etc. My room was also a fairly good hike from the lobby. Again, I don’t mind a walk, but it was not convenient to “run back upstairs” for anything. The room itself was absolutely blah.

Tried to check in, nobody at the front desk, had to call the hotel, someone answered and then came to front desk. Also, there is a tavern right off the main lobby. Several men were drinking themselves drunk, carrying on and very loud and inappropriate. I'm glad my kids weren't with me to hear that language.

The accommodations were average. However, we asked for one extra blanket and both nights we were told they had no additional blankets. The second night, the front staff didn’t even pretend to check.

Lots of noise in room (something mechanical nearby going all night). Troubles with room key. Business office functions not working. Sink in bathroom refused to drain. Television remote not working properly despite new batteries. Breakfast was modest at best, though as with other staffers the breakfast crew members were great and hard working. Motel has very good access to area via I-49.

Stayed here while in-town on vacation. Room was large and clean, but the pillows on the beds were very uncomfortable, HVAC was loud, with varying noises and changes in volume that sounded a bit like heavy winds, which made it hard to sleep. Cable/DirectTV in room was disconnected. Wifi and breakfast offerings were good. Staff were friendly, but they double-charged us. We had booked (and paid) through Expedia, but when the front desk clerk took my credit card for incidentals, she also charged it for the hotel stay. Now having to call and get this corrected.

Well first off we choose this place cause it says they have a bar. It doesnt say anywhere that its closed on weekends. You got teenage girls working that cant answer questions. The room stayed warm, never cooled off. The hot qater wasnt hot. And the dang hot tub was out of order. The bread and bagels was supee stale. Im completely disappointed

The intersection by the hotel is hectic. We witnessed an accident during our stay. We were unsatisfied with our stay. The pictures on the website are inaccurate. We were recommended to stay here based off a location for a wedding we went to and based off “best hotels” in the area. Normally we don’t mind paying a higher rate for a good hotel but this place was extremely over priced.

It was a good stay, but I gave it 4 stars because I picked this hotel based on the fact it had a hot tub. I was in the area to do a workout, and looking forward to the hot tub afterwards. The hot tub was out of order, so I couldn't use it. That was disappointing. I would have picked a different place if I would have known. Nothing on their website indicated otherwise.

Some road noise from the highway, but not too bad. The room was spacious and I was impressed by the full size fridge in the room. But it could've used some hangers in the closets (two closets!) and towel racks in the bathroom. But otherwise, nice and convenient to places we were visiting nearby.

No fan in bathroom.tub in handicap room with no “non slip” areas on tub floor. Only ONE elevator with four floors????!!!?? Ridiculous! Door key didn’t work on second day requiring a visit BACK down to the desk for a new key. Very frustrating!

A well designed room. Especially for those who want a mini kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. But it is starting to show its age via wear and tear, e.g. worn and chipped floor tile. But a location convenient to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges at a moderate price.

This hotel had lots of parking for pickups with trailers, as well as motorcycles and cars. The hottub was out of order the three nights we were there - that would have been nice to enjoy...but we did use the pool once to cool off after a hot day of riding motorcycle.

Room smelled very musty. I bought a scented candle to mask the smell. The room had a kitchen but there was not a single plate, bowl, silverware or anything else to use in the kitchen. The hot tub was also out of order.

This is a nice, clean hotel with a great breakfast! I found it to be quiet and in a good location.

The hot tub has been down for a year (since the flood) with no plans to get it fixed. Please update the amenities to reflect that. We had an issue with the TV, but the staff was able to replace it same day. Spacious rooms and excellent staff!

I stay here two or three times a year. They’ve been very nice and probably is in good condition. Breakfast is really good.
