Rooms were a little too small. Would have like a better work area in the room. Otherwise we loved the hotel!

I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.

Parking is the one consideration here, but the overnight valet is a very reasonable price and was easy and friendly to use.

This is our second time coming to Bentonville and staying at Motto by Hilton. This hotel is our favorite. The staff are always there to help you and are there to make you stay easy and comfortable. We come to Bentonville to mountain bike and the valet service of bikes is one of the best amenities. Now they have a bike shop and the owner is WOW amazing. We came back to the hotel after riding and our bikes were covered in mud. He was gracious enough to power wash them off and tuck our bikes away for the night. This hotel has had some negative reviews but in our opinion they were wrong. Tucked right in the heart of downtown Bentonville, it offers easy accessibility to restraints and shops. Then if you are in for mtn. biking, the trails are few moments away. We plan on coming back again and again and only staying at Motto!

Loved the upscale and cool vibe of the hotel. Room was very comfortable and a small dresser would have helped with clothes storage. Resorted to leaving some things in our suitcase to slide under the bed. Not ideal for an older adult.

Awesome location; I biked directly to the trails from the hotel and never had to drive to access any trails from the Slaughter Pen trails all the way to the Back 40. The bike storage concierge is VERY convenient. The parking/valet situation is a headache, a bit pricy and the valet gets a bit backed up with a constant check-in/checkout load. This is a VERY nice/stylish hotel... walking through such a nice lobby in dirty mountain bike gear is a little awkward.
