I will consider coming back here again next time I travel to Barcelona. The elevator works 50% of the time. But luckily it worked when we had the luggage with us. Other than that no problem.

Bed and pillows not comfortable

Location, close to metro, and airport bus stop Dishonest, pictures were misleading, I feel ripped off. Charged 200 a night for a small room with triple bed and tiny refrigerator but no other amenities. No coffee maker. Worse was we did not have a working sink the first night because the drainage broke and was not immediately fixed. The AC was also not working properly the next day. On the good side I do appreciate that they allowed us to leave our things both before and after our check in and out. However everything about this place is not good at all. During Our two week trip in this beautiful country all of our accommodation were very good if not excellent in many different places we traveled except this one. So I would definitely stay away from this place.

The location is fantastic—just a 1-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya, with easy access to shopping areas, the metro, hop-on hop-off buses, the airport shuttle, and plenty of restaurants. Everything is right at your doorstep. The rooms are basic but renovated, comfortable, and clean, which made our stay very pleasant. We stayed in the family room that accommodates up to six adults, and it was very convenient for our group. Overall, it offers great value for money, especially for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again. There was almost nothing to complain about—perhaps just that the room could have been just a little bit cleaner. Other than that, everything was spot on. To be fair, we were only using the room for sleeping and spent most of the day out exploring the city.

The location was excellent. There was no identifying signage to indicate the property. Outside signage would be beneficial.

Good location near the Gothic quarter. Room was clean. Elevator was very old and got stuck at third floor on first use. Had to force door open and never used it again. Had to walk up five flights of stairs. Room was completely bare save for a single roll of toilet paper and hand soap. No chair for the desk. No hangars on clothes rod. No iron or ironing board and no hair dryer. Could easily hear neighbors through thin walls. Can only communicate with host via Whatsapp which I do not use. There were no towels and host took over 30 minutes to respond to request for towels who merely replied "ok. cleaning must have forgot". A question sent to host was answered the next day. Unprofessional management and cheaply put together.

Thanks to its spatiality, its excellent location makes it indispensable. You are right in the city center, with all communications accessible and you can enjoy Barcelona for a few days on a low budget. Everything becomes accessible thanks to the friendly and willing staff ❤️

Entrance to building dark and grungy

It’s in the center of the city How to check-in. There’s no front office and no proper prior communication how to get in the property. Room #5 air-conditioning is not working.

Airconditioner not working properly

The check in process was difficult and took over an hour from the time we arrived. We were sent a code that did not work and were locked out for over an hour, and the phone numbers listed for help did not work. It would have been better to have the codes and directions and pictures to the 3 doors that required codes, so that we did not have to wait on the street & feel scammed after traveling a long distance

Location , cleanliness and Staff , but the escalator is not working it’s hard if you have luggage because you have to carry it by stairs all the way up to the 3rd floor . Escalator is not working

Newly renovated historic building in the center of Barcelona surrounded by shops, restaurants, tourist sites, and transit options. The hotel has a special ambience to it. You enter into a historic european building , climb one flight of stairs, and enter a door for giants to find the hotel. The room we had was HUGE, with lots of european charm like floor to ceiling windows that opened to a semi private small quartyard. The hotel appears to be as newly renovated with modern touches. The room had a comfortable bed, places to hang clothes, a desk for working, and a TV. The bathroom was modern and everything sparkling clean. Getting in and out of the city is breeze- A few minutes walk from the bustop that goes to the airport and from train and metro stations. I would stay here again ! Note the hotel does appear to be having a soft opening at the moment. they don't yet have a few items typical to hotels like coffee, water, and shower soap. They also have a hip common space that they working on making into something really cool.

great location and good value of money

Location is perfect within walking distance of main tourist places. The aircon and good shower. The beds were comfy. Not clear on booking that you are renting a room like Airbnb. No extra towels, pillows or service to service to take rubbish away. Host didn't reply and wasn't available during the stay apart from check in, and also passing over WiFi password. Bins not taken or instructions on how to dispose of rubbish. we stayed 3 days. no clean towels during our stay or extra pillows. TV not working. Zero for service...and I feel ripped off. Could have booked a hotel room for similar prices.

The location. Difficult to find the entrance to the hostel - no directions or name on the door.
