The staff were so helpful when we had to get them to send some luggage to the next hotel! They really went above and beyond to help get it to our next destination. The hotel is also safe as I left valuable jewelry out accidentally and there were no issues.

The location was great and close to the subway! Our room was so nice. I loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the nice weather. I made use of the gym which was great! It had everything I needed for a workout! The rooftop deck was also a great way to relax and enjoy the great weather! N/A

Shower walls never cleaned! Soap residues and other junk at the toilet. No duvets only blankets. Personel at the front desk doesn’t speak fluent English.

The breakfast was great and the staff are very nice. For a 4 stars hotel, I was expecting a cleaner place. Also the room was next to the elevator and it was very noisy.

The room was clean and tidy, the location was also very comfortable, close to the centre so never used transport. stuff was also very kind and nice. there is nothing specific to mention that I didn't like. overall everything was more than good. and enjoyed our stay there. stuff was more than welcome to help you.
