Our stat was excellent, room was very clean and fresh, the hotel itself was very nice, perfect gym and they had the best breakfast we have ever experienced in any stay!

Everything was 5*, we will be coming again. Nothing not to like, our stay was perfect. The staff, the quality, everything was so relaxed and enjoyable.

Very central! Loved the Dyson hairdryer and amenities. Staff were kind and friendly. We did not have a view of outside, not a dealbreaker but would have been nice to have. Only issue was on our last day we left the “do not disturb” sign on our door and even mentioned to housekeeping that we did not want it cleaned, and when we came back from an outing, the housekeepers were in the room.

Staff are great to deal with, front desk always manned, well stocked room, comfortable bed. Brilliant location. Housekeeping didn’t respect the do not disturb sign — this is really important. I paid city tax in my booking invoice and then they take it again at the desk. I have been told this is normal - it shouldn’t be. Breakfast poor value for €14. The towels not always replaced up on the rooftop pool, which is smaller than pictures suggest.

The breakfast was nice and the stuff was polite. Location is good There aren't many hotels in Barcelona with reasonable prices, so this was more of a random choice Considering the overall quality and comfort, I also think the price is not really justified The hotel is extremely dark. I understand it's part of the design concept, but in reality it feels too dark, especially in the bathroom, where you can barely see yourself, for me it was hard to make up. For more than 2 days, the atmosphere becomes quite depressing because of the colours and lighting The soundproofing is poor, and the air conditioning works strangely and inconsistently

Good location with a really comfortable bed

The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere from here. The hotel has a great design and the staff is very polite. I felt very safe because you can only enter the building with a key card. In the room, they provide slippers, a hairdryer, a safe, and a glass bottle you can refill. Most importantly, they gave me the exact room I booked: two separate beds with a nightstand between them. This was a huge plus for me. The biggest issue was the bathroom. There was a horrible sewage smell coming from the shower, they definitely need to clean the pipes. Also, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattress is too soft, you just sink into it, so my neck and back hurt after my stay. Another thing is the minibar—it is completely full of paid snacks and drinks, which is unusual for a 4-star hotel. Payment was also a problem. My room was prepaid, but I had to pay the local tax on-site. My European Girocard/Maestro didn't work at all. You must have a physical Visa, Mastercard, or enough cash, because you can't pay with anything else if your phone dies

Excellent location; wonderfully quiet rooms with excellent blockout curtains; very helpful staff; sumptuous breakfast buffet. The request for double Benton was not satisfied.

The water was smelling bad!!.I guess it was sewage issue but for a hotel of this category this must not be an issue

The location was just a 15 - 20 min walk from a lot of the attractions. My wife is celiac so has to eat gluten free food. Would have been good to have gluten free bread and cakes as a choice with the breakfast buffet.
