A lovely hostel in a perfect location which is better than a lot of hotels. We booked a private twin room with private external bathroom. This was in a different area of the building to the dorms with a separate doorway across the building. It was very well finished, with comfortable beds and towels/sheets were provided. There was good storage in the room and no padlocks were needed as the room itself is lockable. The air-conditioning was amazing and much needed. The shared common area, shared between just a handful of the private rooms, was well adorned with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing facilities etc. The private external bathroom was just off the shared common area, so only a 10 second walk from the room. This was clean and additional towels and toilet roll were provided, as well as shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. The best part was the amazing service from the staff - Nissa was very friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The only very minor thing to note is that there is no extractor fan or air-conditioning in the bathroom, which was very warm during our stay even with the window open.

Very friendly staff and clean bathrooms Could not sleep both nights because other people kept disturbing during the night, e.g loud talking in the room at 3 am, slamming doors the whole night, staff did not address this

I stayed in the room with en-suite bathroom. Everything was spotless clean, and the staff was so helpful. The location is amazing, it is quiet, but still in the city centre. There are so many shops and restaurants in walkable distance. Loved it ❤️

Location is ok if you want to be where everyone else is and eat the most mediocre expensive food in town. Showers were functioning well but the shower room gets quite stuffy as is a small place for a lot of people. No attention to detail. The most annoying thing: no shelf of any kind next to bed. I wear glasses, where am I supposed to place those when I sleep? Where is anyone putting their phone, water bottle etc? There is no keys; meaning the room door is never locked and to enter the property itself you ring a bell. Sometimes have to wait for minutes outside for someone to open. Also, as the walls are paper thin you hear every sound from the lobby in your room: this includes the sound of the door bell every single time someone is coming back to the hostel. There is no communal space except for the lobby and a small kitchen. Neither of those has room/seating to hang.

The location and the friendliness of the staff

The hostel's location was great because we felt like we had easy access to many tourist attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants, whether by bike or on foot. We didn't like that some of the staff were rude—they turned on the light at night and left it on without any regard for the other guests who were trying to rest, since it's a room shared by many people.

clean, friendly staff, quiet (strict rules), location the room was probably above a subway, you can hear and feel it a bit when its passing

Nice staff, great location, friendly roommates. The chairs right infront of the hostel were also a personal highlight of mine. There isn’t any shelf in the bed to put your things.

Lovely staff, nice location, comfortable beds and pillows, can black out easily when closed curtains It would be nice if there was a quite space

The staff was nice and very comforting in keeping my luggage. Bathroom, kitchen and other facilities are all quite good as well as the wifi. Everything is clean as well. The main thing that bothered me is that you are supposed to pay extra for city tax and bed linen, also they online advertise electronic locks, but you would be supposed to buy a lock yourself too. Oh and on booking.com you can select check-in as early as 9 AM but official check was at 3 PM that day. The room I was in was also directly next to the street so I would smell weed, hear noices from the street.
