Great location Our room had no windows and was dark
-
location was excellent no complaints
-
That I didn't get to check in early but I appreciate the service.

Beds were comfortable, space was clean, big bathroom If anything rooms are Monochromatic. It’s kind of boring but at the same time gives a calm and restful vibe to the room. So can’t complain for anything.

Pillows were too thick/hard.

We loved our stay in Barcelona. It was super comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic. Easy access to restaurants and the major attractions. I highly recommend.

I’m not certain about the review numbers assigned to places….it was safe, it was quiet, it was spacious, it had a large bath and kitchenette ….but the pullout sofa was Not meant for 2 adults. We were 4 adults (parents and two tall 20 year children)….so our overall comfort was compromised. Plus, having to enter so much information, scanning passports, etc. about each guest in the generally open lobby area (though it was behind locked large glass doors) was a bit disconcerting. I’d stay here again as the location was great for walking in all directions…perhaps book 2 separate rooms with 4 actual beds…but part of our travel experience is staying together as a family and having ‘fun’ discussions in the evenings about what we saw and did that day.

The location. It was about 12-15 min walk to shopping. They should not have rented this room. It was unfinished. Clearly mid-construction. The towels were thinner than the toilet paper. Had to buy shampoo and body wash. I wouldn’t have paid €50 for the price and I paid 4x that. It felt like student housing. Nothing made sense. Terrible. I felt like an unwanted guest. The clothes hangers were handmade. The cabinets were just raw unfinished wood. No handles or knobs. My husband but his head in the cabinet in the kitchen. I scrapped my hand. They even left work for us to do for them (hang the toilet paper rack). Oh and if you like windows or natural light- this place is only for vampires.

Perfect location in the Eixample district, a short walk from Plaça Catalunya. The room was clean and quiet with maid service each day on request. When staff were available at the reception, they were very helpful. Many thanks to Jesus on the reception desk for arranging our cab to the airport. Although the check-in procedure seemed complicated, we were sent detailed instructions and were able to follow the steps to let ourselves in. Our room was ready for us quite early, so we appreciated the chance to drop our luggage and enjoy Barcelona. We arrived on a Sunday morning, so that explains why no one initially was available. On weekdays, there was someone at reception from 9:00. If you are arriving outside regular check-in hours, be sure to ask for detailed instructions about the entrance procedure. This is not a “hotel” with restaurant or other facilities, but the studio was great, staff were helpful when available, and there were many restaurants or places to get food nearby. Prices were high when we were in Barcelona due to a huge conference taking over most accommodation in the city, so although this location seemed expensive at first, we realized that we had gotten very good value for our money. We arrived from our cruise on a Sunday ahead of check-in, and no one was available to answer questions. In fairness, this is not a “hotel” with staff available at all hours but our questions sent via e-Mail and/or Booking.com were promptly answered.

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Upon arrival we ran into one of the employees from the reception and he helped us check-in, and told us what we should visit and the best ways to get there. The location is perfect as the Plaça de Catalunya and the Arc de Triomf are just a short walk away.

The location is excellent, close to restaurants and the train station. The room is modern, clean, and quiet. We were even upgraded as a courtesy, which we really appreciated. None

Great location and staff. Everything we needed. They did upgrade our room a couple of days during our stay, which was generous. In a back interior room. A bit claustrophobic for lack of natural light. Noise above (table and chairs scraping floor??) of course not the fault of the casa Abamita. Ad a bit confusing as to what we were actually renting. Staff was great.

Good location, well outfitted, comfortable bed Hard to regulate the A/C .

Location close to grocery, bus stop, metro, easy walk to see most things we wanted to see. I had, unfortunately, booked an interior room. I thought there would be some natural light but there was little without turning on lights. We were given an upgrade for a couple of days, which was awesome. Room on the street a tiny bit noisy but the natural light was worth it. If I were to make a suggestion, don’t book an interior room. Upgrade a bit to a balcony and it will be much nicer! The host was excellent!

The neighborhood was quite and felt safe. The transportation was close. There were plenty of good restaurants in the area. A decent grocery store was right next to the apartments. 10 min walk to the airport shuttle. The main beds were really good (with memory foam pillows). The sofa bed was good too, it had a mattress. The kitchen was well equipped. Very decent AC. The sound isolation was okay. You could hear there were people in other apartments but it wasn't loud. The self checkout was pretty simple. There was no ventilation fan in the restroom and the shower area. It would take a while for the humid air to dissipate.

Need hooks on the wall to hang things. And the checkin process was way over-convoluted.
-
Shower was perfect. The room was cool. Very good location.

I didn’t like that they had an self checking system and they charged me 11 euros for checking in. They didn’t seem to be away to get out of that if you wanted to get your key and get in your room. I have never experienced anything like this and I have traveled quite a bit.

Location is good. The bedsheets had blood stains on it. Should have been replaced. We ended up using our own small portable blankets that we use on airplane because we didn’t want to sleep in dirty sheets. The hair dryer in the restroom also did not work. I turned it on and it blew hot air for maybe 10 seconds and turned off.
