I had an amazing stay at Black Swan Hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hostel is exceptionally clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made our stay very comfortable. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. What truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any questions we had. A special thank you to the two staff members who organized and joined us for a night out with a small group of fellow travelers. They created such a fun and friendly atmosphere, making it easy for everyone to connect and enjoy the evening. We had an unforgettable time, shared great conversations, visited some fantastic spots, and made wonderful memories together. Their enthusiasm and kindness really went above and beyond what you would normally expect from hostel staff. If you’re looking for a clean, well-located hostel with an outstanding team that genuinely cares about its guests, Black Swan Hostel is the perfect choice. I would definitely stay here again!

They staff was friendly and helpful even despite the fact that I arrived around 02:55 am they pointed me to my bed and everything was smooth after that. They even aggred to keep my bag until I came back to collect it at some point of the upcoming day.

I was welcomed by Nico who was super warm, helpful and welcoming. The energy was great, everyone were in great spirits and very welcoming. A great place to stay if you are traveling alone, as they offer many activities and free dinners (!) AND the opportunity to socialize if you wish to.

The staff and volunteers were all so kind and eager to help however they could (shoutout Nico!), and the provided dinners were delicious. Everything was clean and taken care of, and I felt completely safe.

The activities run by the staff are brilliant - the day trips are a great way to meet new people even if you dont drink however thats always an option. The staff are super friendly and seem to be having as much fun as you are. The pub/bar crawls are also brilliant - I met so many wonderful people. The beds are super clean and tidy however they have a type of memory foam mattress that wasnt very comfortable in my opinion - however this is a very minor complaint. I was in a 6 person dorm and it was very very quiet which would be great if you just wanted to sleep however I was looking to make friends and talk to people. Fortunately I was able to meet lots of great people during the bar crawls, activities and in the common spaces - the larger rooms seemed to be more social.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets just a short walk away, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. They also offer a complimentary dinner every evening (you just need to sign up at reception), which is a great opportunity to meet other guests and enjoy a delicious meal. If you're in the top bunk, you don't have any cover from the light when someone switches the lights on.

Really kind staff and sweet people staying at the hostel The rooms’ infrastructure is not the best, as there’s not a lot of technological gadgets like newer outlets or more of a subtle lighting, but it’s okay

Great location, very friendly staff. Cleanliness of washrooms and also on my arrival my bed had already been used by someone else. The staff however was kind enough to give me a new one.
