✅ right in the center, 2 blocks away from metro station ✅ the staff were helpful and friendly ✅ they have a 6-bed female only room which was great, this is where I stayed ✅ the doors were quiet ✅ the lockers are big enough but can’t fit a luggage ✅ there are plugs in each bed, bed was clean ❌ showers and bathrooms were mixed ❌ there’s no dedicated sink to brush your teeth or do your makeup, I had to brush my teeth in the toilet room sink which was kinda gross ❌ somebody pooped in the toilet and didn’t flush it

As a family of four, however, we were unfortunately not very comfortable with our room. It had four bunk beds but no air conditioning, and the lighting was quite poor. We also found it important for future guests to know that you need to bring your own towels and some cleaning supplies. The house where the hostel operates is truly beautiful and has a lot of charm and character. With some additional maintenance and updates, the experience could be much better overall. Despite some inconveniences, we appreciated the unique atmosphere and the effort to create a social environment for guests.

This hostel is very well located in a great neighborhood in Barcelona and can be a good option for young adults staying for a short visit. One thing we really liked was the daily cooking activities that involved both guests and staff, which created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Free dinner was really cool, I had chance to try pinxtos and tapas. My room's door was a bit difficult to open, it's oke because of the design.

The location was great. Its close to everything and the metro. No ventilation in the room. Couldn't even open the windows and having 8-12 people in the room can get really smelly.
