The location is excellent. From here you can easily reach the main landmarks in Barcelona. There are many bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment is spacious, the breakfast delicious and the patio unbelievable. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. If I could, I would move there.

The location is very central. Short walking distances to the main attractions (if you like walking and seeing the city at the same time). The staff is amazing. Ana, Victor, and Daniela are super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was just what you need to start your day and it was delicious. We had an amazing time.

Central location. Victor was really helpful when my travel companion's suitcase was lost by the airline company we traveled with. Very poor value for money. The room is not well maintained - there was mould around the bathtub and on the walls. There's no soundproofing and Av. Diagonal is one of the busiest streets in Barcelona, so there was a lot of noise throughout the day and during the night. Very basic breakfast and no fridge inside the room, which was a nightmare, especially since there was a heatwave when we visited. This place sells itself as independent, cosy and authentic but it is worn down.

Location was great, lovely building, comfy bed, kind staff and everything very clean. Great, spacious terrace where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The property has a lovely charm. We knew about the noise from the street from reading previous reviews- so this did not bother us (it was loud, so if you are a light sleeper do not choose a room facing the street). Unfortunately, there was also a knocking sound from water pressure in the pipes (I assume) which did wake us up each night. The bathroom also had a slight smell of damp (although bathroom was very clean). If these issues are addressed then the room would be great :). I’m sure due to Easter Weekend the prices were much more increased- if it was any other weekend I would not have paid as much for such an accommodation.

Room is nice and big, location is great however the building is on a busy street so noisy even at night. We liked the balcony but the toilet is a bit small.

Cozy tradtional architecture building with a lovely terrace. Very nice hosts. Excellent location. Reception only available on demand, so if you arrive later than planned you will have to wait for host. Breakfast only from 8.30 hrs with limited choices.

The personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. Breakfast was delicious. Design was elegant with a mix of modern and retro elements in perfect balance which contributed into making our stay there exceptional. Absolutely fascinated by the bed mattress and the linen. Power sockets near bed working only with lights on.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was small with great view to street. Street noise was easily heard. No desk in the room to work on. Kind of romantic place.
