Front desk lady was very rude, wifi barely works had to use cell data the whole time. A/C worked ok and off.

The code to enter the building didnt came at my phone , so we couldnt enter , we waited 40 minutes in the rain for someone to come

The staff were available and helpful. There was constant very loud noise in the building throughout the night so I couldn't sleep! Very loud voices and heavy footsteps and the room had little to no sound proofing - it sounded like people were playing indoor tennis above my room from 9pm - 4am every night of my stay. Also the TV only had one channel working.

The hygiene was not up to my standards, the bathroom was dirty and I found small hairs in the shower upon arrival. The jets in the bathtub were disgusting, there was scuff marks all over the walls, and calcium buildup in the showear head that could easily be cleaned. I was genuinely worried walking into the hotel when i saw the state of the hallway. There was not even a glass present in the room to drink water from, or a water bottle, let alone a fridge to maybe store some drinks/snacks. The staff at the reception was not overly friendly or enthousiastic to interact with guests.

Great location inner city, front desk was very helpful with booking taxis There are multiple night clubs that run all night until around 6 in the morning, and you can hear the music very clearly. It was hard to get a good nights sleep with club music keeping us up. As well the walls were very thin and we could hear conversations from the room beside us.

The rooms were basic but comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the AC worked well. The hotel was noisy at night. I could hear music like there was a club nearby. If you're a light sleeper you might find it hard to stay asleep

I don’t know how to start my review actually. It was complicated in the beginning with the check-in process and tax collection. I had to enter a card to pay a tax, but it could be done directly in the hostel like other hotels do. Digital key was pointless. What if the phone has no charge, then you have to stay outside. Happily they gave us a card key. Regarding the room- it was small but ok, bathroom was normal, strong shower etc. The only minus there was no cleaning service every day, but I guess this is common in hostels. The last point that was disappointing, was a wrong email by the hostel administration: they sent an email that the hostel has no luggage storage so I have to place my luggages in locker room separately (I booked a luggage safe 30min away from the hostel). But they said that they can keep our luggages when we check out. That was so confusing. And other guests had the same problem in front of the hostel. The only advantage was location, safe and nice place to walk, 24/7 supermarkets and cafes start from early morning. Overall the price of this hostel is really high, compared what we got in Madrid with the same price, a nice view and breakfast.

There was nothing I disliked

Location is good. Around you could find several places to eat and drink. A little bit noisy if windows are to the street side.

The room was not clean when we arrived. We found hair on the floor and other surfaces. Please make sure the cleaning standards are improved.

The location If you are looking for a place to stay with air conditioning, this is NOT the place. There is no room cleaning service everyday and when you request stuff it takes very long or they just forget.
