Great location and a really enjoyable stay. The hotel is close to the metro and about a 15–20 minute walk to Playa Catal
-
Great property and service, exceptional breakfast and facilities. Cleaning is very quick and non intrusive. Rooftop has a very nice view and the hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. No coffee machines in rooms, unfortunately.
-
Location Room was very basic. Shower difficult to access. Only one elevator, Restaurant very basic.

The location was perfect close to everything. The room was big enough for the four of us. and breakfast I wouldn't be able to say anything since we didn't have breakfast there. Over Wilson Hotel was great. The only things would be the bathroom door (if I were going with friends they could see inside), and maybe a bench or desk to put your luggage (close to the window). Over all a great room

Location, beds so comfortable, spacious for family of four and very clean Nothing

The hotel is very well appointed and the room was spacious and comfy. Even being on Av. Diagonal the room was quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. Honestly there was nothing not to like.

Everyone was wonderful. The room was amazing with a marvelous view!
-
Beautiful hotel with all the amenities, including a rooftop terrace with an amazing view. Wonderful places to eat nearby, walking distance to the Gaudi houses. We loved our stay there! Nothing was wrong with our stay there.
-
The location is amazing, and the terrace is very cute. One of the staff members, Sherwin, was extremely helpful and kind. He assisted us multiple times with our requests and is such a sweet person.
-
Room sound proofing is so so bad! The sound from the street is more than bearable, but the sound from the adjacent rooms and the hallways is completely unbearable and unacceptable for 4 star hotel!
-
Bathroom privacy.

Location and staff were top tier. The tub had some wear and the shelves and hooks for towels seem to be barely hanging on. All aesthetic issues that didn’t affect our overall stay, but should probably be maintained at some point to prevent breaking

The reception staff are extremely friendly and professional, and their attitude truly makes your stay more enjoyable. Our room was clean, and the bathroom and toilet were also very well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, providing a good quality of sleep. The room is a bit small, but it’s not uncomfortable and is still perfectly usable. The heating system (which we used) worked very well and without any issues. The room had a window facing a building under construction across the street, which was very close to us. Fortunately, construction was paused during our stay, so there was no noise. I had requested in advance a room on a higher floor for more quiet, but unfortunately this was not arranged, and we were given a room on the second floor. As a result, there was some street noise, although it wasn’t particularly disturbing for us.

Location is easily accessible. Taxi readily available for anywhere. Hotel is too noisy. Couldn't sleep until 1am . Staff said they couldn't do anything about it. Defeats the whole purpose of staying in good location if you can't sleep in the night.
-
Large clean room The bathroom layout was terrible. Especially with two ladies traveling together. There was no outer door. The inner pocket door was see-through with a little bit of frosted glass at the top. Worst configuration of a bathroom I have ever seen.

The breakfast was great, and the room where the breakfast was overlooked the street and had a wonderful view. Nothing really.. it was a nice place.
-
The view to av. Diagonal, how spacious the room was and also the shower, the bed was comfortable and although the street can be noisy it was quiet in the room The smell of the perfume was overwhelming sometimes. We had to air out our room every time we came back because the smell was strong. It also was a strong smell in the elevator and in the entire hotel. Although it wasn’t a bad smell, it was very strong perfume and made my head hurt

Location is good, it is central but not turistic. However the closest metro station is 15 minutes walking from the hotel which in summer could be a real challenge. There are many restaurants around. And the staff diring the day is very nice Rooms are small but the worst part is that some of them never receive any natural light, they are super dark, small and depressing. i would never stay there without a guarantee of a room facing Av.Diagonal. The restaurant was no open due to remodeling. There was noice at night from guests, and even guest kicking and trying to open our door. The doors in the rooms do not count on any decent locks or security, and there is just one person at night sitting in the lobby responsible for the security of the whole building.
