Hotel Granvia

The location of the hotel is wonderful, and the atmosphere is very luxurious but relaxing.

Very nice hotel The staff was super friendly and helpful! The location is great and overall the hotel is looking freshly renovated and modern. It was clean and nice

Breakfast had a great spread. Staff very friendly. Beds comfortable. Room had AC which made evening more comfortable for sleeping. Shower had slight mold around the corner but that happens. Did not hinder our stay.

Great breakfast and location with beautiful decor Room just too small could lay 2 open suitcases out. The worn out bed needs replacing.

The hotel itself is GORGEOUS...we kept pinching ourselves. The location was great - the subway station was a block away and more importantly, the Zara was on the corner :) The front desk staff were beyond helpful and kind - we arrived before check-in time and they stored our bags for us and ordered a taxi for us the morning of our departure. We were even sent a bottle of Cava! We didn't include the breakfast, but I was able to grab a cup of coffee free of charge. The breakfast looked amazing. The dining area and adjacent terrace are beautiful. One afternoon we popped into the Aldi next store for snacks and wine and sat on the terrace relaxing. Our room (for 3) was spacious and clean. There were beds for all three of us. The bathroom was also super roomy and even had a window we could open. The ONLY downside was the shower. This is so picky but we couldn't figure out how to work it even though there was a printed instruction card (that's how we knew we were in trouble :))

Great location and vibe!

The room was very comfortable. There was no hot water in the morning. The reception desk initially suggested I didn't know how to use the tap. Then they stated that no one else had complained. However, that was because we were early! Subsequently others complained & eventually reception confirmed there was a problem. All very annoying. The hotel provided a ridiculously low price adjustment only after I requested they review the charge.

Breakfast was great. Good variety.

Location is just amazing. Our room size was pretty comfortable for 2 people living. Also want to mention that it was very quiet in the room even though I read some feedbacks about street/neighbour rooms noise. The only thing I'm not happy was breakfast. Very small choice for normal food, especially hot one. For this money it was much better to have proper breakfast outside
