Location was great. Room size was very good for Barcelona standards The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Manuel who really took care of our family during our stay. Parking space was tiny. But par for the course en Europe.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. Nice balcony on the corner of the building. Very expensive buffet breakfast.

The property was in a prime location . Rooms were spacious . The hotel was old and renovation was visible and done for the sake of it . The reception staff were not very welcoming .

I really liked the breakfast, a variety of foods to choose from. The location is close to Plaça de Catalunya and many other places where you can just walk to them. I didnt like that they didnt explain that for the water you have a different disposal in the hallways and not in the room. They should’ve explained it because we spent both nights thinking there was no water in the room and had to buy from the store.

Convenient location for our few days away. We made use of the rooftop pool area which provided towels free of charge. The reception staff also advised on how best to travel to primavera sounds ,which was the purpose of our trip. We had to move room on arrival as there was a very strong smell coming from the bathroom . They moved us straight away to a different style of room.

We had a fantastic stay at Gran Hotel Havana. The location is absolutely perfect, situated close to all of the major shopping streets and tons of great restaurants—including where I had the best gelato of my entire vacation! The service here is truly lovely; the staff went completely above and beyond by helping us source and secure a walker for my mother, which meant the world to us. Our room was also wonderful, featuring very comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom. While we didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, it looked beautiful. Our favorite feature was definitely the rooftop bar and pool; it was the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind with great food after a long day of walking around. We highly recommend this hotel! No complaints.
