The assistance and welcoming at the reception desk was exceptional. The Hotel has an excellent location, in a very close proximity to Placa de Catalunya, the starting point of many activities. There are many very lovely eateries nearby. The Hotel exceeds the 2 star rating. Highly recommended. Gerrit and Annemari from South Africa. None.

The location is excellent, and the reception staff are helpful. First of all, the hotel's cleanliness is unfortunately very poor. On my first day, after shower when I opened my towel, I couldn't believe it and found fecal stains in two different places. I photographed it and talked about it to reception, and they said they frequently receive reports of such towel problems. Also, the sink was clogged for two days, and I had to unclog it myself. The second major problem is that the beds are terrible; the springs were practically falling out. It was one of the worst beds I've ever slept in. Apart from that, the location is very good, and the reception staff were helpful.

Central location but quiet. Helpful staff. Spacious clean room with terrace. Plenty of towels and good facilities in room. Easily stored luggage pre and post check in and check out. No facilities to make or buy a drink or food.

Excellent location, comfy beds, excellent staff! I had an amazing stay as a solo traveler. The front desk staff was extremely helpful.
