location is great. easy access to most of the tourist spots, restaurants and shops. the staff who assisted us for our check in was kinda rude. i dont know if that’s how the way he speaks but he seems annoyed of whatever he’s doing.

Value for money and old.

It was as a good location near the main walking street, the La Rambla, and the Hard Rock Cafe and Hop on Hop off Busses. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was huge with a large bathroom and walk in shower. Hot water did not work at times in the rooms.

No coffeeavaiableearlyinthe morning. Limited dinner options in the resteraiunt.

Great location near La Rambla and Placa Catalunya. Bathroom shower was dirty. View out window was ugly. Furnishings were minimal. I stayed across the alleyway at a different hotel that was much less in cost but nicer and cleaner.

Great location

The location is great and quiet despite the being at the center of the city. Our room, bathroom and the elevator were big. The beds are extremely comfortable. Nothing.

location, staff are so accommodating. location is so conveniently located near the palza catalunya aero bus stop. resto and shops are everywhere. We received an upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was nice. However, we have conern, but the staff assured us that there have never been any safety issues with those rooms, and they mentioned that other guests have stayed there without any problems. Still, since we were two ladies staying in the room, we felt slightly concerned about the safety.. We are gocen mx checked out time then paid extra 2 hrs as our flight is not until 9pm. room bit dusty due to keeping the balcony door open

Location Service is horrible, people do almost nothing to help. There’s no structure if you need water, or a knife to make a sandwich in the room. We have food restrictions and sometimes we don’t find an appropriate place to eat and have to buy something at the supermarket, but they had nothing to offer to help with the food in the room, not even disposable things to sell.

Rooms was not well cleaned. Found hair on bed and dusty tablesq

Excellent location: Rambla on one side and Angels with all the main stores on the other. Also very close to the main square, where most major shops are located. Staff was very friendly Very poor noise insulation. I could hear everything my neighbors were saying in their rooms and how the doors were being closed. Unfortunately, I had an especially loud neighbor who spent four hours on the phone right next to my door, which was quite disturbing. My room was located next to the church, so every 30 minutes I had to listen to the “ding-dong” sound. The shower design was inconvenient: water was flowing directly onto the floor, leaving everything wet. The mixer was also confusing to use. There was no wardrobe in the room, so I had to keep all my clothes in the suitcase. No complimentary water in the room, not even a bottle. Also, there was no kettle. But there was a water dispenser at the reception. The elevator was extremely slow, which made getting in and out of the hotel less comfortable.

Our Uber driver dropped us 3-blocks from the destination. He pointed to us where the hotel was, indicating a short walk that he couldn't drive to, he was wrong. The hotel is in on an alley-like street. We could not get an uber, but the hotel staff was able to call for a taxi. They offered no wash cloths nor body wash, only bottles of shampoo.

Only the Location Staff, The elevator was out of order for two days and wasn’t repaired, and there was no apology, no notice, and no update. We had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. Considering it’s a 3-star hotel, it’s very, very expensive.

Clean rooms and Location is perfect ?
-
Great little hotel, conveniently located near the Ramblas on a street that’s quiet at night.
-
Would definitely go back!
-
Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The fancy ensuite was swanky to look at but I prefer more privacy to be honest and the shower water spilled into the room.
-
The hotel didn’t offer bottled water in the rooms.
-
Location in center but very crowded and bad smell along with some noise Not clean always bad smell very dirty
